I was hoping to write a review saying how good the food was but unfortunately my first order here was lackluster. Every evening when I drive by, there are always customers going in or out. I took that as a good sign. I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken and a Chicken and Roasted pepper panini - I added sautéed spinach with a side of marinara. There was nothing great about the salad. Presentation wasn't appetizing. Maybe I'm expecting too much from a salad. As for the panini, I was hoping that it would be flavorful. There was nothing. So bland. The chicken on the panini was the same chopped chicken on the salad. I will give them another try and order a pizza at some point. Just disappointed. read more

This is my regular pizza place in town. I've tried a lot of pizza shops around camden county and this is my favorite. The grandma pies are excellent and crispy. Their specialty pizzas are phenomenal. This is the best chicken parm and buffalo chicken pizza I've ever had. Great wraps, especially the chicken balsamic. Strombolis are stuffed well and gigantic. Order takeout here too if you can. It seems like the delivery apps are affecting the reputation of this place. I read the negative reviews and most of them are delivery related. It's expensive and unmemorable. Last week, I put them to the test with my typical Italian hoagie and pizza order. I asked for no tomatoes on the hoagie, so they seemingly overcompensated with a surplus of red onions. The meat was slightly boring, and the pizza wasn't very good when originally hot. It's a little better when it's warmed up the next day. For $20, the meal wasn't worth it to me. The best pizza in Collingswood. We had a blind taste test "event", with our 5 boys, from all the local pizza shops. Antonio's won unanimously! Whether you're looking for traditional or specialty pizzas Antonio's is the place to go. They have other things on the menu but we have only gone pizza. They offer pick up or delivery and also have a small (dated) dining area. But...parking can be a pain downtown, so I couldn't give 5 stars. Bottom line if you're looking for some yummy pizza at an old school pizza parlor, this is your place. read more

This is my go to pizza place. Our family takes Friday pizza Disney movie night very seriously and we have had knock down drag out fights over where to order our pizza from. Cafe Antonio II was my clear winner despite never being to cafe Antonio I none the less know the location of it. They are know. For their grandma pizza and the only person it disappoints is me as I am not the highest fan of it (Wife and kids love it from here yet insist on other places to order from.) their buffalo chicken pizza is second only to Vitos in Cherry Hill but is 3/4's of the price, deliverable, and you don't have to take out a mortgage or wait for their pizza. Solid delivery and they also have a topping slice and a regular slice special for $5. Overall great pizza. read more

Tuesdays. $8.95 for bread, soup or salad and any pasta from their vast selection. That alone is worth some stars, but the deliciousness of my meal backs them up! I joined my former neighbors for an evening of catch-up over dinner. We were all a little buzzy after some pre-dinner cocktails so it was nice that there was no wait for a table. In fact, we were the only people in the restaurant around 7:30. Hasn't anyone heard of pasta night?! Our server was sweet and took care of us with a smile, even though we all felt a little guilty keeping her there late. We started with some dense bread that came with a big plate of peppers in marinara. Next up was the soup and salad course, and I opted for the salad, which was vibrant with veggies and topped with a very basil-rich tomato vinaigrette. Very nice. For my main I of course chose one of the pastas, the Amatriciana, with pancetta, chopped tomatoes and onions. With shrimp added-on and some marinara on the side (I like it saucy!), the dish was simple but delicious. After a long run earlier that day, it felt good to carbo-load. We had so much fun and with a night out that cost around $20 a head (plus our BYO wine), we'll probably make it a regular occurrence. read more

I tried this place today on a gorgeous Sunday afternoon. I ordered the buffalo chicken slice and a tomato pie slice. The buffalo chicken slice had almost no zip or tang to the sauce on it. The cheese was pretty bland as well. The tomato pie had a nice cornmeal/bread crust to it, but the tomato's weren't that fresh and there wasn't a lot of garlic in it. Sadly it wasn't like Mama Nuccio's or some of the other great places were the garlic and tomato's pop in your mouth, so to speak. I can't really see going back. read more

A small pizzeria that recently has a new owner. The staff is very friendly. The plain cheese pizza slice didn't pass my one-hand-pizza-fold test. Most of the cheese just slid off the pizza and onto my paper plate. The slice was also oily. (I had to soak up the oil with my napkin). Don't get me wrong, I have had some great pizza where they finish it off with a drizzle of olive oil right before serving... but this was meh. I didn't like the taste of the sauce or the cheese (was actually kind of bland). The 'Grandma' pizza was decent. It is a thin crust, square, Sicilian style pizza. It had just came out of the oven... I think it would of been better if it had some time to settle. I almost felt that I had to commit sacrilege and use a knife & fork (though, I wouldn't dare). I bet this pizza would be good cold, the next morning (or slightly re-heated in a toaster oven or cast iron skillet). I did enjoy the slice of pizza that had whole tomato medallions on it (Roma tomato?) with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, that was good. Overall, A-OK with the potential for of a return visit. I really love this pizza. I've ordered the following slices: tomato pie, spinach (with garlic and riccotta) and zuchinni parm. I loved every single one. The sauce is incredibly tasty, the crust is on the thin side (the way I like it) and the cheese is cheesy! There aren't that many tables on the pizza side of Cafe Antoniono's but so far I've always found an available seat. The staff is very friendly and takes pride in their food. When I orderd the spinach slice, the guy behind the counter warmed it in the oven for a little bit to long. When he took it out and saw some black on the crust, he instantly put in another slice to warm up for me, without asking. Clear he cares that his customers get quality. :) I know I'll be back for more slices, and I hope to soon try the restaurant side. I absolutely recommend Cafe Antonio II. read more

The grandma pizza is better than anything you will find around. It is a solid 8.5/10 on the entirety of the pizza scale. The meat lovers equivalent is amazing. Great flavor to the meat and well covered. The service is fast and accurate with pick up tome being spot on. Everyone was very pleasant throughout the whole ordeal. read more

Definitely my favorite pizza in Collingswood, and one of the better pizzas in South Jersey. Definitely not a thin crust place place, so if that's what you're looking for, this isn't it. Good crust and sauce though, and they always have a nice selection of slices behind the counter. The sandwiches are just OK, I think, but I come for the pizza in any case, so I don't really care. I can't really say anything about the attached restaurant. I'm a fan of Il Fiore down the street, so I never really come here for dinner. read more

On the rare occasion I'm not craving Wawa cuisine, this is my other favorite on-the-job feeding place. The service alone is worth return trips. I've yet to receive flack for asking whoever's manning the cash register to let me pay for a bevy of lunch items individually, since I fail spectacularly at math and can't figure out how to divy up change among numerous coworkers. And, no matter how many items my coworkers and I order, the food is always prepared quickly. I've yet to sample anything beyond the tomato pie, which is always fresh and crispy. But I've been eyeing their eggplant parm for some time, and my coworkers always seem just as happy with their lunchtime fare as I always am with mine. Seating's a little tight and drink options are a little limited, but this is definitely a great place to satisfy the mid-day munchies. read more
