The entire experience was relaxed and professional. I never encountered the typical "salesperson" routine. Even the negotiation process often drawn out while someone "checks with the manager" was handled efficiently and wrapped up in just a few minutes. Josh Withey, the finance manager, was equally impressive. The final paperwork process was quick and organized, very different from some of my past dealership experiences. I also appreciated that there was no pressure to purchase add-ons such as extended warranties or ceramic coatings. Because the decision was left entirely to me, I felt comfortable taking the time to consider my options and ultimately chose to add both. Based on my experience with these two gentlemen, I would highly recommend starting your vehicle search at Landmark Motors. Five stars!

None of that turned out to be true. The car was not in pristine condition. There are visible residue, interior wear, and even dust and fingerprints on the display, showing it was not properly cleaned or prepared. I was specifically told the car came with two keys, which was important to me. After signing, I was told there was only one key. I had to go to BMW myself and spend over $600 to order another key and handle the process. I was also told the car had gesture control, which it does not. On top of that, I overpaid $79,000 for this car when I later found similar ones selling for around $65,000. I believe the salesperson was Aaron. Overall, this experience felt misleading and frustrating. I recommend verifying everything in writing before signing anything here.

Just cruised in last month and saw a Ford Raptor sitting there, couldn't resist talking to them about it. Todd has always been there when I stop in, so he told me to hop in let's go for a spin. I honestly had no intention of buying it when I first stopped in just I've always wanted one. I left that day wanting it so bad, but had to talk the wife into it. Came back a week later and told Todd the deal I needed, he got back to me and we made a deal happen. Still can't believe I got my Raptor I've always wanted! The Financing was the other thing, because I had a pre-approved loan with my credit union ready but Todd was able to beat it with their financing so it was actually easier than I expected. Walked in and left with the Truck! Thanks guys, I'll be back to drool over other cars still lol!

I was in disbelief when I came into look at a 30k plus car in horrific condition. When I tried to explain to him what I was expecting out of a 30k car he yelled at me and was being extremely rude and told me he doesn't care if he needed my business that he will just cover it up and sell it to someone else. I'm a mechanic and this one won't even last 2 weeks. Super shady the obd 2 scanning port was open as if they just plug a scanner in to clear codes. Car has been in an accident and the repair done was horrible. I would advise everyone to run from this unprofessional and extremely rude man. What I take from this is don't trust small dealerships especially buying from someone that will talk over you.

I can't in good conscience make this a 4 or 5 star review. My emails received no response and nothing was straight forward. I don't think it's malice but that they're very disorganized. In total it was a little over 24k. And if you're wondering why I inserted I paid cash out here's why.. I didn't want car payments and I had enough saved up for a bumper to bumper warranty. All the finance boxes checked. When I test drove the car it was great for the most part. The next day I wanted to add in the hands free cigarette lighter charger.. the cigarette lighter doesn't work. The cord to open the hood latch also broken. I was informed that the car had been wiped clean. I've heard of this before but they didn't mean the previous owners information stored in the car like Bluetooth .. ALLL THE NECESSARY SYSTEM UPDATES FOR THE ACTUAL INTERFACE! Upon going to the Volvo dealership to have my oil changed (I do this with every car I purchase) they informed me that my back breaks were in the red with less than 3% on them. I called and asked how come they didn't change the rear breaks? And the response was we don't do repairs at this location? Okay but that doesn't answer how come you would sell a car to someone where potentially the back breaks could stop freggin working! Not to mention who ever did do the "repairs" on the car double threaded and didn't use any anti-seize on the spark plugs. I called and asked if they would be able to remove that spark plug because I didn't want to mess up my engine trying to do it. And as you guessed it was a no . Fast forward to October my car is starting to misfire.. take it into Volvo and I need to get my whole fuel injectors replaced. Here's where the bumper to bumper warranty would come in.. come to find out ! GUESS WHO DOESNT HAVE BUMPER TO BUMPER LIKE SHE ASKED FOR?! If you guessed me then you're a winner. Power freggin terrain . Not what I asked for after repeatedly asking for and being promised I purchased. 2,700$ at Volvo to do. Rear breaks and rotors 1,900$ . After the repairs it was still misfiring . Come to find out it's because of the computer reset . Got it updated and it's fine now, after time wasted, money wasted and stress level through the roof. And then had the nerve to send me a text message asking about my next car purchase from there.. NEVER and if I had my way all of my friends and family will also not be purchasing from here. When I spoke to them about the warranty they said I could cancel it . Okay good I'll cancel then go through Volvo where they're in-fact honest . 12/27/25 I emailed the cancellation of warranty papers back to the car lot so they can submit them. (Also submitted the forms to the actual warranty place bec let's face it , I had no faith in them to do as promised) the sales rep told me it would take 6-8 weeks to be reimbursed. Today I called the warranty company to check my status.. not only did they not submit the paper work but the warranty they gave me is also no refundable and cannot be canceled. Do not buy a car from this place.

