All of the employees seemed to be high school students out for the summer and they all just laughed and joked with each other. Service was alright, but professionalism needs improvement. One girl was sitting in the kitchen (visible open concept from the register) on her phone right in front of customers. No one checked her about it, which was crazy to me. My toasted everything bagel with butter was fine, but my iced caramel latte wasn't good. Took forever to get my coffee, which was irritating. I just don't see the hype, honestly

I headed straight to the deli and asked the guy behind the counter--Jason, who was incredibly friendly--"What's the best sandwich you've got?" Without hesitation, he said, "The Calabrian": fresh chicken cutlet, prosciutto, ricotta spread, long hots, finished with hot honey. Wow. This sandwich was absolutely incredible. If you're anywhere near Aversa's, do yourself a favor and order it.

They didn't know much about tea. They couldn't find tea bags so they reheated iced tea. It was horrible. It had a metallics taste. The server just said it's the same as using a tea bag. It is actually not. It was very disappointing. I've been to other locations and haven't had an issue.

Trays and tongs are available for you to pick and choose the pastry of your liking. I like this concept because it eliminates the need to wait behind indecisive shoppers. It makes for a smooth and seamless experience. My wife and I ordered the stuffed Blueberry Lemon Donut, Croissant Donut (Coffee), and a White Chocolate Macadamia Cookie. Stuffed Blueberry Lemon Doughnut: My favorite! Beautiful but delicious doughnut. Blueberry flavored icing covers the top with a custardy lemon filling inside. The lemon custard brings a little zest and acid to the bite which is needed to oppose the upfront sweetness. Powdered sugar and fresh blueberries sit atop of the doughnut. Great balanced doughnut. I really enjoyed the lemon custard inside. Sometimes lemon in desserts can be overpowering but not here, they got it right! Croissant Doughnut (Coffee): Yup you heard that right... a croissant doughnut! It sounded so ridiculous that I had to get it. It surprisingly worked very well. It's kind of what you expect when you hear the name. Layers of dough apparent after each bite. Its shape is obviously doughnut like. Flavor wise (coffee) it was very good. Extremely sweet but it's exactly what I wanted! Granulated sugar covers every inch and coffee flavored icing sits on top. A chocolate bit imitating a coffee bean is the final touch. The coffee icing didn't really taste like coffee but yummy nonetheless. It tastes more like a caramel or brown sugar icing. A sweet caramel dizzle is also incorporated throughout. Heads up, this is an extremely sweet and heavy dessert. Traditionally croissants are baked but I'm assuming this was fried as my fingers were greased up. I still enjoyed it White Chocolate Macadamia Cookie: Straightforward and traditional. Really nothing to report here other than I approve. All in all, we spent $13.19 on 2 doughnuts and 1 cookie. Expensive? Yes, very but come in and give this place a shot. You may find your guilty treat of the week!

Me and my sister took our kids for a walk we decided to stop in and get ice cream we ordered a hot dog and two medium ice creams. since two of our kiddos are just little ones we asked for two spoons to feed them some. They got an attitude with us and told us if we wanted spoons it would 50 cents. Sorry but spoons are essential to eating ice cream first off plastic spoons don't cost that much to begin with second if your being that stingy and that rude about giving a plastic spoon to your customer we will no longer be customers. I had planned on ordering hoagies but told them never mind I will not give my money to people who choose to be so rude to there customers I've been in there multiple times and witness them being rude to other people especially teens ( this was way last summer one teen asked if they could taste one of the flavors and the guy got really rude and basically told her no pick a flavor or go) I wasn't that upset about paying for the spoons as I was about her being rude about it My sister in the other hand was very upset that she had just purchased ice cream and then was being asked to purchase the spoons
