My favorite floral shop for Lunar New Year. The flowers are inexpensive and beautiful. I wouldn't buy at the super market next door because it is $10 more with less quality. The mums are large and beautiful! $20 for 6 blooms. I also got Mai Flowers for $40 a bundle. The florist are nice and so helpful on any advice on maintaining the flowers. Add ice cubes to water the mums and scratch the bottom of the branches for the Mai Flowers to get a faster bloom. 5 stars and will be back every year~ read more

I placed an order online on a Monday, not knowing she was closed, but Chloe still followed up with a phone call to let me know she'd received the order for two Purple Flower Sympathy Baskets. She also let me know that, although deliveries of baskets to residences is not policy, she would go ahead and get it done. Not only that, the purple flowers were out of stock and she would have to go to a local grower to purchase the flowers. The next day, Chloe then delivered the two baskets to two separate addresses and texted me pictures and videos of my orders and let me know that they'd been received by people at both addresses. I cannot say enough about Chloe and Austin Rainbow Bouquet! My wedding was this past June at The Oasis, and Austin Rainbow Bouquet was on their preferred vendors list. The Oasis had a wedding showcase and I was able to meet a lot of vendors that day, including Chloe. Everyone that I had come across at bridal expos and other show cases did the standard price list and just threw numbers at me. But at my first consultation with Chloe I was really blown away. She was the first person that sat down with me and immediately created a sample right in front of me to give me exactly what I had wanted. Like most brides I had several photos of what I wanted everything to look like (most from Pinterest!) and she created exactly what I wanted AND made it work with my budget. After that, I was sold. She is incredibly friendly and patient, which can be hard to find especially with wedding vendors! I felt completely confident with her, and it was one less stress I had to take care of. The day of the wedding my husband picked up the bouquets for our ceremony while I was getting ready and she sent me photos to make sure it was exactly what I had wanted, and even called to check in. My wedding morning was hectic and I was very stressed and even asked her to make an adjustment on my junior bridesmaids bouquets, no questions asked, it was done! Once at the reception I got to see all the tables with the centerpieces and final touches, it was beautiful! There was not a single table without a floral finish, everything was detailed perfectly! I would recommend Austin Rainbow Bouquet for any occasion, she does amazing work and really cares about her client and it shows. * I also would like to add that after jetting off to my honeymoon immediately after the wedding I was unable to preserve my original wedding bouquet and I was completely upset about not thinking to do it before we left. I got yelled at and threatened with canceling my flowers ON WEDDING DAY!! I found this shop through yelp, since the previous review (in 2015, should have known then) was so pleasant I decided to call and ask to see if it is possible to have my flowers done. I made it very clear that I only have about 1 & 1/2 weeks left, I needed bouquets and boutonnières done. Chloe said it was very last minute order but that she would do it. I was super appreciative!!! When we met I let her know I wanted: Cascade style bridal bouquet, and bigger boutonnière for the groom and few other bouquets and boutonnières. Prices were decent so I placed the order and gave my deposit. I let her know I wanted to pick the order up day before the wedding and she said she could keep the flowers till the wedding morning so that the flowers look fresh. I agreed. Wedding morning Chloe called me and asked if I am on my way. I told her I am running a bit late but I'll be there in an hour. She tells me thats ok. THEN she tells me that she made the flowers THE PREVIOUS NIGHT and that she FORGOT the style bouquet I wanted. She proceeds to try to convince me that its still a pretty bouquet. I let her know that my heart was set on cascade style, so she said okay and that I should come about 2 hrs later (Noon). At NOON, I sent my parents to the store, I was getting my hair done at that time and to my surprise my parents call me saying that the BRIDAL BOUQUET IS NOT READY! And it will not be ready till 2PM. I call Chloe (who wasn't even at the shop) to see whats going on and she proceeds too tell me that since my wedding wasn't till 7pm that I had plenty of time, that I got a great deal so that I should be happy. It was ridiculous that I had to explain to a vendor that my wedding took place that was an hour away and I have no one to pick it up!!! I asked her to at least give me a discount or something for the inconvenience. She responded with "NO!! YOU NEED TO PAY FULL PRICE EVEN THOUGH BRIDAL BOUQUET IS NOT READY, IF YOU DON'T WANT THE FLOWERS I CAN CANCEL THE ORDER, I WILL KEEP THE FLOWERS". She kept on yelling at me, everyone at the hair salon heard her, it was embarrassing!!! I told her I'll just pay for the items ready and come back for the bridal bouquet. Chloe responded with "NO!! YOU CANT TAKE ANYTHING UNLESS EVERY ITEM (even bridal bouquet thats not ready) IS PAID FOR." Thank GOD that I was able to keep calm and convince her that I NEED the bridal bouquet so I am going to find a way to come pick it up. She ended up letting my parents take the completed items because I agreed to pay half of the bridal bouquet price and the rest when I pick up. When I finally saw the bridal bouquet it was NOT cascade style that I wanted. It just had 3 strings of flowers hanging. None of the other items were what we agreed on either!! I was told the brides maid bouquet will have 12 flowers, but it had about 3 roses, 2 bunches of filler flowers and the rest for greenery. The grooms boutonniere looked the same as the rest, just had a white flower instead of pink. Chloe was so rude! I will never recommend this company. No bride should be threatened with not having items their wedding day, especially when the company already had a deposit. If you took the money, deliver the goods you promised! I was at her mercy because she pulled her stunts hours before my wedding, I hope no other bride has to go through this. read more

well what can i say... i am so glad that i found khloe, my wedding was at the oasis lake travis on sept 9. i contacted several vendors but since the beggining khloe was very so helpful! we were texting and i was sharing ideas since day one (texting, emails etc), i traveled from houston to austin to see final details, she had several ideas ready for us and at the end everything was looking perfect at the ceremony and reception! very proffesional everything was on time, when i arrived to oasis! i highly recommend austin rainbow bouquet for any event! read more

She probably has her friends giving her these high ratings but this is my raw and honest feedback for her - She overcharged us and would change the price on us numerous of times. I regret us not writing down a contract or recording anything from the first prices that she had given us because the next few times that we had met with her for arrangements, she had come up with a more expensive different price than the first! She was never on time with our meetings and guess what happened on the day of the wedding? She had forgotten a lot of stuff to set up, the bouquets did not turn out to what we had requested to look like and at the end of the night, she STOLE a lot of our supplies that WE had bought for the wedding!!!
