To me it's just not a restaurant but a really pleasant experience. The food is fresh and filling plus beyond delicious. The prices are very reasonable and the owner & his staff are just fun to be around read more

Pizza usually pretty good! Chicken wings are also typically good but not always. Ordered some not so good chicken wings recently and had to return to the store to try to purchase something else, however the owner was very rude!! Unnecessarily. Been a patron for years, so I was very disappointed in how I was treated because I didn't like the old smelly chicken wings...will not be going back! read more

The cheeseburger is excellent the baked pasta is consistently good quality they give you a nice salad and warm bake bread with the pasta

Delicious food , best grandmom and gourmet slices around the dough is the best and they don't skimp on the toppings . The entrees are really great especially for a pizza shop. The hot bread is perfect! The owner is super nice too. read more

I ordered a pizza (plain large), a chicken Parmesan sandwich, and two cans of Pepsi. The pizza was, in a word, awful. It tasted like it came out of an oven that hasn't been cleaned in years. I managed a couple of slices before I gave up. The chicken Parmesan sandwich I was going to save for lunch tomorrow. That's going in the trash as I'd just assume not eat it. Cooked chicken cutlets in the sandwich looked gunmetal gray like a battleship. Lastly, the Pepsi cans. The best by date on the bottom is March 3, 2025. Today is May 8, 2025. And the kicker is I ordered through Grubhub. The order was late. I'm not one to tell others what to do (read: avoid this establishment), but order at your own peril. read more

This is our go to spot, they deliver faster than anyone, the food is always great, and the staff at the restaurant are always incredibly nice. In 5 years, I've only ever had an issue one time (missing item, it happens), it was as simple as calling to let them know and they ran the missing item out to my place within 10 mins. Love Villa Russo, thanks for everything! read more

Great plain slice. Large. Flavorful sauce. Adequate cheese. Can't get enough of their plain cheese pizza

I ordered a chicken cheese steak. As soon as the girl handed the brown bag with the sandwich wrapped in it I knew there was barely and meat on this thing. Basically it was like a eating a roll with crumbs of steak. I put lettuce on it before I ate. What a waste. read more

We ordered a large pizza, wings and garlic knots for delivery. Delivery time was about an hour. The large pizza had toppings: half pepperoni and half pepperoni & sausage (the sausage is crumbles). The pizza was good although a bit salty; I did enjoy the crust . The garlic knots lacked garlic and the marinara sauce was a bit watery. The wings were crispy and seasoned well. Overall the food was tasty. read more

I had just moved to this side of town and we decided to try villa Russo. The first time we ordered, we decided we liked their pizza a lot and would start ordering from here. We had Ordered at least 5 times at our address- always for delivery- no problems. One night, I ordered and the time had come and gone when my Order was supposed to have arrived. I called to Double check that I had not somehow put my old address on the slice app. They said no and repeated my current and correct address. Then, they said the delivery driver had just walked back in and had delivered my food. I said well I don't Know where he delivered it to because it's not here. Then they saiid they were going to send the driver back to where it was delivered, bring it back and inspect it and then send it out to me. I said absolutely not? Was it delivered to a Person...a doorstep, what? Either way, I didn't feel comfortable eating food that had been sent to someone else. After requesting to speak to the owner, because that was the only solution they were going to give me, the owner gave me so much attitude as if it were my fault and said "OK OK, I'll remake it. I'll lose the money, Is that what you want?" So two+ hours later, I finally went and picked up my food My kids couldn't even eat the chicken fingers. I was surprised by that because how could you mess up chicken fingers? But when I tried them, they tasted so strongly of burnt oil. Inedible read more

**BUYER BEWARE*** This restaurant is the only one in my area that sells Arancini rice balls with meat and sometimes I really crave them. Unfortunately, majority of the time when I place an order from them, they mess something up. The first time few times it happened everything was fine. They did the right thing and fixed whatever was the problem. Little by little it became more and more difficult to get them to do the right thing when they messed up my order until eventually the owner got on the phone with me called me a liar, cursed me out, and told me never to order from his store again. then after I hung up, he charged my credit card for my order again and wouldn't give me my money back. I had to go dispute the charge from my bank who eventually did get my money back for me. All of this happened about a year ago. Fast-forward about a year later I found myself craving the Arancini again, but was not able to find anywhere else that sold them so stupidly enough I started placing orders from them again. Now literally every single time I I place an order, they mess it up without fail. Today, for instance, I ordered my arancini rice balls, which is supposed to come with three but they sent only two and one of them was smooshed flat. When I called to let him know, they told me that they sent three and that I'm shit out of luck. Last week I ordered the Arancini rice balls with meat and they sent me Arancini rice balls with cheese instead. When I place the order I put in bold letters that I do not want the cheese rice balls if they don't have the meat. It's a shame that the owner of this establishment is so prideful and can't own up when he or his employees make a mistake. Instead, he gets vengeful and lets his customers suffer while taking their money. BUYER BEWARE read more

