So excited that they brought back the pesto pasta as well. I got a pizza slice and was disappointed that their slices are pretty small. Usually if you go to a slice bar, the slices are bigger than the regular sliced pizza but these were the same as a regular piece (think half of a Costco sliced pizza) but $5/slice. The offerings of the slice bar was also very limited -- it was cheese, spicy cheese, and pepperoni. I love a good hearty pizza with all the toppings so it was sad to see that there were only the basic pizza slices being offered. read more

I wanted to pick up a pizza to take to my family, and decided to order online for pickup. I wanted to order something that wasn't the typical pizza flavor, which is what I prefer, but also wanted something with pizza sauce for my mom, who really enjoys pizza. I decided to go with half Roman Holiday and half PSR. Their pizza is a bit on the pricier side, but I've noticed a lot of these specialty pizza places are pricier now. Parking lot is tight and a bit hectic. Luckily, there was a spot open. I saw lots of people picking up pizza. All pickup orders are on the shelves to your left when you walk in. SUPER YUMMY!!! I can't say enough great things about Pagliacci. Every location I visit services timely and deliiiccccciousssss pizza! I like that they also serve by the slice, because honestly one slice could be an entire meal for someone with a modest appetite. I like this location, very new and clean feeling. The decor is super cute and clean. Layout of the lobby/seating area feels comfortable. Prices are decent. I like that they have little cups of chili peppers and parmesan out to freely take with your to-go items. Their slices are always inconsistent and a lot smaller than other locations. It's a little annoying. Even though it's the closest one to us, we often prefer driving to other locations just because of this. They also don't reheat or toast their slices well; the other locations will make sure they are heated through and crispy, here they just throw it in for 20-30 seconds until you pay and rush it out which makes for a floppy mess. The only thing they have going for them at this location is that the staff is very considerate and sometimes even they will laugh at how ridiculous it is that one slice is half the size of another, or has just one pepperoni on it, and might throw in an extra slice. I wish they were consistent with other locations, would be reason enough to go more often. read more

I ordered a pizza on my app for this location and when I got their to pick it up it wasn't ready and there was some confusion about it but they immediately figured it out and I had to wait only 6 minutes and they insisted on refunding my order. They were all so kind and helpful and then after I got the pizza someone came running after me and me an ice cream sandwich for the delay. Hooray! Finally a Pagliacci's has opened in the south Bellevue area. They tore down the Pizza Hut and built this beautiful new building. Previously I would drive to either the Mercer Island or downtown Bellevue locations for our favorite local pizza. My family and I have been long time patrons of Pagliacci's. We love their thin crust and not too salty pizzas. Our favorites are the Brooklyn Bridge and the Prima Verde. Our favorite salad is the Pagliaccio. On my lunch visit today, I ordered a slice of the Italiano, my first time trying this flavor. It was delicious with roasted garlic cloves, spinach, 3 different cheeses and a crushed tomato base. We are so happy Pagliacci opened near us. Couldn't wait to check it out, so we ordered a Large Veduro Prima for takeout. The Veduro includes: Thyme-roasted artichokes, Mama Lil's peppers, spinach, parsley, ricotta and fresh mozzarella on a pesto base. Though we ordered ours without the Mama Lils, because I'm a spice wimp. Loved it! Delicious, just like all of Pagliacci's food. Service was great, and they knocked it out of the park considering they had only been open a week. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because $35 for a large veggie pizza with very few toppings, is pretty steep. read more

Finally a legit pizza joint in Eastgate/South Bellevue! I have been a fan of Pagliachi for over 2 decades now but I always had to drive out to Seattle or Downtown Bellevue to get some. Now, it's 5 minutes away from my place! Maybe it's too dangerous. This new location is where Pizza Hut used to be but instead of renovating the existing building, they tore it down and built a brand new one. There are plenty of parking spaces behind the restaurant and it's literally right off the freeway exit. Very convenient location for the locals and anyone traveling to and from the Eastside. I decided to sit down and get some slices and man they did a really good with the two that I got. I don't know what it is but the cheese pie I got today is the best I have tried at any of the Pagliachi locations (and trust me, I have been to probably 10 different Pagliachi locations before this one). 4 dollars for a slice of cheese pie isn't exactly cheap but the slice was slightly bigger than a typical slice when you order the whole pie. I didn't see alcohol options but I am sure they will offer them soon. The service was solid. They brought the slices over to me but everything else was self-service. I am excited that I don't have to settle for mediocre pizza anymore near me. A very (very) nice addition to the neighborhood. read more

