Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel w Sweet Glaze Dip
    David H.

A foot court OG... idk man. I just think AA is the goat of mall desserts. The sweet glaze dip was lowkey overkill w a cinnamon sugar pretzel, but I could see it being fire w a different or plain pretzel.

Auntie Anne's is a snack favorite for one of customers, this office has roughly 60 people rotating staff members any time I schedule a snack pretzels and lemonade are greatly welcomed and then devoured. Customer service is great the manager makes a point to ensure the large catering order is complete upon arrival and is courteous. The location is perfect as it's close to the exit, making pick up easy. In need of a salty or sweet treat you can't go wrong with an Auntie Anne's pretzel.

View of the store and the line

Stopped by Auntie Anne's in Bellevue Square Mall after a long day at work, hoping for a quick snack. Unfortunately, the employees didn't seem very enthusiastic or welcoming, which added to the stress of the wait. The service felt slower than usual, and while I admit I was a bit impatient, it still seemed like the process could've been more efficient. There wasn't much communication or friendliness from the staff, which made the experience feel a bit cold. The pretzel was okay, but the overall vibe left something to be desired. JY review

I've stopped by here in the past on my lunch breaks when I worked around here, and really liked when they did the $1 Tuesdays... not sure if they still do that; guess I'll have to stop by on a Tuesday one day. I came by to pick up my free birthday pretzel, and got the Sweet Almond pretzel. It was good and still soft. I've been to other locations where it must've been sitting there too long, because it was already hard. Service was quick, and I enjoyed my birthday pretzel.

If auntie Anne's has a million fans, I am one. If auntie Anne's has one fan, I am that one. If auntie Anne's has no fans, I am dead. To Auntie Anne, I pray that one day we will meet face to face. I think we will get along.

The service was so nice! The staff were really considerate and there was no tax included. I wanted to try something new, so I got the Sour Cream & Onion pretzel for $4.99. It tasted like how it sounded, and a little dry. I still liked it and there were tables in front of the store to eat, and it was a relaxing atmosphere.

    DIY pretzel kit $15
    Pauline L.

Most people know what to expect when going to a franchise like Auntie Anne's so no need to comment there. My review is on the take home, DIY pretzel kit. For $15 you get a bucket with pre-measured flour mix, yeast, and baking soda, and salt and cinnamon sugar to finish. The kit makes 10 pretzels. Straightforward instructions: heat water, dissolve yeast, beat with the flour mixture, let rise for 30 mins, roll out, dip in the baking soda solution, bake and finish. If you have a stand mixer, the kneading is really easy. The dough was really easy to handle and it was fun making the pretzels and the pretzel dogs. Recommend to try the kit if you are looking for an activity with the family or are just craving buttery American style pretzels, or want an easy bread making experience. They have them ready for pickup on the countertop, and don't be afraid to ask about it if you don't see it on the menu or a sign!

Seattle eat #4 ------------------ Always a must when going to Seattle and when your craving some lemonade! We got their original lemonade and it was delicious! Another amazing thing is their pretzel dog! * Can't wait to come back for more lemonade! Have you been here and what's your go to item? -----------------------------

I absolutely love Auntie Anne's so I knew exactly what I was getting into. I rarely go out of my comfort zone with my soft pretzels. I like the plain ones with salt and the cheese dip. That's what I went with here and was NOT disappointed. Service was quick and really friendly too. I also got a strawberry banana smoothie which was delicioussss. I will always stop at Auntie Anne's when I get the chance and have no reason to not recommend it. YUM!!!!

Atmosphere: Cafe-like setting with some tables and board games to choose from if you wish. Listen, I'm all for these kinds of shops and if you love what they provide, go for it. However, in my opinion places like this are on par with ice cream shops, though I'd visit less frequently here due to the the sheer price point. $10+ for a jar of something is a little on the steep end (feels like I'm mostly paying for the glass). I know they take care in their craft but I can't really justify the price point when I can buy an organic tub of yogurt elsewhere, get my toppings at an asian market myself, and have multiple servings from what I buy instead of just one. Again, my own opinion. The desserts here are very lightly sweetened which fits the palate of their target audiences very well. I do appreciate the subtleness of the sweet vs tang and love the idea of combining the exotic flavors they have. Very novel ideas that I will bring into my own kitchen with added granola. :)

If you're craving some bingsoo, make the trek to Bellevue if possible. This store is shared with Xi'an Noodles with a shared restroom and wifi available. Located in the Belgate plaza, there is plenty of parking. Mixed Berry Bingsoo - my favorite bingsoo because the berries are packed with flavor, sweet, and enhance the dessert. With a mix of sweetness, tartness, and acidity, the bingsoo has balance and the contrast actually helps each flavor shine. The berry juices even add flavor to the bingsoo below (and there are berries at the bottom). The only mediocre aspect is the whipped cream on top which is just whatever. Taro Bingsoo - the menu has alternated between ube ice cream and taro ice cream but I think it's always been taro ice cream because it's not overly sweet. Red bean is also sweet but after devouring the toppings (including the ice cream), the bingsoo itself doesn't offer much. It's sweet shaved milk with condensed milk but the taro flavor isn't as potent.

I loved the variety of textures, from the chewy mochi to the crunch of the cornflakes at the bottom--it keeps every bite interesting. You can tell they use premium, ceremonial-grade matcha because the color is so vibrant and the taste is incredibly smooth. The cafe has a very modern, clean, and minimalist aesthetic. It's a great place to sit down with friends or even just to treat yourself to a peaceful afternoon snack. The service was polite and efficient, even when it started to get a bit busy. Nana's is definitely the gold standard for matcha in the Bellevue area. Whether you're a die-hard matcha fan or just looking for a unique, high-quality dessert, the Matcha Parfait is a 10/10 choice! If you're not in the mood for a full parfait, their matcha lattes are also fantastic--definitely ask for it with less sugar to let the natural tea flavor shine.
