Absolutely stunning! We chose Dream Events to do the florals for our wedding and we were 110% satisfied with the service and flowers we received. We had several video calls with Caesar to help bring our vision to life. In each video call, he knew exactly what to ask and was very knowledgeable about specific florals. Our vision shifted several times and Caesar was very patient with us and happy to make changes so we could get exactly what we wanted. We did our mock-up with Sergio and he was so sweet and did a great job helping us design our centerpieces. The pricing is upfront and very fairly priced. They provided an organized contract with photos of exactly what your florals will look like and how much each arrangement will cost so there are no surprises. We never even saw the florists the day of the wedding, everything was just magically set up perfectly before the ceremony and reception. The photos speak for themselves. I cannot say enough good things about Dream Events. My husband and I searched and searched for a caterer we liked, would provide what we were looking for, and was affordable. We finally found Lisa and set up a tasting. OMG. Everything was so delicious so we booked them. In addition, I had a wedding guest with a pretty difficult allergy and thy were super easy and eager to accommodate her. Teyy even went as far as to chatting with the guest directly to make sure all allergy needs were being met. We were a bit nervous about how a large event would work in terms of the taste and quality of the food, but we had guests ranting and raving over how elivious everything was. My husband and I were wary about picking an all-inclusive vendor when we first began planning for our wedding. We were concerned that we would sacrifice quality in a few areas for the convenience of a one stop shop. After weeks of research and vendor appointments, we couldn't say no to what Dream Weddings had to offer in terms of value and experience and we were so so thankful that we hired them for catering, bar service and decor/floral. Our only regret was not choosing their day of coordination service as well. Lisa, Caesar and Sergio made the wedding planning process enjoyable for my entire family. Each appointment we had with them was a delight and made us feel more comfortable and excited that our wedding was going to be everything we wanted. We actually visited a floral warehouse when choosing flowers and got to play with linens and place settings in a room they have dedicated just for decor. It made the whole event feel like it was coming to life way ahead of time. This team was so gracious and professional to us even when our meetings were running longer than expected. If you want your guests to be talking for weeks about how fantastic the food at your wedding was, hire Dream to cater. Every single person at our wedding RAVED about the food. The team at Dream is so kind and great to work with. There was great communication throughout the planning process, and an attention to detail I really appreciated. At our tasting, they really took their time explaining everything to us, from how appetizers would be served to how the signature drinks would work. We chose a buffet style dinner and had a few dietary restrictions that they seamlessly accommodated. Multiple guests were disappointed when we told them Dream is not a restaurant, because they wanted to eat there again and again. Sometimes you need to be able to put your faith in a team that will execute your vision and assist you to ensure all the details are addressed. This is what I found in Dream Weddings. They listened to my unusual color choices. They brain stormed on how to get the look I desired and had many suggestions on how we could take the look to another level. I loved the way they positively responded to visuals presented on my Pinterest. The team handled all of the decor, table coverings, runners, flowers, they supplied the Dj and the day of coordination. I want to mention that if I had picked another venue I would have chosen Dream Weddings to do the catering. We were able to sample their food at the Bridal EXTRAVAGANZA and honestly thought there stuff was great. Since the venue we picked does all the food in-house we did not have an opportunity to pick them. I found Lisa very easy to work with and the best part is she takes notes to ensure that details are not missed. Now with all events there is always a few things that do not go exactly as planned. UPDATE 8/2/2023 -Just had a link sent to me that this vendor has plastered photos and videos of my mom's wedding on his website. TONS of photos and videos he spent time collecting from social media. This is the creepiest and weirdest thing I have ever seen. I'm speechless. I urge you to please reconsider using this vendor. I've never seen this type of behavior come from someone who was in the WRONG. There is nothing untrue about my review below. We will see what type of legal action can be taken for the photos and videos that were posted on his website without permission. WHAT A NIGHTMARE AND ONE OF THE BIGGEST REGRETS WAS HIRING THIS CREEP! UPDATE 4/4/2023 - PLEASE BEWARE! Cesar has done it again. He has been making