There was no one at the shop despite saying their hours are 8:00-5:00. So I called from the parking lot and got put through their AI hell, which will not let me simply bring the blind in, but insist they come out for a measurement. I HAVE THE BLIND!!!!. - is it too much to ask that I provide to you all the information and the blind and you order me a new one?
