Sarah handles most of the communication and she was extremely responsive and patient with all the questions I had. Scheduling an in-house consultation was easy and didn't cost a thing. They came well prepared, with samples of products, took all the measurements, and helped me pick out a variety of roller and zebra shades that matched well with my current decor that were affordable without trying to upsell me on anything fancy or excessive. In fact, they had to talk me out of more expensive options when I inquired about them! They even came back out a second time without hesitation because I had second thoughts about the initial choices and wanted to look at products. You pay a deposit of half the invoice amount for them to order the products, and the other half after they finish installation. Very fair and straightforward. It takes about 2-3 weeks after placing the order for the product shipment to arrive, and my installation was scheduled for a couple days after that. Incredibly quick turnaround. They do everything themselves, including the installation which went smoothly. I had a few motorized shades as part of my order, and they were setup with various groupings and presets and paired well with a remote. They are committed to coming back out in the future if anything needs to be adjusted or fixed, which is very assuring. They even took the time to help me with some lingering items around the house that I have neglected for a long time due to my inability to do it on my own, like changing some light bulbs in high hard to reach places, and moving large pieces of furniture up a flight of stairs! That is something they 100% did not have to do and not part of their job description, but that's simply how sweet and accommodating they are. If you are thinking about any kind of window treatment and you live in the Austin area, start here! It took three months, start to finish, to get new treatments installed on every window in our 1700 square foot house. Justin patiently walked through options with us, consulted on colors, went through samples to get us the right order for every room, and then came back and installed everything when it came in. We had some minor trouble with the back door, and Justin reordered the blind, came back out, and reinstalled it for us. I think this is the best experience we've had with any home update so far.
