I continue to love everything that I try from Parakeet Cafe, and they have so many fun and yummy options! Lots to choose from. They are efficient with their service and getting you your meal, and love the pink, and how fun and quirky the feel of the restaurant is!

It's pretty here and the ambiance is great. I didn't try the pastries although they looked delicious, my biggest complaint is the drinks. They never taste good, I'm unfortunately always disappointed. Both locations should just become bakeries because I think that would be better for business and more fair to customers because my drink did not taste like lavender, and my mother's drink did not taste like chai. We had our other family members taste it and they were confused about how it was made. Everything costs money and we were exploring the area before we had lunch for my birthday. Only reason I'm not giving it a one star is because the staff are nice, but I would never come here again. Does not seem worth my time or money. So sad because it looks so beautiful. I can't just expect change to occur so this is my stance not just from now, but also since 2023 from the Coronado location.

What are we doing guys. 8 dollar chocolate croissant that is half the size of a 5 dollar chocolate croissant. Stale brioche with soggy potatoes. Got a slice of tomato on my chicken pesto that was big enough to pay taxes. Yall pastries look like they came in through a rock tumbler. Food was so disappointing, i spent like $50 and i still would rather throw it away. BOOOOOOO PARAKEET BOOOOOOOOO

First time here and I would come back again. Their vanilla cold foam matcha is refreshing and doesn't taste like grass. The fruit danish was lite and delish. The star of the show was the chicken Cesar wrap. I like that it had big chunks of warm chicken because cold chicken would have put me in a bad mood. Not a lot of seating options for large groups, but it's a nice spot for a coffee/breakfast date. A little on the pricey side, but I think the quality of the food and the good service makes it worth it. I would recommend it. Just know, you're sitting outside and there will be bugs. lol

This place is so cute!! The paintings on the walls of birds are so eye catching and of course everything is pink. We stopped in to see what they had and to our surprise a LOT of stuff was gluten free! My husband got the eclair and a banana oat muffin to try. The eclair was very good - chocolate cream filled - and reminded me and my husband of a filled churro (without the cinnamon sugar). They have more than just baked goods and its definitely a place for sitting and relaxing. Theres even outdoor tables! I would love to come back here but it's over an hour away from me. But you never know! Its in a shopping plaza so decent parking. Clean bathroom!!

This cafe replaced Peets Coffee at the Forum. It's really hip - rad & trendy decor, modern furniture, definitely IG-worthy. Has indoor and outdoor seating. You order from the front cash register, there are bakery items to the side, and menus are available at the entrance. Menu has various items, including açaí bowls, yogurt, a section for toast, and cafe items. The Belgian waffle was delicious!! I actually couldn't finish it all, but it was just rich enough. Love the flavor combo - it satisfied my sweet tooth. My sis had the yogurt, and she seemed to enjoy it. Lots of items that came out were aromatic. Drip Coffee was extremely strong and bitter. Service was mediocre, which was disappointing. The staff seemed busy, but not particularly inviting or attentive. I didn't realize they had high chairs available until I specifically asked -- something that could've been mentioned or offered. I also noticed the staff seemed selectively friendly, which left the overall experience feeling a bit inconsistent.

This place had the cutest aesthetics! We didn't get to try the food since my niece and I were just thirsty and looking to get drinks. We ordered two smoothies: * the classic (strawberry, apple, banana) * Mango Bliss (Golden berries, strawberries, oranges, apple & dried mango) Mine was simple and as the name implies, classic - it wasn't overly sweet and was refreshing. My niece really enjoyed her mango bliss smoothie. Service was pretty quick and friendly. The place is just super cute and I would def come back to try other drinks/food!

Stopped by to grab some drinks since we were next door at Gepettos. I loved the open space concept to let fresh air in. The service was fast with ordering and making our drinks. - Magic Mushroom Matcha Latte: 3.5/5 my husband enjoyed his drink but said the matcha flavor was light for $11 - Cold Cream Vanilla Matcha: 2/5 I've had better matcha for cheaper. This was $10. Matcha flavor was mid. There was a lot of matcha powder clumps at the bottom of my drink (the barista probably didn't sift the powder before mixing it). Felt like I was drinking watered down matcha Overall, cute place for light dishes and coffee but probably wouldn't be a place I'd go for matcha!

Brekkie Croissant Sandwich (veg) and Overnight Oats (gf, v) and Greek Yogurt Bowl (gf, veg) - all delicious!!!

