I told the person my main objective was street view privacy. I could not have made this any clearer. After he installed the first film, it was very clear from the street that I could see inside. I called him about 30 mins later and he told me to take it down and he would come back later to put on another option, upon which, he would charge me another $50. I said ok because I had already invested like $300. 2nd one worked fine, my issue is why he didnt install this in the first place. What part of "PRIVACY" doesnt he understand. He should have never charged me the extra $50 since this was not my fault. Also, he could have done a much better job on cutting the edges. There are lots of gaps. For those 2 reasons, I am giving 1 star. You have to know your product if your gonna do this type of business and not penalize the customer. Otherwise, customer service and communication was acceptable. read more

I had an excellent experience with Precision Mobile. Todd Martin came out and slapped some tint on my new storm door. We went with a ceramic tint to keep our brand new door from roasting in the sun, and it has really helped keep the heat out. Precision Tint was recommended to me by the dealership where I purchased my new truck. I pulled them up, checked out their website, read the negative reviews, on yelp, then contacted my sales person questioning his recommendation. He actually laughed and reassured me, that they were a trustworthy business and he would never recommend a business to his customers if he wasn't confident in the quality work they do. He then told me he would pay to have it sent some where else if I was not satisfied, joking around of course. I set up an appointment, they came to my house, the two guys were professional, were in an out in less than 30 minutes. I was impressed by the impeccable job they did. They were very knowledgeable of the product, answered all my questions. I called my sales person to let him know it was a positive experience and thanked him. I recommend them whenever anyone asked who tinted my truck. I am just like the rest of you scouring through reviews to ensure a business is worthy of doing business with. I was referred to Precision Mobile tint by the Auto Dealership. The team of 3 came to my home at exactly the specified time and were, professional, courteous, and friendly. They explained what they'd be doing and had their teamwork down. After the job was done, they explained the warranty, gave instructions on what to do & not do for the next few days and explained what to expect. After they left, I noticed some soap residue between the glass and tint film, as well as numerous bubbles. I called and they turned around and came right back. They were great - they patiently explained that this was normal and reassured me that it would settle out in a few days. They also said that if it still didn't look right after 2 weeks, they would come back and re-do it. They were right: after a few days, it looked fabulous. I was so happy with them and their work that I called them back a week later and had them do more on my car and something on my husband's truck. I Highly recommend! read more

We chose this company for 2 reasons: their prices were competitive and they are mobile. I was recovering from a cesarean section only 3 weeks earlier, so the fact that they came to me made it was more convenient. The team of 2 guys showed up on time and got right to work. I was busy with my newborn inside, so I gave them my keys and told them to let me know when the job was complete. About 2 hours later they knocked at my door. I paid them and they left. My son was napping, so I didn't go out to check the car....BIG MISTAKE. About 2 hours later I packed my newborn up and got in my car to go pick up my other child from school. I only had 20 minutes to get there before the school closed, which is usually plenty of time - but not today because my car wouldn't start. What??? Turns out the 2 guys left the keys in the ignition - turned, which completely drained my battery. So, here I was, stuck waiting for a tow truck for over an hour to give me jump. This could have been a disaster heaven forbid my newborn had an emergency since I was stuck without a running car. On top of that, my 4 year old son was stranded at school for almost 2 hours waiting for me; of course I had to pay a crap load of money for picking him up past "pick up time" (it's a preschool) and also for the jump from the tow truck. The next day I noticed another issue. The entire back portion of the roof fabric was detached from the window crevice. I am positive it was NOT like that before these 2 idiots came and tinted my windows. My husband also noticed several bubbles in the tint on all of the 3 windows they did. My husband called the owner of the company who said he would come to look at it later in the week. The morning of our appointment he called to say his dad died and he would have to reschedule. Almost 2 weeks went by with no return call from him so my husband called him again. He came out 2 days later. As I was explaining to him all the issues, instead of giving me the courtesy of eye contact, he was walking around the car inspecting the bubbles. He said they use a lot of water to do the tint, and with time and heat, the bubbles would go away. Humm...really? Because my car had been parked outside 24/7 for the last 2 weeks and everyday it was at least 90+ degrees; and there were still bubbles. He then took a look at the fabric that had come detached. He went on and on about how my car was "really old", the fabric would have come detached on it's own whether they did the tints or not, and that his guys don't even touch the inside of the window by the fabric anyways. I kept reminding him that the fabric was in tact before they did the job, but he continued to insist that my car was so old that it was going to happen anyways, and they were not responsible. He finally said he would either refund our money, or I could take it to be fixed down the street by one of his buddy's and he would split the cost. Not trusting his buddy down the road, we decided to get the refund and take it somewhere of our choice. Just to repair it will be $500. Of course they don't work on weekends, so now I also have to pay to rent a car for the day so my newborn and me don't have to sit at a repair shop waiting all day. So basically, getting my 3 windows tinted is going to cost over $400 out of pocket (with the refund), but more importantly, hours of my time and a huge inconvenience. While I am glad the owner decided to refund the $180, I still believe he handled this situation very unprofessionally and it infuriates me that I have to spend hundreds of dollars to repair what they damaged. I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone. read more
