I had Jonathan, and the rest of his crew, out to the house a couple of times. The first time they were out there they did the north, south and west sides of the house with metallic tinting. The tint was installed about 9 months ago or so, and I couldnt be happier with the results. The install was professional and the product is holding up just fine. I can, from day one, feel a significant difference with the temperature in the summer. Will I ever recoup my costs? Who knows, I can assure you that having tint on your windows makes your spaces cooler and more livable by reducing glare. If I ever move to a different house, Sunsational will be one of the first people I call. Jonathan and his wife also did some custom work on some windows we have in our upstairs bathroom to block people from seeing us nekid in the shower. The windows were done with an opaque material with trees that we had drawn cut out of the material. If it wasn't for the great sales team and back office responsiveness, I would have given a 1 star review. The day the installers came, they left a lot of small trash all over the house. A few days after they left, we noticed that they used so much water on one of the windows that it caused our brand new paint to peel and the drywall was stained from the window frame to the floor! In frustration, I removed the frosting and found more pockets of water streaming down underneath the film. Pretty amateur installation team. read more

We contacted Sunsational for an estimate on security film installation. The sales staff were friendly, professional, highly knowledgeable, and up front about the limitations posed by our particular windows. The estimate was aligned with our expectations. Unfortunately our window frame configuration precludes the full potential benefit of a security film installation, so we decided not to proceed. I really appreciated the professionalism of Jonathan and his crew. They did the job well, and went through whatever means necessary to finish the job with no extra expense. They had to return to my home a few times due to the weather, and also because of unforeseen technical difficulties while installing my security film, but they got the job done, and on my schedule. This company installed two solar tube lights in my house, one in the kitchen and the other in the garage. Last night we had extreme rains with high winds the tube in the kitchen leaked. I left a message on their answering machine at 7:45 AM and at 8:45 AM the service manager was at my front door to correct the problem. A very small area of inadequate sealing on the roof allowed the high wind to get a small amount of moisture in. Every company has an occasional problem but the key is how they respond and we felt this was pretty incredible service. We highly recommend this company. read more
