There was barely any cinnamon sugar spread over it esp relative to how they do it at AA. I mean it wasn't terrible but idk. Almost to the point where it seemed like they were taking their time on purpose although they were not We ordered just one basic pretzel with salt, warmed up It was my son's first time there since he can now have dairy (butter) and it cane out 1/8 burned with 8 pieces of salt on it, including the ones that had fallen off the pretzel and were in the bag Needless to say, he was not impressed. I prefer the quality, freshness, and flavor of a Wetzel's pretzel over an Auntie Anne's pretzel, but that would never be enough to convince me to write a review. What motivated this is the gentleman at the counter, who recognized my face and welcomed me back. I think I've been to this Wetzel's one other time, and it was weeks or months ago. He said, to me you're not a customer; you're family. Then, he walked around to the side of the counter and handed me my unsalted pretzel with cheese with both hands and a beaming smile. It was very sweet and uncommonly kind. Hence this review. I doubt anyone will read this because a pretzel at the mall is unlikely to be an intentional choice, but if you happen to be torn between two pretzel places, go with the one downstairs. read more

Terrible customer service. Doesn't honor Wetzel's app promos, says that they don't have the "scanner" for it. Also I never thought even a food item like pretzels could have such a noticeable difference in quality. The pretzels are clearly lower quality than those served at the auntie Anne's upstairs. DO NOT USE THE APP!!!!! I was hungry, and I happened to walk by . When I was in line, I decided to download their app because they had a giant screen advertising it and the rewards you could get. I decided to order through the app, and then I went to pick up my order. The guy behind the counter was an older man who didn't speak much English. I told him I had an online order. He looked at his tablet and said there were no orders. I showed him the order on my phone screen on the app, and he said it wasn't the right location. I tried to cancel the order through the app, and it only gave me the option to call the restaurant, so I did, and the phone next to the employee rang. I told him it was the right location. He said the app was broken and he couldn't do anything. The app kept sending me to call the restaurant to cancel the order. I kept trying to cancel and kept calling the restaurant. The employee said that some young people made the app wrong and it didn't work. I told him to remove the app advertisement if it wasn't going to work. In the end, I couldn't cancel the order. The employee was very unhelpful. The app is a trap, you end up spending your money, never getting your order, you can't cancel your order, and you just get stress and frustration instead of pretzels and drinks. read more

Amazing pretzels! Delicious and aren't too salty or heavy like the other pretzel place in the mall. You have the option of adding salt and butter it you want. The worst customer service and worst business practice ever, do NOT support this location in Bellevue Square Mall. Came here on the last day before my free pretzel coupon expired and they said they could not accept it because their scanner was broken. I reiterated to the man working there that the coupon they sent me will expire today and that we drove 30 mins to get there to use it today. Our time and energy was wasted because their scanner is broken and they would not just give me the free pretzel since their scanner was broken. They did not offer any solution such as offering another coupon for the future since mine will expire and I had no control their their scanner would be broken. Your pretzel cost less than a dollar to make, yet you lost a customer for life and I will make sure no one I know supports their business who doesn't care at all for their customers and are straight up rude. read more
