Since I was one of the only patrons in the place, I figured I would sit a table and they could bring it to me. The order for iced tea and one crispy chicken sandwich took more than 15 minutes. I surely would have been fine waiting in line like the "old days" when you ordered, they put it on a tray for me to take to a table. The people working here are very nice, doing everything they can, but there seemed to be only 3 or 4 for the entire store. One lady had to manage the front-end and deliver food to the tables. They don't get a high margin on each order, so a lot should not be expected, but from these ratings, it seems people have a higher expectation than they should

Since my order was not ready, I ended up finding myself a seat. Good thing I did too, it was another ten minutes before my food was ready. They were so slow in here preparing the food that a driver pulled up to pick up a delivery that they just left without the food. I feel bad for that person that ordered food. In fact, you can tell that they were more concerned with the people using the drive thru than they were with the people actually inside the building. I know that you need to be attentive all around, but ignoring one group of people over another doesn't accomplish this.