fake accounts posing as my mother and other family members with the name Limon and leaving himself 5 star reviews trying to negate everything we have said about what he did to this wedding! He has posted photos of my mother without her permission that he stole from stalking her social media months after the wedding - CREEPY!!! And he's denying the facts that happened at the wedding that were witnessed by several people! This is nuts. Never have I seen someone do something so weird and creepy to get his reviews up after his major screw up! I'm baffled at the lengths this guy will go MONTHS after the event when he was so clearly in the wrong. Please avoid this company and his unethical behaviors so you don't have to experience this craziness. We have reported him and his company. Aside from the absolute lack of professionalism from Cesar as I watched him lose it and rip apart a bridesmaid bouquet and then walk around talking to himself saying he knew he messed up he knew he ruined the day - the food was cold, chicken was dry, steak was undercooked - cold, chewy and rare, the butter made for the steak didn't even melt because the food was so cold. He came up with the estimates for liquor needed for 200 guests and then did not even bring enough mixers. The signature drinks ran out in less than 2 hours. So the bar staff served everyone incredibly strong drinks due to their lack of preparation. This was a major issue for guest safety. In addition to these problems, the incorrect flowers were ordered, complete opposite of what the bride and groom requested. Instead of white and blush, there were tons of red, purple and hot pink. Also the flowers that were used looked like they had been sitting for days. They were wilted, browning and dying. There were even browning dying flowers in the bride's bouquet!!! The frustration, disappointment and added stress caused by this company is just unforgivable. If you want a smooth day without stress, and want to put trust in a company to deliver your special day the way you want and seamlessly, THEN DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. By far worst experience!!! Also forgot to mention he said at the time of his meltdown when he destroyed the bridesmaid bouquet he knew he would have to give a discount because of the situation in addition to the discount he was going to give for ordering the wrong flowers, he now no longer wants to provide that and is instead stalking the bride on instagram and arguing with her over email. What great customer service!! Updating to add the boutonnières for the groomsmen we're tiny and half dead, the groom's flower completely broke off shortly after pinning it on, they made 1 less bouquet than what was ordered and had to piece one together with random flowers. Okay this is getting creepy, Ceaser Andreas has repeatedly drunk texted and emailed my mother (the bride) pictures from her wedding he took from her instagram sharing with her how good she looked. He single handedly destroyed her wedding with both the god awful catering, and the HORRIBLE flower arrangements. Ceaser Andreas is not capable to give you the trust needed for your special day. Our event was 3 MONTHS ago and he is continuing to stalk and harass us. Creating false accounts in our family members names in order to contradict our original review. This is getting desperate and sad. Pathetic more so. IF your business was thriving so well why are you still thinking of our event. We have the many emails, photos, texts for the proof to this disgusting behavior. Please do not do business with this man child who calls him self an owner. You destroyed bouquets, centerpieces, served MINORS (Severed is an understatement) we had MINORS having to Uber home after getting sick for the amount they were over served. Parents are looking to press charges, now he is continuing this harassment after we have severed all communication with him. My fiancé and I heard about Dream Weddings thru a friend and decided to meet with them when we started planning our wedding. Lisa and Caesar were great our first meeting, they talked with us about expectations and theme we had in mind for the wedding. They were able to give us a budget/estimate that day. We decided to have Dream Weddings take care of our flowers, table setting and décor, DJ, bartenders, cake, lighting, reception décor and day of planner. (Came out to close to $10-11,000 so you can have an idea of cost, but we had upgraded items) They made it so easy for us. We scheduled multiple meetings through-out the process, and they would show us place settings, flower ideas, anything we saw on Pinterest they were able to create for us. Most of my contact was with Lisa, and she was very quick to respond. Within the hour most times, but usually same day if I had any questions or concerns. Day of the wedding, the team went out to our venue early and set everything up, we literally didn't have to lift a finger they did it all! And it turned out beautiful. Everyone was extremely impressed with how it turned out, and our parents loved it. We had two small issues come up with the alcohol and bouquet but Caesar was very quick to fix both issues, and left us