    Large Pepperoni

First time trying this place. Dekivery was super fast, on a playoff weekend no less, and the driver was a super nice guy. The pizza was very solid...reminded me of boardwalk style. Next time I'll try the thin crust. I didn't notice the sauce on the pizza being anything special as other reviewers had pointed out, it was kind of just in the background. Good cheese and good pepperoni though. The wings were also good...but not as crispy as I would have liked given they're breaded. But pro-tip, if you have an air fryer...toss the wings in it for 5 minutes and they'll be perfect. All around very happy with the food and looking forward to checking out more of the menu.

Large Cheese Pizza with Extra Gravy

My son & I felt like Pizza, so we ordered from Antonio's for pickup. Since I was in the mood for a thin crust pizza yesterday and hadn't had Antonio's in quite a few years, we decided to order but I sent my hubby to pick up our orders since it's not far. I ordered a Large with Extra Gravy, Pepperoni & Green Peppers & a Large with Extra Gravy & Extra Cheese. I was pleasantly surprised when the nice girl who answered said our 2 large pizzas would be ready in 15 minutes!! So, if you read my reviews, you know I'm really big on Extra Gravy!!! Yes, I say Gravy, Not Sauce. I'm Italian from South Philly, so that's what I call it! 4.5 Stars from me!!! I definitely recommend you try Antonio's! They are located off of Main Street, in the plaza right next to St. Marys Church in Williamstown, NJ Definitely Give them a try, you won't regret it!

Every city ... every town ... every village is inundated with storefronts touting PIZZA! America's dream food ... America's skyline's favorite neon shining word PIZZA ... a common connection subject to much debate as to what makes a good pie. Antonio's was chosen for its midway location for a meeting that needed food and unfortunately all the GPS-driven locaters took us to a local residence not to a pizzeria. I have faith that YELP has adjusted its mapping system but those relying on other mapping programs will be squirming in frustration in their attempt to arrive at this long established local pizza joint. Antonio's does not offer splendor nor accommodations for large groups of diners. This is clearly a take out pizzeria but the collective of employees/cooks/chefs create a welcoming home town feel that out of town visitors like our small group appreciated. The fourth star is for service and how the staff made us feel at home. This is far removed from the business model of chain pizza locations whose plastic conformity in everything they offer eliminates any sense of local community. Antonio's is local ... established ... a nicely worn appearance of age that we valued. When at a pizzeria for the first time one does pizza! We ordered a simple pie that looked yummy when delivered to our table with appropriate cheese bubbles amidst the tomato sauce with enticing scents that each of us reaching for a piece. It was good ... not great but eating pizza in a local pizzeria with friends in a joint that aged well cared for by a staff that welcomes you into the midst of their conversation is a good thing ...

    Cheesesteak

Usually my go to place for local - very displeased with their delivery today everything over cooked cheesesteak n curly fries sucked

The server starts you off with a complimentary serving of peppers and onions in olive oil with thinly sliced crusty bread. I started with the clams casino appetizer which was hot and enjoyable, nice consistency of chopped clams, bread crumbs and seasoning The salad was next with which I ordered with honey mustard dressing which the server told me was not available. When the salad arrived I noticed the server went out of her way to top it with honey mustard dressing. I enjoyed the main course of a 6oz. filet mignon, which was a large enough slice for the number of courses served. Absolutely tender and delicious and as always a perfect medium rare. The meal was ended with a delicious creamy NY style cheesecake. The patronage is a testament to the value and quality of the food, always a crowded dining room. Wednesday night features a singing entertainer Always a byob which many of the patrons enjoy, which also adds to the value of the dining experience. This is one of the best restaurants in this part of south Jersey.

