The team at ABC were very easy to work with. They were patient in helping us narrow down the type of window treatment and material and explained the pricing and benefits with Costco. Eli, who installed the shades was extra careful when working around our furniture and the quality of installation was excellent. Highly recommend the team for their professionalism. read more

The solar screen in my bedroom has been repaired by handymen, friends and family at least a dozen times, but to no avail. The slightest nudge would have the entire roll collapsing to the ground. I got quotes from three vendors on Yelp and opted to work with ABC Blind because they asked the right questions and were so easy to work with. Two days later, Virgil showed up with the right part, right on time, slipped on his shoe covers and repaired the screen in under 5 minutes. I'd call that top shelf service. Special thanks to Mia - working with her was effortless. read more

Eli was our installer and could not have been more professional! He was polite. Cleaned up any traces of his work debris. He worked efficiently and treated our home respectfully. My mom and I stopped by the Costco kiosk and talked to you guys about the interest of having you do an estimate of all of the blinds being replaced with cordless and remote promotions that ran from 2/7-3/25/25 which was a 10% promotion. Apparently the next day we got no phone call or any response from you guys. It's frustrating to see what kind of company has positive reviews from other customers. My parents want to let you know... we are disappointed by the lack of communication from the owner and Erika the rep who was at Costco that day. (Note this negative review will remain on this post and across all other review sites) Sounds like a scam company who falsely advertise to Costco members. read more

Installers Eli and Zane were great. Very attentive to detail and ensuring I was satisfied with the results.

I was recently able to upgrade my home with new window treatments. I have used Costco-sponsored vendors with good outcomes and that is how I found ABC Blind. When they contacted me, I experienced great customer service and expertise. In particular, Shadow, the one I worked most with, was extremely responsive, an excellent communicator and a pleasure to work with His guidance was so helpful for us to make the best choices as there were many to be made. I had no idea about the many choices, the pros and cons of the options and he helped make what for me was a daunting task, very manageable. Additionally, and not to be overlooked, he took the time to follow up with me after the installation to make sure everything was exactly right. This is an incredible touch, and much appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend ABC Blind & Drapery. From the exceptional customer service, the installation process itself to the quality of the blinds, every aspect of my experience has been outstanding. read more

We were very happy with the product, service and follow-up. We went through Costco and appreciate the cash card back. We bought planation shutters for our bedroom. Boy howdy, these folks know how to run a business! ABC Blind and Drapery is friendly, they respond quickly and kindly to questions, and do excellent work. Virgil did repairs on a roman shade in record time and made it even better than it was to begin with in some ways. He really knows his stuff! The showroom is really nice, rethinking my window treatments now as a result of their excellent service and fair pricing...they have lovely fabrics and the know how to make your purchase worthwhile. read more

Great experience. Phil, Bianca & Jason at ABC are great to work with. We got new windows & needed our existing duette blinds taken down for that, repaired (both got stuck after years of use) & put back up on our (window installation) schedule, a moving target! They changed dates & answered their phone every time I called-a BIG deal these days! Gave me estimates when asked & stuck by them. Also, I needed 2 boxed sets of new draperies & rods hung for the first time & Jason had the patience of Job, getting them just right since the window itself was a little "off", very much a perfectionist himself on getting it right, which I really appreciated. It took his time. Jason even tied the new draperies temporarily for me so that the top folds would hold their shape -he was GREAT. Nothing throws these people-when the blind doesn't fit (maybe due to new windows?), it will be corrected to fit, no big deal. I love working with positive people like Bianca, Jason & Phil at ABC - thank you! read more

Jason came by today to install blinds on 6 full sized windows, and shutters on our front bay windows on our new home. He was considerate, knowledgable, and quick to complete the installs! He even let me show him my puppy's latest trick as he was finishing up the install ha! Thank you for tolerating my proud puppy mom moment, in addition to answering all of my product questions before you closed out the install. :) You can train someone to do a task, but true customer service mindset often comes naturally. Jason was wonderful! read more

Stage 3 and final. We received a call from Kelly (about the time we expected) to schedule an appointment the next week for installation. They altered they're schedule to accommodate our holiday schedule. The installers arrived exactly on time and although they allocated 2 hours for completion, they were done in a little over an hour. Kelly arrived to supervise the process and we could not be more pleased with the final product and outcome. All done, and definitely worth 5 stars. read more

Fantastic experience from start to finish. DJ responded promptly to my online inquiry, arrived on time for our appointment and was very knowledgeable. Because ABC was so busy it was hard to get them out to see my house. HOWEVER, when they got here they removed and later repaired 3 faulty window blinds and then several weeks later re-installed them perfectly. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with ABC Blinds. We purchased Graber cellular blinds throughout the house and couldn't be happier with our selection. From the visit to show samples and the measurement of all our windows to the installation. It was a real pleasure working with everyone. Miki in the office is very personable and efficient. Now to Antonio, the fine gentlemen that came to install. Again, very warm and personable. He made quick work of the installation of all the blinds. Old-school work ethic. Two of the blinds were miss measured, but they accepted responsibility with no hesitation and we got them a couple weeks later. You will not be disappointed. read more

We had the opportunity to work with Jenny. Not only was she able to find the type of blinds I wanted for our odd shaped windows from the 60s, she recommended these solar roller shades that are perfect for Austin. It wasn't a product that other companies recommended and I am so glad we went with this choice. Quote was clear, information packet was easy to fill out. Installation was quick and easy. The installer does not have a vacuum so I did have to do the final cleanup but the install was perfect. I would recommend ABC again for any custom/complex window dressing needs. read more

My home builder chose ABC to install the blinds in my house. There are three windows that still need blinds so I tried to contact ABC to get that handled. Each time I called I got voice mail (during business hours) and when I left a message, I never heard back. If it's that hard to get with sales, I can't imagine what it would be like to get through if there was a problem. I think not answering your phone when you have half a dozen people in the office with phone extensions (according to the voice mail) and then not returning calls to interested customers is just bad business. I gave an extra star because I actually like the blinds the builder chose. I will obviously have to match them from another source though. read more

Caution / Beware. Purchased a part to repair blinds with the assurance and understanding if unused I could get a refund. Upon my return to store for refund, i was told there was a restocking fee. I insisted upon a complete refund given I was assured of a refund; there was no posting of a restocking charge; and the receipt did not indicate a restocking clause. A complete refund was finally given only with much insistence. Net: Buyer beware. read more

So fast taking money, but extremely slow for getting their job done. You will have to call them up constantly if you want them to get it done in time. The workmanship is below average at the best, and you'd better off not expecting any customer service. You MUST be present when they come out and work on your window if you don't want them to mess things up. Their installation staff doesn't care about your house, even though they drill many holes in your window frames. For my cases, it took almost two months to install 3 solar screens and 8 other insect screens. Worst experience ever for such a simple job. read more

Jenny was AMAZING. She followed up promptly after my initial contact, and gave me an estimate after I visited their showroom. Shortly after my visit to the showroom, Jenny followed up with a visit, swatches and faschia samples for my windows. She helped me make decisions on colors and designs that would compliment my furniture and small space. I was told that the turnaround would be 3 weeks, but here we are, 13 days later and my roller shades are up. The installers were also very prompt, courteous and efficient. I am thoroughly impressed with my experience with ABC Blinds. I will definitely use them again should the need arise and recommend them no doubt. read more