very satisfied. For day of planning- they helped us set a timeline and stick to it that evening without being super pushy and very flexible to the mood of the crowd and my fiancé and me. I love Dream Events, let me just start there! I initially contacted Dream Events because they showed up in my Google search of "wedding venues in Austin, TX". I called and spoke to Lisa who informed me that they were not actually a venue, haha. But she did share a few venues with me, one of which was brand new and had not yet even opened for weddings! Well, I visited the new venue and ended up choosing that location for my wedding. I called Lisa back and ended up selecting Dream Events as my florist and for linen rentals. Lisa was a great point of contact throughout the whole process. She is so friendly and patient. I also worked with Sergio and Caesar- I love those guys! My bouquet was beautiful, my floral spray- amazing, and they was just a joy to work with. On the day of my wedding, they were prompt with arriving and setting everything up. This review is long overdue! My wedding was August 19, 2017. I did a lot of research about multiple vendors in each category. I had spreadsheets and charts comparing all of them in the Austin area. Ultimately, our decision was based on pricing and reviews. Dream was the most affordable for the services I wanted and because a friend of mine had used their services before. I ordered the floral package (which includes decor), catering package, and day of coordination. I'm glad I picked them to take over the bulk of the wedding (cake, photog, dj were separate). Planning a wedding on your own can be stressful and having to juggle between vendors is equally stressful. Overall, we are absolutely so happy with our decision in vendors. We loved working with Dream Weddings. I will admit that there were times were communication was a bit rocky. I had read previous reviews that made me a little anxious and I didn't want anything to be forgotten. After meetings, I felt like I would normally be the one to email and summarize the items discussed. I also did have a phone conversation to clear any confusion up. After that conversation, there were absolutely no problems and I felt 100% comfortable with how the wedding would go. I'm also very thankful that Lisa was super professional and was never hostile towards me during the process. I should say I have a family of very outspoken people. We are overbearing but it's all out of love, we can be hard to handle, we are very opinionated and we rarely agree the same things but when you are putting a lot of money into something, I guess you can be, right? ha! I'd have to say Caesar really blew my family away. He went above and beyond, he was never aggravated, angry or impatient with any of us. He helped me through every step of the design process with a smile on his face at all times. I was somehow lucky enough to have him around through the whole night of my wedding and I could not have been more happy. I mean he truly was a saint and made sure every detail of the wedding went by smoothly. He met up with me at open houses that my venue would host to discuss details. He made himself available. When I was unsure about something, he knew just the right way to talk to me about it to either help me decide or understand his thought process. His customer service is just impeccable and he is so patient. We still talk about how amazing he was and what a great man he is. Thank you so so so much Cesar. You are the best and sorry if I drove you crazy! Sergio - oh my goodness, I love this man to pieces! He's so passionate. He sat in a floral ice box with me when I couldn't make up my mind to save my life. I mean I think i could have literally picked every flower. The day of the wedding we were in the back putting flowers together trying to determine if the bouquet should have more or less. I really appreciated the fact that he would consistently asked me how i felt about the final product, if i liked it, if i didn't, if i wanted to add something else. It was just a great experience to work with him. I had absolutely no worries about the flowers. There were things I wanted to order, but I was basically trying to pull off a fall wedding theme during the summer so not all the florals were available! Understand the season folks! They really do their best to please! The wedding ran wonderfully. They coordinated and designed it perfectly! Appreciated the fact that they made sure my husband and I sat down to enjoy the delicious food. The staff was absolutely wonderful and rocked it! My last note is about the food. I still have people who talk about how good the food was and honestly I think about the food from time to time. SO GOOD! We had one tasting if i'm not mistaken! Which was great, i got to invite three people (my husband couldn't make it), picked out some items to try. Once again, my family is hard to please but when it comes to food my dad is the decision maker. He LOVED the food we ultimately decided on. We ordered: Beef filet (with garlic butter), the grilled chicken breast (with creamy pesto), the brussels sprouts, asparagus and mashed potatoes. For appetizers we got the