They give you bread with focaccia and the focaccia is excellent. As for the food the portions are great! I ordered the Speghetti carbonara. It was pretty good but a bit over salty. I wouldn't get it again. We also got the farfalle alla buttera and we added shrimp. Both the shrimp and chicken unfortunately were over cooked. The sauce was on the bland side. Just wasn't for us this time around. We also got a spicy peach tini- it was pretty good but had too many jalapeño seeds on it.

Our server was really nice and even though she forgot the extra bread and water fill ups - we were treated nicely. And our food came out in perfect timing. Our food came with a side and also soup so we ordered the lobster bisque. I liked the taste of it but the lobster and onions were diced up and there was so much of it that it just didn't taste good. Onto the entrees I ordered the chicken Marsala and it came with two good sized chicken breasts and I opted for the fettuccine Alfredo on the side. Overall I give it a 7/10 - it hit the mark but wasn't impressive. We also ordered the Parmesan crusted 8 oz filet for $35. We asked for medium but it came out medium rare. Was a bit bland but we ate it. Overall we won't be back for a while but it's a good place to try when you want some Italian from an old school joint.

The stuffed shells were good. I'd order them again. The gelato was delicious. The apple pie was reminiscent of a few layers of Pillsbury dough whereas I was hoping for an excellent crust balanced with the apple filling. Service: It was okay. Nothing worth highlighting. Ambiance: The dining room is very open and bright. You can see through the divider between the Fiori dining room and the Truth bar (separate menu experience) next to the dining room. That was different. We plan to visit again for the Truth experience. For Fiori, I'd repeat the calamari for certain and possibly the stuffed shells.

She only checked on me once, was very dry. What is worse after waiting about 20 minutes for her to take my payment, well that never happened. I went up to the counter to pay my bill. She picked up all of the other customers bills at their table. This was my 4th time dinning in, first time ever receiving this type of service. I felt HURT and VERY sad leaving. I never intentionally treat people bad. The other young ladies that waited on me in the past were very kind and attentive. She was clearly having a good day by the way she interacted with the other customers. Lastly after taking my payment she never stayed to see the transaction through. Immediately I took my receipt and left. No excuse for this type of behavior. I will never return to this establishment. Cafe Borgia, service is Top of the line. The owners greet you and talk to you. Servers are OUTSTANDING! Anna should go there for training!