I came across a post on Craigslist by Areli motors for a 2010 White Ford Expedition Limited which fit my criteria and on top of that it had some nice aftermarket rims on it. The pics matched the SUV, and working with Danny (owner) was painless to setup a test drive. Upon a test drive I noticed the bag for air ride suspension was having issues. As a test, I asked him if there was anything wrong with it. And he told me in full honesty what was wrong and that the seal had broke recently but he would repair it prior to me taking the vehicle. High marks on an honest sales person and car dealer owner. I had visited about 5 dealerships before then. I made a 200$ deposit and we agreed on a date for pickup. Not only did he fix it, as promised but also detailed it and filled it up. Paperwork was painless - done in less than 30 min. The location is in a hectic little corner of Georgetown, but the moment I walked into the lobby it was clear that this place made an effort to be clean, professional, and hospitable. The customer lounge is accommodating with plenty of power and usb outlets, snacks, water, coffee, and WiFi. As they worked on my vehicle they were up front and transparent about all pricing, pointed out other issues to bring to my attention, but were never pushy or up-selling about any of the additional maintenance recommended for my vehicle. A new battery for a BMW is not cheap. I knew this going in. But I felt good about my experience at Finesse and that my car was in expert hands. Would recommend for anybody owning a luxury vehicle that needs work.

I did a brief search on my phone for a Mercedes shop and found Finesse. A quick call later and I had new lug nuts ordered. I was taken aback by how friendly the person was who helped me out and how easy they made it. Quite a relief. I received a call a week later to tell me the nuts were there and I made my new tires appointment, and throughout finesse made it easy. They told me I could come down anytime and they would put the new lug nuts on for me at no charge, which meant I could make the tires appointment any time. I can tell you this was a new experience for me - in the past I generally felt at the mercy of the shop and the particular folks who were working that day. At finesse I felt like I was in good hands. Their relaxed atmosphere, the amazing customer lounge with snacks and coffee - very welcoming. The communication was clear and helpful throughout. I will be taking my car to Finesse in the future, that is for certain. Had I known about Finesse, I could have called them first for the tires themselves and saved myself the trouble. A true gem in Georgetown, this should be your first call.

Beyond that, Erika was sitting at the front desk and was the first person I ran into. Which is wild to me, since most car dealership GMs aren't that easily accessible or reachable. I ended up working with Evan Olivier and I had one of the best car shopping experiences I've ever had. Evan was extremely personable and real with me. He mentioned the extended warranty one time, I mentioned I wasn't interested and that I had a bad experience with extended warranties in the past, and he didn't bring it up again. He didn't try to push unwanted services or products on me and respected my position on upsold products. I can't say the same for other dealerships... Otherwise, we were able to test drive 4Runners and Tacomas and I learned a ton about Toyota's the day that I visited. Evan was extremely knowledgeable about the different generations and capabilities they had and Evan being a Seattleite, knew what driving a Tacoma or 4Runner would be like in the city because he owned one, it wasn't just word vomit to be more agreeable with me. Instead of doing this crazy test drive, we parallel parked the Tacoma outside the dealership, we reversed into a parking spot, and we even focused on the turn radius like I'd experience in a Seattle parking garage, we almost took it to my apartment complex to check garage door heights to see if it would actually fit in my apartment complex, but phoned ahead and my apartment manager let me know it was a no-go for that specific 4Runner. Evan and I literally tested the exact things you need to check out when you live in Seattle and management was 100% okay with doing this odd check I had requested like taking it to my apartment complex. A+ for effort! The warranty transparency, pricing, knowledge, and information Evan shared with me and the experience overall was worth dropping a note here for others to review. I recently purchased a 2026 Toyota Crown Signia and discovered that an $800 security add-on was slipped into my contract without my knowledge or consent. Additionally, I paid $1,999 for a ceramic coating package that failed in less than 30 days. Despite this being a brand-new flagship vehicle, the dealership has flatly refused to rectify the coating issue or address a manufacturing defect in the perforated leather upholstery. I am currently out $2,799 for unauthorized charges and failed services. I have already escalated this matter to the O'Brien Auto Group corporate office and the Washington State Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. Save yourself the headache and double-check every line of your contract if you choose to do business here.