bacon wrapped jalapeno filled with cream cheese and the stuffed mushrooms. OK - i don't even like chicken and the chicken was bombbb, that sauce! Yummm. The best part about this is that they gave us the leftovers and it really hit the spot as hangover food the next day. Thank you so much! All of you really made our day so great. Definitely recommend using them for your event. My tips for future brides, just be on top of communication, make sure to document correspondence, don't be afraid to ask 101 questions (i bet you won't have more than we had haha) and also breathe! The value of the product that they gave us for us what we paid for was amazing! We used to dream for our food, table linens and dishes, and our bar tenders. The food was amazing and we had so many people go back for seconds! We had a lot of people come and tell us how good the food was and we too were also very impressed with how everything came out. Sometimes when you order a buffet the food isn't as good as when you prepare it for a smaller group. This was not the case with Dream. Everything was hot and cooked very well. Do not do business with this company!!!! MY Sons wedding was on December 14th 2019 and Dream Event's was a disasters. Were do I start , we rented candelabras but they forgot to bring the candles!!!! Who forgets candles for candelabras? The stairs at the venue were to have 16 silver lanterns up and down the stairs, that didn't happen they were also forgot and left at the facility!!! There were to be corsage and boutonnières for the entire wedding party, 6 boutonnières were left or not even maid and the corsages were already dead flowers!!! The tall arrangements were to have lights in the vases they were forgotten also. The sashes and brooch on the tables were not installed. I guess those were also left at the facility. After the Event this company would not even contact use, I don't blame them I would be embarrassed to!!! To mess up on an Event so badly am amateur could have done better!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! It was a DISASTER!!!!!!!!!! So disappointing you only get Married once there is no do over!!! It was such a pleasure to work with Dream Weddings of Austin to cater our wedding at The mansion. They did an incredible job from start to finish. So many of our guests complemented on the quality of the food, it was definitely beyond our expectations. We were also blown away by their exceptional service and the professionalism of their catering staff. Caesar and Lisa were very responsive and easy to work with. Sergio helped us maximize our venue and everything look elegant and clean! All of our food was excellent. The set up for the event was also wonderfully-executed and all of the waitstaff who attended to us and our guests were so warm, friendly, and attentive. They put our vision into reality and did a great job making the ceremony and reception venues look amazing. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous!! I knew from the moment I saw my bouquet for bridal portraits that the flowers on our wedding day would be breathtaking and they were! Lisa and Caesar were lifesavers throughout the day - they communicated with us at every stage whether it be to update us on ceremony start time or when it was time to cut the cake. My husband and I hired Dream Weddings & Events (DWE) for various wedding services including catering, cake, bar service, floral, and venue decor services. We negotiated a fair contract and were very happy with DWE during the planning phase. They treated us very well prior to the wedding and repeatedly assured us they could handle the job. Overall we were very satisfied with most of their services. Although we received mixed reviews from our guests regarding the meal and service, our primary complaint is about their handling of the decor items we provided and the poor customer service we received after some of our items went missing - two lanterns and the rug we purchased specifically to stand on as we exchanged vows during the marriage ceremony. For our wedding we purchased most of our decor and had DWE set up, take down and pack up after the reception. This is something that they agreed to in person and in writing. They promised us multiple times over all was going to be fine and not to worry because they could handle it. We organized, labeled, and packed everything very carefully and gave DWE a checklist with the name, picture, and the quantity of each item when we delivered it all to DWE's studio prior to the wedding. The wedding day setup went as planned. At the end of the evening, DWE was to pack up all of the decor and hand it off to the people my husband and I had assigned to transport the decor back to our house. DWE staff rushed to clear the venue to leave as quickly as possible, this despite the fact that our event ended nearly 45 minutes ahead of schedule allowing them ample time beyond their already planned clean up time to do a proper job. When DWE handed off the boxes to our representatives, our party discovered the rug was missing. The staff did a quick search of the venue and didn't find the rug. The DWE owner told our people he wouldn't waste time looking