Wagyu burger and sweet potato hash 10 out of 10
    Sarah C.

What a beautiful addition to hubby and my restaurant list! First off I went here with girlfriends for brunch and it was a 10 out of 10 I had the lemon ricotta pancakes amazing! Girlfriends had tallow biscuit breakfast sandwich and the croissant breakfast sandwich and they both were thrilled with the flavor and presentation. They had a couple of the specialty coffees and also 10 out of 10. Today went back with my husband as he really wanted to try it since I raved about it. We both had the Wagyu burger and sweet potato hash 10 out of 10! The burger was huge. I took home half of mine. Everything in the restaurant is clean. I have no complaints. This restaurant is on our restaurant list of favorites and we will definitely be back. Highly highly recommend!!!

place was packed when we stopped for a late Saturday morning brunch. eclectic crowd. the weather was comfortable, and we were able to sit outside. service was engaging and personal -- very interactive, which I appreciated. the nineteen-year-old had the GREEN GOODESS STEAK BOWL (ribeye, baby greens, farro, feta, avocado, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and green goddess dressing). a big hit. the wife-unit had the KALE HASH (poached eggs, kale, sweet potatoes, black beans, bell peppers, parmesan cheese, green goddess aioli, and pico de gallo). another big hit. I had the WAGYU LOCO MOCO (wagyu beef patty, caramelized onion gravy, 2 eggs over medium, white rice, and microgreens). a near miss. a very pleasant brunch experience. looking forward to future visits.

Once again, we had a great experience! We ordered the Pretty in Pink, but the collagen gave it a flavor we didn't love (which was surprising since I usually don't notice collagen at all.) When we asked to switch it out, the owner personally came over, apologized, and quickly replaced it with a new drink (blue dream) no questions asked. It was delicious!! They explained they were trying a new collagen and appreciated our feedback As for the food, everything was fantastic. The steak chimichurri and the egg biscuit were both delicious, along with the rest of the items we tried. We'll definitely be back!

This is a very popular place and I can see why! You order at the counter, and then you seat yourself. The menu has some very nice delectable options, good mix of sweet and savory. There are lots of yummy coffee and latte options, including a rotating special list. You feel like you're in a fairytale, or a fairy garden based off of the ambience. Very spring and flowery. Food is delicious, all of the staff and servers are so friendly, they want you to be happy! I am so happy I came across this place, and it will become a Go-to!

Clean, socal eating at its best! The menu is thoughtfully planned to have something for everyone. I ordered the maple bacon Benny. It didn't disappoint. The biscuit was flavorful. The bacon lended a touch of sweetness and saltiness. The hollandaise sauce was perfect and light. Wish the dish had a bit more. My egg was perfectly poached. It could have benefited from a pinch of finishing salt. I choose the the potato's over the salad for my side. I made a good choice. They came with roasted bell pepper and onions. I also ordered an iced chia latte. Not too spicy. The dish ware and tables are colorful and cheerful. The service is helpful and friendly. From ordering at the counter to delivery at your table. Everyone had a smile and kind word. They even got my pups some water in a fancy bowl! They have inside and pet friendly outside seating. Parking is plentiful in adjacent lot. Definitely worth the visit!

If you're looking for amazing decor/vibe, clean healthy nutritious food, and great customer service with RJ and his team that enjoys being apart of the community, this is the spot! I've had a few different items now and each one I would order again.

Aura garden review as a foodie everyone needs to know about this place. * -Good food The entire menu is quality. Brunch menu with clean ingredients, no seed oils (beef tallow praise God ). Everything is either made in-house or locally sourced. I don't feel like trash after eating here. The food actually tastes good- I hate it when something is healthy but tastes like grass. I had the prime rib chimichurri sandwhich, took one bite & made Troy stop everything to try it. Iced ceremonial grade matcha was perfection. Troy had the prime rib royale, he typically doesn't order benedicts because they drown it in Hollandaise & usually put it on a dumpy English muffin, but that wasn't the case with this dish. Homemade sourdough, light sauce, amazing cuts of meat & lots of flavor. He was also surprised by quality the side salad. & his spicy Mexican mocha tasted like Christmas at my nana's house. * -Vibes The aesthetic is gorgeous, vibrant murals but not loud noise. Furniture, appliances, cutlery was all very nice & well done that set up for a very fun & chill atmosphere. Some fake plants weren't my favorite but that's just me being picky & it doesn't kill the vibe. * -Hospitality ‍ It's an elevated spot, but you feel like family. Staff knows their menu, give great recommendations & answer questions. Two partners with chef experience blending Hollywood excellence with hometown ingredients & backyard warmness. Pretty cool people. * * * So if you need a north county brunch spot, that cares about the ingredients in their food, the people without sacrificing ambiance this is your spot. @auragardensrestaurant

    Wagyu Loco Moco.