Instead I got layers of gray looking eggplant that had no coating, scant ricotta cheese if you can find it, just weirdest looking stuff I've ever seen. It was so below my expectations I mentioned I didnt care for it. 27 dollars, I was asked if I wanted something else but since I ordered a side of fettuccine Alfredo which I hadn't touched yet I declined. Instead of taking the entree away and taking it off the bill, the mgr asked everyone at my table if anyone wanted to take it home. 2 people said they would out of politeness, thinking they were helping not waste it, instead I was charged for it and paid almost 30 dollars for an entree I didnt even get-to take home that I did not want because it was the grossest version of the dish I had ever seen but the option to take it off the bill was taken from me! I didnt eat the nasty salad that came with the meal because you dont get a choice of dressings, they tell you it comes with a homemade house dressing, i thought it would be an extra virgin olive oil and vinegar, but noooo, it was a sickeningly sweet orange looking stuff like that French dressing everyone knows on a bed of wilted salad greens that wasnt even the kind that crunches, it was, flaccid with a too thick piece of cucumber on it, and a little tomato. I heard the food was supposed to be so good here, and my expectations were pretty high! Not a gnocchi in site on the menu, my daughter had a special she didnt eat, some kind of chicken with peach that had a nasty favor that just didnt go together in azweird sauce, she took hers home. My side of fettuccine Alfredo wasnt tossed, it had a pre-made alfredo sauce that was ladled on top of the pasta but never coated on all the pasta! Im mad! I took that Alfredo home and when I took the container lid off it was, hard as a rock, congealed as,Alfredo leftover sometimes are but no butter in sight, and not sure it was cream, idk what it was, possibly a betchamel sauce that was made to appear like an alfredo? but it tasted like *?^&, im out 50 dollars towards the tip, 27 for the eggplant, 15 for the fake Alfredo and I feel ripped off. Ill never recommend this, place, ill never return, and I happen to know really good food but for my experience it was a waste ! The server was just ok, but didnt add anything to our dining experience! A better meal at a local diner could've been a lot better. This was a 50th birthday party,at least the server could've been more fun and personable. Sorry, not sorry. I still feel like I got ripped off.

When we were first seated, the family opposed, my son and wife do not fare well when having to sit with strangers causing anxiety and a family dinner that was more moody and argumentitive than enjoyable. I would have normally given the restaurant a 5 star review, but to create a chaotic situation without notice is unforgivable. I cannot say enough nice things about the wait staff though. We weren't greeted properly, and the atmosphere just felt uncomfortable. As a family of color, we didn't feel very welcomed. Our waitress wasn't rude, but she was very unprofessional. She brought drinks before even giving us menus and never mentioned the nightly specials. I only knew about them because I checked online beforehand. I had to ask for the specials menu myself, which was strange. The food took a long time to come out. We had to repeatedly ask for refills and extra bread just to hold us over. When the food finally arrived, it was disappointing and not very appealing. One dish was so bad we sent it back after one bite. Even then, the service didn't improve. We constantly had to flag the waitress down, and instead of being attentive, she was venting about her personal life and having random, unprofessional conversations. When the check came, we were still charged for the dish we sent back -- she only removed part of it. I also wasn't given the advertised special pricing and was told it didn't apply because I asked for a different container -- something that was never explained beforehand. We spent $100 on food we didn't enjoy, with poor service and an uncomfortable vibe. The bread was honestly the best part of the meal. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

A+ Food, Drink, and Service…read more Initially dined at Francesco's several years ago and recently (July 9, 2023) made my way back there for another meal. As soon as you walk through the front door, there is a large bar and bar area. To the left is a formal dining area complete with enough tables and chairs to accommodate parties of multiple sizes. The decor is somewhat dated, but the establishment is clean and well-lit. Same with the bathrooms: a little dated, but clean, with good lighting, and stocked with everything a bathroom is supposed to provide. In general, the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. Our server, Patti, was prompt and attentive during our entire stay. She took our drink order immediately and then explained the specials expertly. Everything we ordered: drinks, appetizers, and entrees - were all served to us promptly and in a reasonable amount of time. Patti checked in on us several times to make sure we were content with our meal. Plain and simple: the service at Francesco's was great! The food we ordered arrived hot and delicious. It seemed to me that everything the menu described as "fresh made" or "homemade" was indeed prepared that very way. My appetizer was the beet salad. The ingredients were fresh and the presentation was amazing! For dinner, I ordered the Chicken Filippo. The portion size was generous and the chicken, mushrooms, and artichoke hearts complemented each other perfectly. My vegetable was snow peas sauteed in garlic aioli - yummy! Throughout our meal, we were supplied with hot and crispy bread as needed, along with plenty of butter. I am looking forward to returning to Francesco's and would highly recommend dining here.