for the rug since it was inexpensive anyway and the time was costing him money. This was still over 30 minutes before their scheduled departure time. All parties agreed to follow up the next day after DWE unloaded their trucks to determine if the rug was with their items. Our coordinator had to email us during our honeymoon to let us know they never found the rug. It wasn't until we returned from our honeymoon and unpacked our boxes that we discovered missing lanterns and also that DWE had packed some of their decor with ours. DWE staff rushed to box up the decor very roughly intermingling their decor with ours. Ultimately, the wedding rug and two lanterns were not found and we asked DWE to replace the missing items to resolve the issue before we reviewed them. They did not replace them, so we asked for reimbursement as follows: a 6'x9' rug (value of $274.94) and two small silver lanterns (value of $58.34) for a total of $333.28 (includes the cost of shipping and taxes). We did not ask for any compensation for the loss of the very sentimental value of the wedding rug. DWE did not reimburse us and did not accept responsibility for the loss. Instead, they tried to blame us and our wedding party using very insulting and intimidating language. We feel this is terrible customer service on their part and therefore we cannot recommend them to others. read more

Sergio showed up with my rental and noticed that it was 2 hours before the wedding and we were still running around doing things. He offered to help which was NOT part of his contract. He ended up saving my wedding ceremony since it was outside and raining. I honestly don't know what we would have done if he wasn't there to help us. And the best part of it all is that he did everything with a big great smile in his face. He even helped me walk out of the dressing room holding my dress up so it wouldn't get wet. My parents fell in love, we offered him to stay for the party which he couldn't but I am sure we would have had alot of fun. I was so GRATEFUL to have him there. I have use the Dream Weddings and Events 2 times for my daughters 15th Birthday. Both times they had blow me away with their creativity and amazing taste on all the decor. I am extremely picky and I love classy things and the guys did everything to made my girls and myself happy. Food was amazing, the cake was the best we had. Everything was beautiful, I didn't have to worry about anything they pretty much take care of everything and even the venue owners refund both times my full deposit because the guys leave the place like there was not a party there and want have recommend the company to clients because of how professional they work and take care of the venue. I am sad to see a bad review because that is not in their personality not to care about their clients even after the party was over. The DJ took by mistake a dolly to carry his equipment and the venue contacted me to see if we have taken the dolly. Caesar, call everybody who stay after hours to clean the venue and found out that the DJ had taking it by mistake. He personally made sure that it was returned to the owner of the venue. Dream Weddings did our daughter's wedding on April 30th. They are fabulous; we recommend them without hesitation - excellent service at a very reasonable cost. They made prep easy & fun: table setting layout and colors, other decor, flowers, food choices, etc. In several planned meetings, Cesar, Lisa and Sergio made this painless, even enjoyable. Even looked at the bride's Pinterest pins to see what she liked. Sergio is fantastic on florals: table settings, ceremony arch, bouquets, wrist corsages - all beautiful. The table setups were exactly what the bride wanted, looked terrific, as did the signage. Snags from vendors were zero stress, as Lisa just handled them. Priceless! This is 4 star (not 5) is due to problems with the food prep and wait service. Our table (the parents of the bride and some close family) didn't get any entrees. When Grandma and the Aunts notice the other tables are all eating and they aren't, there's an issue :-) Also, grand kids' kid meals were very delayed (another table). It took a while for the kitchen to sort this out even after we told them. We heard afterwards that at least one other table had a similar problem: 7 guests got entrees but 1 didn't; after complaining and long wait, got hers. Another guest said the wait staff was pushing pork when she ordered hen. This is something that Dream Weddings should improve upon. Also, no water refill on the table's water glasses. The bar staff had ample water bottles, but not on ice.  So you'll fetch Grandma a water refill from the bar, but at room temperature...  My advice: (a) specify that the bar staff (who did a great job) keep the water bottles on ice. (Which I could have asked for right then, but didn't think of it at the time, doh!)  (b) Maybe price in an extra wait staff person to wander the tables both refilling waters, checking on service, etc. And, (c) Ask Dream Weddings to do some extra management of the food prep folks to avoid these problems.  