I've been here a couple of times now and I'm always happy. Today we had the white pizza( mozzarella. Garlic and Parmesan). It was soooo good. I was really hungry so I forgot to snap a picture of it but it did not disappoint. I will definitely get that again. Got a cheesesteak after hearing about they make their own bread. Did not disappoint. If you're used to an AC hard roll- this ain't it. Its like a warm delicious focaccia bread- thats my way if describing it. Bread was not soggy or chewy, just a good tasting spot on . While waiting i saw the Board Walk pizza- had to grab a slice. My family loves getting pizza from Joe's. It's a family business and the cashier and chef are very kind and welcoming! Our favorite items are the margherita pizza with sausage, fries, and wings. Their wings are dry and the sauce comes on the side, but the wings are perfect without the sauce. The fries are always crisp and hot. The pizza is always excellent! I ordered a chicken pizza steak. The service was friendly. But the roll they use is soft and doughy. Not a torpedo roll or sesame roll, not toasted, which didn't go well with the chicken pizza steak. This is probably the best pizza I've had in Jersey in years. Had the grandma and wing dings which were also excellent. The wings are cooked crispy and you add your own hot sauce. Service was incredibly friendly and the amount of food given to me was overwhelming. Went back for some pizza and I'm fairly certain they were annoyed I came in. The pizza was old and dried out. A waste of money and calories! Tried stopping in another time, but they closed early. Meh, it's an ok place. Best corner pizza joint around! I've been going to Joe's for years and will continue as long as I live in the area. Their pizza is very straight forward but really good. Great cheese, great sauce, good dough and cooked perfectly. If you like Philly style thin crust pizza, you'll totally dig Joe's pizza. Joe also makes a mean hoagie and good steaks. Oh, you gotta try their strombolis, calzones and panzoritis. I feel those 3 items are his strength. The great thing is that their service is every bit as good as the food. They say you're food will be ready in 20 minutes, it'll be ready in 15. The longest I had to wait for my order was the exact time they told me, not a minute more. And the people there are great!
