They have daily specials during the week and my favorite is the pretzel hotdogs on Tuesdays(I think) for $1.50!!! It's so good because it's not just a cheap hotdog. It is a small quaint shop with a variety of freshly baked pretzel products with a wide variety of dipping sauces. I bought a pretzel dog which was the best I have had (great tasting hot dog in a nicely wrapped soft pretzel) and some mini pretzels (soft, chewy with just the right amount of salt). The young lady who helped us was very nice. Stop by the Philly Pretzel Factory in Cherry Hill for a soft pretzel or fantastic pretzel dog, great value (unless things are over priced where I live since everything I have tried in Jersey seems to have provided excellent value, much less expensive and larger servings than back home).

I ordered the French Onion, and my lady ordered the mushroom soup. Both were delicious. The French onion was one of the best I had around this area. The stock wasn't too think of salty. Cheese was amazing too. I ordered the Luxe burger and the Truffle fries. Not the best truffle fries I had but decent. The bun was amazing, but I think the patty isn't the best quality. Taste like a defrosted Costco burger. If they can get a better patty, I think it will make it a better burger. Also, the parking in this area stinks. I had to park down the street since the area was busy. Will come again.

The owners need to seriously teach their employees how to do their job to beginning with time management.
