I managed a couple of slices before I gave up. The chicken Parmesan sandwich I was going to save for lunch tomorrow. That's going in the trash as I'd just assume not eat it. We had Ordered at least 5 times at our address- always for delivery- no problems. One night, I ordered and the time had come and gone when my Order was supposed to have arrived. I called to Double check that I had not somehow put my old address on the slice app. They said no and repeated my current and correct address. Then, they said the delivery driver had just walked back in and had delivered my food. I said well I don't Know where he delivered it to because it's not here. Then they saiid they were going to send the driver back to where it was delivered, bring it back and inspect it and then send it out to me. I said absolutely not? Was it delivered to a Person...a doorstep, what? Either way, I didn't feel comfortable eating food that had been sent to someone else. **BUYER BEWARE*** This restaurant is the only one in my area that sells Arancini rice balls with meat and sometimes I really crave them. Unfortunately, majority of the time when I place an order from them, they mess something up. The first time few times it happened everything was fine. They did the right thing and fixed whatever was the problem. Little by little it became more and more difficult to get them to do the right thing when they messed up my order until eventually the owner got on the phone with me called me a liar, cursed me out, and told me never to order from his store again. then after I hung up, he charged my credit card for my order again and wouldn't give me my money back. I had to go dispute the charge from my bank who eventually did get my money back for me. All of this happened about a year ago. Fast-forward about a year later I found myself craving the Arancini again, but was not able to find anywhere else that sold them so stupidly enough I started placing orders from them again. Now literally every single time I I place an order, they mess it up without fail. Today, for instance, I ordered my arancini rice balls, which is supposed to come with three but they sent only two and one of them was smooshed flat. When I called to let him know, they told me that they sent three and that I'm shit out of luck. Last week I ordered the Arancini rice balls with meat and they sent me Arancini rice balls with cheese instead. When I place the order I put in bold letters that I do not want the cheese rice balls if they don't have the meat. It's a shame that the owner of this establishment is so prideful and can't own up when he or his employees make a mistake. They always have a good selection of unique pizza toppings! (The taco pizza is awesome!) Eat in or take out, order off the menu or choose a slice already prepared... Either way, you can't go wrong! Have been going here for a long time. They have really good food and the staff inside is always super friendly. We ordered take out, chicken cheesesteak, pizza steak with pepperoni and chicken parm sandwich. All sandwiches were packed and really good. I have had their Sicilian pizza and it was good. Nothing much else to say, which is surprising because I usually write a lot, except there's good pizza here. The price is great for a monstrosity of a pizza. Also, I will say, their bread dough/flour is the best out of all the pizzas I've eaten. Service is fine. The estimated time was accurate. Their specialty slices are fantastic and there's a discount for employees of the nearby Shoprite. The specialty slices consist of a Cesar salad pizza, a cheese steak pizza, a chicken parm pizza, and ect. Normally I would openly rebel against such gimmicks, but they're done so well that I can't complain.The only reason I don't give them five stars is that they tend to be slightly inconsistent varying from great to just good, but never bad, and their sandwiches are okay, but can be had better elsewhere. My husband & I went this restaurant to eat , sat down , ordered our food , waitress was friendly . I went to use the bathroom . NOT WORKING . The door was open & you could see the toilet from where the diners were . I ordered chicken escarole soup . I ladled soup on the spoon , went to take a mouthful & there was a ROACH in the spoon that was in I the soup !spoke with one of the older men behind the counter , showed him the roach & told him it was in my soup .He said NOTHING. . I put on my coat to leave , walked up to the counter & let him know I was displeased & would not be eating the food we ordered . He try to tell me it wasn't a roach which my husband & I both saw .