YUM! Came here with my family on a whim after searching for pizza in the area we are staying on vacation. Was intrigued by the fact it's a local Washington spot, and not a delivery chain that we all know of. Ordered 5 single slices for my family, including baby and toddler, and they were all great. The service was 5/5 as well! They were attentive and helpful and extremely kind. The vibe was nice as well, I could tell it was popular in the area as they were constantly greeting people by name and they were busy. So grateful that south Bellevue has its own Pagliacci :). I am typically quite sensitive to too much dairy but for whatever reasons, Pagliacci pizza doesn't make my stomach upset on top of super tasting pizza! So many options to choose from but everything is tasty. Loved that it has lots of veggies option too. The service is pretty swift despite the popularity. The architecture of this location is nice. Support one of the few great restaurants in the restaurant desert that is Eastgate. Another great Pagliacci Pizza location, but in Eastgate between Bellevue and Issaquah which is perfect for the folks living amongst Lake Hills, South Bellevue, and Issaquah. Nice new building has a slick exterior and interior that is welcoming and clean. The pizza is thin crust, crispy pizza. If you like deep dish or Dominos, you'll be disappointed. I enjoyed the Parma Primo, PSR Combo, and a Caesar salad. They also sell pizza by the slice but we didn't partake this time around. The service was attentive and friendly; nothing different than another location. I also went here for lunch and used the slice bar. They have a rotating selection of 4 types of pizza sold by the slice for $4.99 per slice. They always have cheese and pepperoni, and then the other two rotate daily. Green leaf lettuce, garbanzo beans, diced red peppers, kasseri cheese, salami and red onions tossed with a creamy housemade Dijon vinaigrette. WOW was it yummy! We ordered the large and split it between my husband and I and still had leftovers. The two pizzas we ordered were the Extra Pepperoni with added mushrooms, and the Funghi Salsiccia...this has to be on of the lightest tasting pizza I've ever had! It had Cascioppo's Italian sausage, mushrooms, fresh mozzarella, sea salt and olive oil with crushed Italian tomatoes as a base. And it was delish! This experience can only be described as getting woken up by a screaming baby at 3am running off 3 hours of sleep. It was simply terrible. This place normally has decent pizza but this time they must have changed something up big time because the pizza was cold tasted terrible and ultimately made me want a refund. The place was was too overfilled inside for the amount of workers so the soda machine didn't have Diet Coke until I was leaving. This was a disappointing experience. I had Pagliacci in college and thought that it was a decent pizza place. After hearing that they opened one in south Bellevue, we were interested in checking it out. We ordered online for two pizzas because they had a BOGO deal. It took a whole hour for the pizzas to be ready, which feels a bit ridiculous considering it takes almost half that time for other pizza chains to have their pizzas ready. The two pizzas were different from each other, one being a white sauce and another being a red sauce. Both pizzas were disappointing because they were lacking in flavor and texture. Was it the worst pizza I've had? No. But the word that comes to my mind is that the pizzas were mid. At over $25 for a decent sized pizza, I think it's safe to say that Pagliacci is NOT worth the money. read more

Meh! First of all the entrance and parking situation is really tight. They have all the parking to one side of the restaurant and no spots for pick up. I had to park by the dumpsters which is cornered really tight next to a UHaul business with a bunch of moving trucks and it took me a lot of backing in and out to finally get out with my car safely. Anyways went to go pickup my spicy chicken pizza which was sitting out cold in the pickup area shelf. I was surprised they don't keep them in a warming area. Got home and reheated the pizza in the microwave which only seemed to make it harder and it was extremely dry and had no taste other than some sourness. For $24 for an 11inch pizza l was just expecting more flavor. The dough also tasted like old freezer dough and not fresh at all. I make fresh pizza dough at home so l would know. Place is quite pricey for the quality you get. I'm not sure if I will come back. read more

Not happy when I'm one of the first customers of the day and I have to wipe down my own table. It's very clear that nobody had wiped down the tables this day, and since it was before the lunch rush, probably not since the night prior.