The Shakshuka was good, but not really authentic in flavor. The sauce was not spicy. The tallow fried potatoes were flavorful. The Wagyu Loco Moco was good, however, the gravy was too salty according to my husband. The Breakfast Wrap was good. My daughter said she would order it again. I gave it 4 stars because there wasn't any Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi and the coffee drinks were average. The atmosphere was okay. It gets loud inside and you have to place your order at the counter. We were there the first week they opened and I would try it again, however, I do prefer a restaurant with servers that take your order at your table.

What a charming eatery nestled near the Carlsbad Shoppes and tucked into the corner of several health and wellness studios, along with a variety of shopping spots. There's plenty of parking when you visit. They take pride in crafting delicious food in a seed-oil-free kitchen, while also offering choices made with seed oils for those who prefer them. RJ, one of the owners, was manning the cash register and was very informative. I ordered a hot oat milk honey latte, and he recommended the oat milk with seed oil - he mentioned the chemistry with that particular hot oat milk just makes it work, which I really enjoyed. I also ordered the freshly baked tallow biscuits and the two-egg breakfast plate. My husband ordered the same breakfast plate. Mine came with chicken sausage, and his came with bacon. We both enjoyed our meals. The sourdough and breakfast potatoes were a delight. You must get the housemade raspberry compote with the biscuits. It's a crowd favorite for a reason. We also had a great conversation with Aaron, the other owner of Aura Gardens. He was very kind and checked in on us while bussing tables. You can truly feel the passion behind this business when both owners are grinding alongside their crew. The food here is excellent. Again, don't skip the biscuits and raspberry compote. The drinks were great for breakfast as well. This place gets packed on Saturdays. There's both outdoor and indoor seating. You order at the cashier, and they'll bring your food out to you using a number system. We'll definitely be back again for breakfast and to try their dinner menu too.

Well, I like to eat clean food and this place has it. Good variety of menu items as well as coffee, tea drinks. I gave this place a five star because the service is excellent. The food is excellent. The atmosphere is unique but nice. The only negativity is it is expensive.

Came here for a late breakfast, and wanted something healthy and tasty, and in both departments were more than exceeded. The servers and everyone were super sweet and welcoming and ready to help, so that was an absolute pleasure. Walking in it had nice music playing and the colorfulness and bows and plants make it so warm and welcoming. Very lovely place and gives girly energy but in a most good way. The lavender vanilla matcha came and is one of the all time best matchas I've had, not drowned in tooo much sweetness, earthy and strong flavors without being bitter, extremely wonderful and delightful. The shrimp was cooked well, and the rice was absolutely delish, with everything meshing well and with a freshness that tastes healthy in only the best way. Overall, this was one of the best breakfasts I've had, I'm giving it a 5/5 stars, highly recommend and will be coming back

Us girls decided to have brunch at Aura Gardens. It is a cute place with a good menu selection. The service was a bit slow and they got confused about some orders. Quality of food was good. I had the Maple Bacon Benny with tallow biscuit, which was very good, except the poached eggs were not runny. I opted for a salad as my side, which was fresh and the dressing was very good. I had also the guava mimosa, which was divine. Too bad the water I've also ordered never arrived. This place is really nice, it just appeared a bit disorganized because of the waiters getting confused about all the orders.

Entering: Never greeted let alone not acknowledged until it became barely. As someone who has worked all types of jobs, going as far back as when I was a teen myself - this is important. The two youngest ladies, at the register, were deep in their gossip that I doubt they noticed we walked in; only customers. I tried to get their attention but to no avail until I walked over and stood in front on them where their conversation had to be cut short. One of the young girls look a smidgen annoyed while the other was trying to rush to get my order. Quality of goods: I ordered a chocolate chip cookie, to share later with my girls and orders sometime raspberry for my teen son that he could enjoy later on break. The cookie was huge, yes, but nothing that beats the moist and chewy cookies I make myself at home, which I can't currently do since my kitchen is beinf remodeled. I asked my son on his bougie donut, later in the day, and he did the so-so hand and gave it an ok and dry. At end: we will stick to SK for service and quality.

For our first appetizer-type courses, we ordered sliced sourdough with butter and roasted cabbage - both great options. The roasted cabbage ended up being my favorite part of the dinner. It was like a Caesar salad on a juicy, tender cabbage spear with a slight char. I felt like I definitely needed to order some bread to try some element of the bakery. We got another taste of the bakery because we also ordered pizza from the kids menu. I snuck a piece and that was great. We ordered two main courses: one pasta dish and the other was a braised rabbit with morels. The pasta dish was fine but my wife and I weren't planning to share it. We had to share it because the rabbit dish took so long that I had to cancel the order. It was unfortunate because I was really looking forward to that. That was one inconvenience. The other hiccup was they didn't have any beer available because of a cooler issue. They had really good beer on the menu too, so finding that out after I ordered was a let down. I entertained ordering wine or a cocktail afterward, but passed. We were sitting by the bar and the cocktails they were making looked really good. With those issues, the manager spoke with us and sent us home with a slice of lemon meringue pie to rectify. We appreciated the gesture and the service we had all night was good. I'm sure this place gets 5/5 stars most nights. It's a super cool place inside and out.