Me and my bf's local go-to pizza shop. The food here is delicious, it's prepared fast, prices as reasonable, the staff is friendly/welcoming and the interior of the restaurant is clean! That is more than I can say for the competing pizza shop in the big strip mall next door... We usually just come here for slices when we want something quick, or late night. They always have a good selection of unique pizza toppings! (The taco pizza is awesome!) Eat in or take out, order off the menu or choose a slice already prepared... Either way, you can't go wrong! Oh, and if you wanted to try your hand at making pizza at home, grab some dough from here first, rather than getting the frozen stuff from the grocery store. Its just a couple bucks, and it's delish! read more

Villa Russo is my fam's go-to pizza spot since 2016. Best cheesesteak Stromboli! I'm writing this review tonight because my online order said it would take over 90 minutes to be delivered. It's a pretty good pizza joint! According to my s/o, a lot of the employees here used to work for a great pizza joint called Nuccio's, but started their own pizza joint, Villa Russo, after Nuccio's went to a new owner. We didn't sit down; we ordered a take-out. I had the buffalo chicken pizza and a plain cheese pizza. Nothing much else to say, which is surprising because I usually write a lot, except there's good pizza here. The price is great for a monstrosity of a pizza. Also, I will say, their bread dough/flour is the best out of all the pizzas I've eaten. Service is fine. The estimated time was accurate. I didn't give much care to decor details because it's just a pizza joint to get your quick junk-food fix. Overall, it's a solid choice to get some pizza slices. read more

Just walked outta this place. Customers walking around without masks. This is the second time I've been in there where the employee faces are exposed. Last time I was in there, there was a couple groups eating at tables. I didn't think much of it, it's hot, I get it. Pretty gross that there's a nasty virus, these people have contact with many people per day, handle money, and handle your food and don't have the common courtesy to cover their saliva and mucous dispensers. I highly don't recommend. read more

I have just started ordering from here a couple of months ago. I stopped by my aunt's house and she offered me a slice of pizza from there. It made me super happy. The sauce taste so good to me and now my family. We ordered about 4 times after I tried their food. We have ordered wings and different types of pizza and each time the food had a fresh taste to it, like they use quality ingredients. I usually order it online then go there to pick it up and every time the staff gave me a friendly greeting and helped as soon as they could. I hope to be a longtime customer. read more

Place used to be good. Now they mess up orders all the time and blame it on the customer. 4 messed up orders in a row. They forgot to put cheese in a panzerotti...umm, how? Our go to pizza shop. Always quick and easy with the Slice app. Pizza is always good, and we love the calzones too. Good crust and sauce.

Stopped ordering from this place. Called and ordered a large pie, showed up and they didn't have my order. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. I work in this industry so I can understand when you guys are busy but this was just super unorganized. JUST DO OVER THE PHONE- NOT ONLINE. And whatever the fuck the owners name is I completely blame him. He was so disrespectful to his employees, even though there were a few guests inside waiting on food. I waited over an hour and nothing was even being made yet. The wait time I would be willing to look past on a busy Friday- but the lack of respect for your own employees is something I could never ignore. I was saddened and surprised to find that no one had reviewed Villa Russo on here yet. I work nearby and this place makes some of the best pizza in the area. Their specialty slices are fantastic and there's a discount for employees of the nearby Shoprite. The specialty slices consist of a Cesar salad pizza, a cheese steak pizza, a chicken parm pizza, and ect. Normally I would openly rebel against such gimmicks, but they're done so well that I can't complain. The only reason I don't give them five stars is that they tend to be slightly inconsistent varying from great to just good, but never bad, and their sandwiches are okay, but can be had better elsewhere. Stick to the pizza and you'll be happy. read more