Done with problems! To be clear, none of this was a major calamity, and the food was delicious (and the cake, from Michelle's Patisserie, was really fabulous). It just explains why the number of stars on this review isn't a perfect 5. And we'd recommend Dream Weddings to anyone in spite of these hiccups, because we believe they can be easily prevented in the future. Now, talking about food: it is either really inconvenient, or really awesome, to take home a ton of left-over wedding cake at the end of the night. The Dream Weddings team believes it is inconvenient, and I agree with them. On the other hand, some folks (like the mother of the bride!) worry that if there isn't at least a little bit left over, someone who wanted cake might not have gotten any. (It was not served individually to the tables, but rather people walked up to get slices from a separate table in the room.)  So if you have a strong preference on this, indicate it to the team up front, because they're going to default to minimal or no leftovers when they size things. (You'll of course get the top layer boxed to go to freeze for the bride and groom's first anniversary.) Wrap-up: the value of working with Dream Weddings to figure out and provide exactly what the bride and groom want, from decor to flowers to food and cake, is phenomenal. Similarly, the coordination and management was excellent because it removed stress completely from the parents of the bride and because we were so confident in the team's professionalism and competence. The value for the price is outstanding: even if you choose to be your own "general contractor" for your wedding, I doubt you'd save any money compared to working with Dream Weddings, and you'd miss out on all the benefits. They made things easy and stress free, and they were also a great price performer -- wow. Plus they're all genuinely lovely people. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat. read more

Caesar and Sergio are absolutely the best wedding and event coordinators in the Austin area. We engaged them for our Son's wedding and their attention to detail was excellent! I told them I wished they would open a restaurant. They have some of the best food options I have had, even at some of the best restaurants in Austin. Dream weddings is such an amazing group of wonderful people to work with. Like many, my now husband and I were a little skeptical of using an all inclusive group for our wedding. Now after being married for a month and finally looking back on everything, we are SO glad we went with them. They covered everything for us. My Husband and I were blessed to have came across Dream Weddings on our search for a wedding venue. As I stepped into the door of their business , I felt at ease as I was greeted by Caesar and Lisa. They both greeted us , smiled, and laid out all the prices for us. They didn't hide anything or sugar coat it, we gave them a budget and that's where it stayed. They tried so hard to maintain it within our budget and they made sure that we got our money's worth for it. I could feel the honesty that came off of Caesar as he explained everything to us. We were sold. But came the first appointment, and we met the genius behind Dream Weddings, SERGIO. From the moment we met SERGIO we knew that we were in great hands. We automatically clicked, we all laughed, talked, giggled. It's like we had known each other for years. He was honest, funny, and knowledgeable. He knows EVERYTHING that has to do with flowers. There is not one flower that he didn't know, and he knew exactly what flowers went best with what. He helped me choose out the linens, the chargers, flowers, vases. EVERYTHING. all I had to do was know what colors i wanted. That to me is the most wonderful thing a bride could ever ask for. Sergio made me feel comfortable, relaxed and he always told me "don't stress". And he's right, there wasn't a reason for me to ever stress because our wedding was in the hands of 2 EXCELLENT wedding planners. I will never forget my experience with both of them, especially Sergio. He has become a very close friend that I will always love. Dream Weddings did an amazing job for my wedding. To start, my bouquet was absolutely perfect,exactly what I had envisioned and I loved it so much. The reception was also beautiful and amazing! All the decorations were gorgeous, especially the crystal wall and head table! I loved the chandelier and draping as well. All of the flower arrangements for the tables were gorgeous and perfectly executed. I really could not have imagined a better reception! We planned our wedding with Dream Weddings of Austin, and it was a great experience. They were proactive, and great at helping us create a unique wedding experience. The wedding planning was so much easier because they were taking care of so many of the details, including the cake, decor, food, floral, and even the planning of the day. I was a relaxed bride the day of the wedding knowing that they had taken care of all the details, and were there to take care of anything that may come up. The food and cake were tailored to our tastes, and were raved about by our guests. The decor was beautiful and elegant, and the DJ was very great at working with us to make sure music was to our taste.
