Cannolis are simply not the same back home. So I found Cacia's Bakery by pure luck. I bought 2 cannolis and a lemon cake that were DELISH. Beyond amazing. They don't use gloves when handling the rolls. The same person that handling the register is the same person that getting rolls. They use deli sheets to handle the rolls. The don't wash their hands or use hand sanitizer before handling the rolls. Then after they handle the rolls the touch cash. Not very sanitary read more

I've mostly gotten by-the-slice carry-out pizza at Cacia's. Recently, I've tried a couple of breakfast sandwiches. I think the food is fair to good, and the prices are pretty decent, so the value proposition is fairly good. I will continue to shop there when the occasion calls for it. read more

So me and my husband decided to check out this bakery because we heard about it from a family member and my husband loved the blueberry cannoli's so we gave it a shot and it's a little pricy but worst the money .. it's so good !!! It's a shame that places don't understand what closing time means. They close at 7pm but close their kitchen at 6:15. I got there at 6:35pm and they tried to bribe me with $1/slice pizza that had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. I wanted a hoagie but they told me about how it takes them time to clean their kitchen. Cleaning is supposed to take place after closing! There is pre-closing work that can be done but closing 45 minutes early just gives you a bad name! That's a shame! read more

I like their breakfast pizza the most. I've ordered hoagies and was in shock over the price for what I received. They will not get my business for a sandwich or hoagie. Great customer service and even better hoagies - both hot and cold. Aunt Lucy with chicken cutlet and broccoli rabe was amazing, as was the godfather with Italian meats and sharp provolone. Great for entertaining to grab a few half loaves (1 foot) or full loaves (2 feet) and slicing them up. My favorite deli in the Williamstown area since moving here, great bread and packed with meat. I got a cake there on February 10 2024 in the hammonton area . The cake look beautiful was very pleased But when we went to cut it was still frozen inside. I would have never bought this cake or any cake knowing it was frozen ahead of time . The cake was very dry and crumbly. Very sad most of the cake went to trash . read more

Cacia's is a great place to grab a good hoagie. One of the things I really like about the bakery is their bread, it really makes the sandwich and you can taste the difference. The reason for the one star off is because the cashier refused to honor the in store special, because I purchased my hoagie online and not directly in the store - even though I ordered a pickup. I am very disappointed with my experience at Cacia's last night. I ordered two pizzas for a NYE party we were attending. I asked for the pizzas to both be well done and prepared party style and received acknowledgment of this request by the employee taking my order on the phone. I requested the pizza be ready for 5:50pm (close to closing hours) so the pizza would be hot at pick up. When I arrived I was semi greeted by what seemed like an annoyed employee. She retrieved my order and said oh I didn't think you were going to make it before closing- (I mean I did tell her I would be there around 5:50 so not sure why that comment was necessary. I paid the bill and left. When I picked the pizza up I could instantly tell the pizza was made way before my pick up requested time. The pizza was barely warm at this point and it was not prepared party style. This had me really annoyed especially since she acknowledged my request and it's a pretty simple request. Upon serving and eating the pizza at the party the pizza was no where near well done - it was so doughy - exactly what I didn't want. This place is a no go for me and I will not be giving my business to them anytime soon. read more

After trying the pizza at a local event I decided to drive out and see what else was offered. The pizza is good. They have a variety of ready-made options to choose from. The plain cheese was $1.25 a slice. Totally worth it. I also purchased five manicotti from the refrigerated case for just over $11 ($7.50 per pound). They did not come with instructions but came in an aluminum pan for ease to throw in the oven. We found them to be too salty for our taste. Nothing special. I also purchased potato salad ($5.50 per pound). I didn't care for it at all. But, nothing compares to Duffield's potato salad as far as I'm concerned. I would have liked to have tried some items from the baker case, but the counter help at this location was terrible. The girl who was "helping" me didn't have the answers to ingredient questions and wasn't interested in finding those answers. More interested in her phone than helping me. This is probably my favorite bakery in south jersey. Their cannolis are unreal, filled fresh on the spot into this sweet, flaky, cinnamon loaded pastry hand dipped in chocolate chips. Their pizza is so disgustingly underrated it's insane. The pizaz, the tomato pie, white spinach and their regular sauce and cheese are all perfect. I mean seriously what is better than a good tangy sauce on homemade pizza crust ?! They cook it to perfect with the charred edges and cheese to go with it . The cookie display will suck you right in and I suggest you let it. Their soft and sweet and perfect Italian cookies. Nothing worse then a hard cookie that taste like it's been sitting out for a two days. The staff was really nice and helpful and on point. I stop through every-time I'm in the area. They also have a deli with fresh cold cuts with ALL the fixins to build the perfect hoagie. The fresh baked roll makes the sandwich. Highly recommend ! read more

Great baked goods. Love the hoagies. Pizza is pretty good too. My only complaint is I tried to order 4 hoagies one day. It was approximately 38 minutes until they closed. The guy on the phone said we don't make hoagies a half hour before we close. I said it's only 22 minutes after the hour and he said I'm sorry. I ended up going to Primo. I hadn't been to Primo in a while but because Cacia's wouldn't make my hoagies it reminded me that Primo also made great hoagies. The only thing is Cacia's is 3 minutes from my house and Primo is ten minutes from my house! This wasn't the first time this happened to me with Cacia's. I am very happy they opened in the Williamstown area as it will now save me the trip to Hammonton. The pizza is very good, different then the 50 other pizza shops in town at a reasonable price. The chicken cutlet sandwiches (especially the one with long hots) is absolutely delicious! Although the prices are a bit steep, the food is worth it for what you get to pick in the area! I have not had a bad sandwich as of yet and will continue to go back! If you stop in, be prepared to buy a few extras because it looks soooooo good! In all my years, I have never thought to go to a bakery to get a hoagie. I am not sure why since there are so many in the area. I guess when it comes to sandwiches, I simply go to a chain place, a local pizzeria or a deli. However, I was in Williamstown for work, and since this place was nearby, I decided to give a bakery a shot. It was a clean place with friendly service. The place was a little crowded for a Saturday afternoon. I had to wait 15 or so minutes for my sandwich which wasn't a big deal. I wasn't in a hurry. The gentleman who took my order and rang me up apologized for the wait time, but he really didn't need to do so. I used the extra time to walk around and see what items they had for sale. It was nice that they had a little tray out for you to sample the pizzas they had for sale. After trying one, I got a slice of the specialty pepperoni to go which was delicious with a heavy dose of tomato sauce. I am not a big dessert guy, but the cakes and chocolate covered pretzels were looking good. I ordered the Aunt Catherine which is turkey and bacon (the cheese was 50 cents extra). The sandwich itself was on a good, soft roll which a good helping of turkey and thick slices of bacon. However, the taste didn't suit me. I guess I don't like that turkey and bacon combo. (I'm sorry, but I don't agree that everything tastes better with bacon.) But I am willing to go back and try another sandwich.
