She was just finishing up with a customer and she told me it would just be a minute. She was right...she took my order and in 2 minutes I was out the door with my hot pretzel and mustard. A little butter for toasting the bread and optional spicy brown mustard round it out. That said, what I actually received was the absolute worst Reuben I've ever had in my entire life. They used ham instead of corned beef or pastrami, an insult to the name. The Swiss was bland and low-quality, not sharp at all. There was no mustard, barely any Thousand Island, and I couldn't even detect any sauerkraut. The bread wasn't toasted, and they still charged me $12.50 with tax. If this is what passes for a Reuben at a supposed German delicatessen, save your money and go somewhere that actually knows what they're doing.

Normally that is an indication that someone just gave you the wrong name. To wrap up, having not purchased anything on this visit really is disappointing considering this was my first experience ever with this business.
