Hard enough that when you press that there's a crackling sound if I wanted hard pretzels, I would've gone to ShopRite and got thank you Utz pretzels. and one of the reviews it said, the pretzels were not fake there they were sent over from another pretzel factory that to me borderlines fraud. I come in like other pretzel factories to get a pretzel soft right out of the oven you can fool some adults, but you can't fool grandkids.

I don't have food allergies, but I respect companies that are very careful to isolate the two baking processes. The manager in the Oaklyn store was very friendly and was proud to explain the baking process for me. In addition, explained how to freeze and reheat the pretzels. The men working there have been doing it for decades, on machinery that has probably been used for nearly a century. They were friendly and happy to chat. When I told them I was looking for pretzels like I remember from my youth, we figured out that this is the bakery that delivered pretzels to my elementary school. Like milk money, we could pay weekly to have a soft pretzel delivered each day at lunch. Pretzels are just 3 for a dollar! They had braids and pretzels with something like an "everything" topping. They were good, though different from other local pretzel makers. Pretzels are chewy, not as crusty as other brands, and clearly hand-twisted. They also have a malty, yeasty flavor that is unique. I really like them, and not just for the nostalgic reasons. NOTE: This is NOT the gluten-free bakery! They have a separate facility in Oaklyn that makes the gluten-free items. Great news for those with celiac disease. The shop at Oaklyn sells regular stuff as well.

For a nominal fee, she came to the venue and set up the dessert table. When Macs Amour ghosted me last minute on my macaron order, she was gracious enough to offer to see if the macaron company she works.with would be able to provide the macarons. At that point, I didn't want to see a macaron so she offered to add additional puffs to my order to ensure we had enough desserts which I gladly accepted.
