Dear Santini's Owner,…read more I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred at your restaurant on February 13th at approximately 6pm. I am deeply disappointed by the service my husband and I received and feel it is important to bring this to your attention. During our visit, we experienced treatment that I believe was discriminatory and racially motivated. Specifically, served last while others were assisted who got seated after us. The contrast in how we were treated compared to other customers was noticeable and upsetting. No customer should feel disrespected, marginalized, or unwelcome based on their race or appearance. This experience left us feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed, and it does not reflect the level of professionalism or inclusivity that I would expect from your establishment. I hope you will take this complaint seriously, review the incident with your staff (Nicole and Tracy), and take appropriate steps to ensure that all customers are treated with fairness and respect. I would appreciate a response outlining how this matter will be addressed. Thank you for your time and attention to this serious concern. This was our first time here and will be our last.

Sometimes the simplest places are the ones that end up impressing you the most…read more Steak Out has been around forever, and after finally stopping in, I completely understand why. From the outside it looks like your classic neighborhood cheesesteak shop, but once you walk inside you're greeted by a surprisingly warm, rustic dining room filled with old license plates, wood accents, and just enough local character to make you want to sit down instead of grabbing your food and leaving. I ordered a cheesesteak, and this thing was absolutely loaded. Not one of those sandwiches where half the roll is empty--every bite was packed with tender, finely chopped steak. The meat was flavorful, cooked perfectly, and the cheese was melted throughout instead of just sitting on top. Sometimes cheesesteaks try to get fancy with a hundred toppings. This one proves you don't need any of that when the basics are done right. The surprise of the meal, though, was dessert. I figured I'd finish with a slice of cheesecake, expecting something ordinary. I was wrong. It was rich, creamy, and the perfect way to end the meal. It's the kind of dessert that makes you slow down and enjoy every bite. Service was friendly, the restaurant was spotless, and the atmosphere felt comfortable--exactly the kind of place you could bring family, grab lunch with coworkers, or stop by after a long day. South Jersey has no shortage of places claiming to have a great cheesesteak, but Steak Out has earned its reputation. When you combine generous portions, quality ingredients, a welcoming dining room, and a fantastic dessert, it's easy to see why this place has been a local favorite for so many years. This definitely won't be my last visit. There's still plenty left on the menu I want to try, but one thing is certain--the cheesesteak alone is worth the trip.

We've been ordering from them for years and we are never disappointed! This time we were having a little get together and decided to grab some pizza for everyone! We grabbed a plain cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza! Sorry I did not grab pictures before the pizza was devoured!! The pizza shop is your average pizza shop in the area! I said "Delivery Please" Placed a my order for a (superb) Chessesteak Stomboili.. Gave him my full address and phone # and exactly what modifications I wanted.. My guy proceeded tell me it would be "there in 25 minutes" and almost hung up the phone.. I had to catch his attention to tell him I wanted to pay credit card because he didn't even bother to ask me if I was paying cash/card... An hour later our food still wasn't here (usually prompt), I decided to call restaurant for an update.. The" owners" son answered my call and he proceeded to tell me that my order was for "pick up" and that my foood that was ordered/paid for was sitting in the restaurant waiting for me to pick it up.. Then he continued to tell me l was in the wrong.. So if my order was for pick up why the hell did you ask me for my delivery address?! And why did I have to ask pay YOU to pay with CC?! What a shame because this place always has the best Stromboli in SJ.. There jerks didn't even ask to make it right all I got was blame and deflection.. Had to have my fiancee call back for a full refund on our order and they told her 7-10 business days.. NEVER again! Long story short I'm fricken PISSEĎ! Save yourselves the trouble and don't bother.. We ordered a personal white pizza with broccoli and ricotta, a large sausage pizza, and volcano fries. The personal pizza was so much bigger than we expected. I love crust that is just a little crispy, not too thin, but not too thick, and it was exactly that. I tried the sausage pizza, and even though that usually isn't my choice, I loved that too. The sausage is shredded, so if that's your thing, you'll love it. The fries are your fry shape - in between a shoestring and steak fry- and had cheese whiz, bacon, jalapeños, and mozzarella cheese. They were exactly as expected, but I had no intention of eating them and I couldn't resist. I definitely plan on ordering from Anthony's again!