I truly can't get enough of Parakeet cafe!! They have the best manager on site named Elber. He has exceptional customer service and will do anything to make sure what you need gets done. He is extremely professional and has a big smile on his face the entire time. I love that this casual dining is extremely healthy and delicious! I come here for coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner AND I come here for catering services. My offices not only love the taste of the food but they also love the presentation. I can always count on Parakeet cafe to make everything above and beyond. My go to favorite items to order here: mushroom cacao latte, flat white with housemade almond milk, fit for life smoothie, crunchy Asian salad with tofu, parakeet bowl, overnight oats, squash soup with homemade gluten free sourdough, almond butter toast, Acai bowls, and their wraps/burritos. I did a breakfast catering today and the office went crazy over the food. Within 5 seconds the Acai bowls were gone! Trust me when I say go to parakeet cafe for your next meal or next catering event!!!

Loved this vegan spot! The surfer burrito had a surprisingly tasty cauliflower chorizo, and the farro salad was as delicious as it was beautiful. Fresh, flavorful, and creative!

Instead of taking the plate back and replacing the meal, he simply removed the bagel from my plate and brought another one. Given the situation, I would have expected the entire dish to be remade. Additionally, the coffee mug I was given appeared dirty, which added to my concerns about overall cleanliness. I later felt sick and experienced symptoms consistent with food poisoning, possibly related to the meal. For the quality of food and service provided, the pricing felt unreasonably high. The overall experience did not reflect the cost. I'm really disappointed with the lack of quality control and how the situation was handled. I hope management takes food safety, cleanliness, and customer service more seriously moving forward.

I definitely need to go back to check out the craft brewery. -No dogs allowed on the farm portion I went upstairs to have brunch, which is a new addition to the area. Staff was definitely attentive. I recommend making reservations for this so that you get the tables either outside overlooking the farm or the field. We did a walk-in for four people so we could only get a table on the inside. It's definitely a cool place to hang out temperature wise. Food was pretty quick to come out. Portion sizes are moderate to big that we had to take home some stuff. We did have an issue where the chicken was undercooked, but they were able to remedy that very quickly. Definitely get the beet hummus. I only wish they had more crudités accompany it. You can see it only came out in a small little dish. Probably would recommend either sizing down the hummus or going up on the vegetables to make it a little bit more complete. The chicken and pancake was definitely interesting and not what I expected. Pancake is carrot and lemon, but you can't really taste the lemon. It only had sparse carrot in it, but definitely still worth a taste. The chicken was definitely savory and more herby so it kind of overpowered the pancake a bit. Definitely chicken packed. Fries came out pretty soggy, which was a downside. The root vegetable has looked pretty good and it was definitely a sizable portion. The eggs and pasture was a little bit interesting in the sense that day. It was kind of a fried egg surrounded by a pasta sauce and then there's bread ciabatta slices on the plate. It's pretty good not overly salty or overly tart for the sauce. Definitely a good keto/Paleo option if you don't eat the bread. We also had their banana bread, which was really good - it wasn't able to take pictures of it since we demolished it pretty quickly. I highly recommend any bakery items. It's a very family friendly affair as we saw large families with numerous children coming in and you can have a place to let the dogs run in the small field front of the restaurant. I saw a lot of other families is bringing their dogs out onto the patio portion of the restaurant. Overall, the ambience is very family friendly and I would definitely come back here again for a chill morning brunch. Note that they close at 1 PM for brunch! Warning: that there's a limited parking so you need to get there early! They will have a traffic mediator once it's full

It's tough to get a table for a weekend noon. I booked our reservation a few weeks ahead of time. Parking is either near the train tracks across the street or on the curb. We got the egg dish and salad bowl. The yogurt for the eggs was deliciously spiced; dipping in the toasted bread into the gooey poached egg, creamy yogurt, and herbs was delicious! My issue with this dish were the herbs that were too large. Was I expected to stick a big piece of herb on my toast? The dish is saucy with the chili oil so my clothes were dirty with the oil covered herbs. Chop the herbs smaller for practicality! Another dish suffered from the execution. We got the bowl which I thought was going to be a grain bowl. Rather, it was a ridiculously-sized salad--as much leaves as a pack from the grocery store! There were toppings within like slices of avocado, pieces of orange, farro, and nuts. I felt like I was trying to treasure hunt to look for these pieces. The salad was comically oversized. It was dressed fine but suffered from the portion size. You could see this theme with the French toast too where you get 1/3 of a baked bread. I'm honestly confused by this chef who has amazing experience. Why do you construct dishes that are difficult and impractical to eat? Less is more. These dishes need extensive edits. How this place got Bib Gourmand is honestly surprising to me.
