If you are thinking about any kind of window treatment and you live in the Austin area, start here! It took three months, start to finish, to get new treatments installed on every window in our 1700 square foot house. Justin patiently walked through options with us, consulted on colors, went through samples to get us the right order for every room, and then came back and installed everything when it came in. We had some minor trouble with the back door, and Justin reordered the blind, came back out, and reinstalled it for us. I think this is the best experience we've had with any home update so far.

I can't say enough great things about the amazing experience we had with Window World!! We just…read morefinished replacing all 55 of the 30-year old aluminum windows in our home with the very high-quality Window World ones. They are beautiful!! Many of our windows face south. Our breakfast nook and kitchen were made almost unlivable by the amount of heat that our old windows let in. We have had many mid to high 90 degree days since our new windows were installed, and our breakfast nook and kitchen have become our favorite places to be, as our Window World windows keep all that heat out completely. Our entire house stays much cooler now. Braden, our salesperson, was extremely professional and not high pressure at all!! Unlike some sales people, he understands all technical details of the windows, and the process of installing them. He used to be a window installer himself, and it really shows. He took very, very accurate measurements, so all our 55 windows fit perfectly when they arrived. As he looked at every window for the estimate, he explained what would need to happen for each one, such as caulking, masonry, etc. The price for all 55 of our windows was 1/2 the price of the 3 other companies we got quotes from. The quality, and look, of the windows is fantastic! After the installation was complete, Braden came by and looked at each window. He tested them for ease of raising and lowering them, as well as tilting them in and out. We found about 12-15 that were too tight, and he sent a crew over the next day to take care of them. They did a tremendous job of making them absolutely correct. I can't say enough positive things about the crew either. They arrived exactly when they said they would each day. Wes was our foreman, and did a good job of communicating with us on the first day. Bruce was the foreman-on-site of our job (was there every day), and he did a SUPERB job! He answered all the myriad of questions we had in a very professional and friendly manner. It took a 4-5 man crew 3 1/2 days to install all 55 windows. Bruce was very easy to communicate with. All the men on the crew were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Each crew member was very proficient and knew exactly what to do. The men got along very well with each other. It was a very happy crew. In my opinion, a happy crew does a good job. They had large tarps which kept the construction mess away from our carpets and furniture. Even with the tarps, they thoroughly vacuumed all the carpets and wiped down our belongings at the end of each day. They were very respectful and careful with our belongings. We were very impressed that WW's installation inspector came by twice just to be sure that things were being done properly, and to our satisfaction. We are extremely pleased with every aspect of our experience with Window World. It could not have been any better.

He was very knowledge about all my concerns and had confident answers to them. The communication with the office was really good. Wish I would have done a little more research than choosing this company…read more Service Requested: This has to be one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. I would never do business with them again. Their installers were awesome, but the office staff and sales team are horrible. I inquired about an order in August 2023. Salesperson called me immediately and came to my home the following day of my inquiry to take measurements and provided a quote. Made the decision to go with them and month later I had to call them to see what the status was of my order (According to their website and from the sale guy, it will take 12 - 13 days from the date of purchase for orders to be filled). After several run arounds, they finally told me that they would be coming out to install the shower door. Came to my home to install the shower door and shower wall, and I noticed that there were several scratches on all the pieces of glass. Therefore, they had to reorder another glass (no one checked the glass prior to coming to my home). Another month went by, and I had to call again to see what the status was of the reorder. No one had a clue. Call the sales guy, and he had no clue as well after he had already come back to my home to request an expedited order due to the damage. Now, two months have gone by, and replacement glass still has not shown up. Once the glass showed up in November 2023, again, there were more scratches on all the pieces of glass. Another month goes by, and I had to call once again to check the status of the reorder and the GM stated that he would take care of the issue but once again, the GM provided false pretense and lack of the customer service. Now it is January 2024, and I finally had to call back once again to check the status of my order, and they finally told me the glass is ready. With a lack of confidence, I went out to the office to where they store the glass to check and make sure that everything was finally fixed. Finally, the glass checked out and finally got the glass installed. After 6 months of inconvenience of not able to use my new shower, they were not willing to provide any compensation after me calling, texting, and reaching out them several times and not concerned about their customers. Value: Great quality of glass, but the manufactures do not check their work. Therefore, you better check before installing. Overall: I would NOT recommend this company until they improve their customer service. Again, this was the worst experience I've ever had.
