    Classic Breakfast

I recently came across someone on Tik Tok reviewing this place and they made it look so good! I decided to give it a try today. I ordered online. To my delight, when I got there my food was ready! Don't have a slow moment like myself and try to open the door. They'll simply slide their window to hand you your order. The service was a 5/5. The food is delicious. Everything is seasoned. The only reason I took a star away was because my eggs were extremely WET, like still a little raw in the middle. I had to cook them a little myself at home. In all, this place is worth the hype! I would definitely come again! For the price point, I think it is worth it. It's $12 a breakfast platter, which isn't too crazy giving restaurants in the area. Come support another local business in Laurel!

I've eaten at T&J Waffles more times than I can count as their food truck frequently visits my job. For this visit, however; I patronized their physical location in Laurel. Glad to know the quality is the same in store as it is on the truck, both the food and the service! During this recent visit, I had the Buffalo Chicken and Waffles. When I tell you, this dish is filling! Three fat pieces of perfectly seasoned and sauced chicken, two fluffy waffles and the lettuce and tomatoes are an absolute must! Such an amazing dish and nice twist on the famous chicken and waffle dish. I have had other menus items which were equally as tasty, but the buffalo chicken is by far my favorite dish at T&J's! Great quality food, large portions, affordable prices! Go on and give them a try!

Fun, yummy, and fast food with kind service. We frequent this place at Food Truck Fridays in Elkridge. We have only had the original crispy chicken and waffles, but they are delicious. Comes with two waffles, three large pieces of chicken, mixed greens, and a yummy sauce. The chicken is delicious, but definitely heavy so I love that they throw some greens on their to balance it out a bit. The waffles have excellent flavor and consistency and they taste just the right amount sweet to me. My 2 year old approves of this place as well. Our food tends to come out quickly and the people at the truck have always been nice.

I spin the block to try the bacon egg and cheese with their hash browns! One word: AMAZING! Of course, I'm coming back! It's so huge and plentiful that I split it with my niece and was full for the majority of the day! Again, they are not stingy with the meat! This creation was beautifully made!

This waffle place is so good! The chicken and waffles here is honestly the best I've had! Yes, it's a window and they don't offer inside seating, but the food makes up for it. I ate it in the car bc I couldn't wait! Lol

Great food! I had the Breakfast platter with turkey bacon and turkey sausage. Fried hash brown and scrambled eggs the second one is steak and eggs. The steak and eggs were okay but wasn't really a fan of the steak. Also there was nowhere to sit and eat as it's just like a walk up window.

Okay, I need this truck in my life all the time. T&J has a variety of sweet and savory waffle dishes. My wife and I love some good chicken and waffles and T&J didn't disappoint! The chicken was crispy and well seasoned. The waffle had just a light sweetness to compliment. It came with a chipotle sauce and some maple syrup - great combo. We also got their buffalo chicken waffle; what a fun twist on the classic! The buffalo chicken had a perfect-level-of-spice vinegary sauce. Would totally get again. They have lots of sweet takes on waffles and other savory waffle sandwiches. The prices are reasonable, service fast and friendly, and the food is solid. Can't wait 'til they come back.

Customer service was EXCELLENT, atmosphere was decent a nice location, now the food on a scale of 1-10 I'd have to give a 2 unfortunately. The waffles had a weird grease taste, greasy hash brown, and there was something in my eggs and they had a weird taste as well.

Classic Breakfast: 2 eggs, hash brown potatoes, bacon, sausage patty, and 2 waffles

The hype is real with T and J Waffles. Everything in the classic breakfast order is beyond in point. I kept seeing pictures of the food on this Facebook group and said we have to try this place. This pictures looked unreal. I am here to tell you they are real and the food is unreal! Let's start with the ease of ordering. You can do it all onlilne from a phone. You get so much food for $11. Two eggs, multiple slices of bacon , a sausage pattie, hash browns, and two waffles. The eggs were cooked to perfection. We asked for scrambled soft and not only were they soft but they were beautiful. The yellow and white colors that popped. They looked artistic. The bacon was plentiful and fried just right. It also had a great flavor. You know some places you get bacon and it is too salty, or rubbery, etc.. None of that at T and J. The sausage patty had the right amount of savory flavor and again they cooked it well. I like syrup on my sausage and that made it hit harder. The hash browns had so much flavor and the crispy outer texture with the soft inner texture made them great. The waffles were the star of the show for sure. The assumption is they would be since that is their name. They upheld the post of being the featured item and that is saying a lot since everything else was great. Soft, flaky inside, buttery crusted outer texture. Real waffle flavor. You could just order waffles and be quite satisfied. I looked at the picture and said that looks good and looks like a good amount of food, but not until you actually see it for yourself do you understand how much food you are getting. My Wife couldn't finish it all and now I am jealous because she has breakfast for the next day. Hands down best breakfast in Laurel. I am doing my best to workout daily so I can lose weight but T and J are going to make that hard because I was ready to go back after my first bite. Do yourself, your stomach, and your taste buds a favor and pay T and J Waffles a visit, it will be a treat for all of your senses.

Updated shot of the menu in the window it does not match prices with what is online. Window service only. Food was large enough portion, but not spectacular. Ordered a bacon, scrambled egg, and cheese waffle sandwich. Eggs were not scrambled, just fried. Bacon was not crispy, really chewy like the store bought pre cooked bacon that gets microwaved. And there was so much cheese that the oil & grease disintegrated the waffles. This place was probably good at one point in time, but not today.

Absolutely delicious . Everything tasted great (waffles, omelette, hash browns. The create your own omelette was fantastic. So good we didn't get a chance to take a picture. Friendly service. We will definitely be back.

These waffles are amazing. They have sweet and savory waffles topped with lots of goodness, whipped cream, fruits and berries. I tried the sweet and the savory but the sweet was my favorite. Here's why.... I ordered the sandwich with bacon and sausage but asked for no sausage and I believe they forgot to remove it so I ate a few bites after peeling it off but the taste was still in the meal. Overall I would still order this again but I would check my meal first. The sweet waffle was delicious! Bite after bite I let the waffle spend quality time on my taste buds just to savor the flavor. This place is a must try you have to make sure to stop by and give this place a try.

What a treat . . . . literally and figuratively! Thanks again to YELP for finding this place for me. I have to admit that I was kind of expecting a breakfast dive (not that that is a bad thing). Even when I pulled up to the store front that was still my impression. But once I walked through the door there was a serious paradigm shift and I knew I hadn't been any place like this before. The selection of pastries looked fantastic . . . . but I came for waffles. They had breakfast and lunch menus with both sweet and savory options. I chose the Canadian Bacon sandwich. Since there is no seating I was concerned that my sandwich would be soggy by the time I drove the 20 minutes home . . . . but fear not my fellow waffle lovers, the two waffles are kept separate from the other ingredients and you assemble your sandwich at home. (And what a sandwich it was!) I highly recommend you give it a try . . . . I know I'll definitely be back!

The portions were huge, the ice cream was tasty, and the presentation was great! The staff was kind and friendly and we appreciated being able to see our orders getting made. Be warned that this is not a place for a little treat - we easily could have split one rolled ice cream and been perfectly satisfied. The space was a little small with limited seating but it was very inviting all the same. Certainly hope to make it back very soon and try more of their menu!

So, creme roulee - rolled ice cream - was a dessert trend from over 10 years ago, but I have never…read moreheard of it. This style of ice cream originated in France. Rolled ice cream is made by flattening an ultra-thin layer of ice cream out and then rolling it up. See the videos I posted if you've never experienced it. The flavors of rolled ice cream that I tried are ube and blueberry. The blueberry had a blueberry puree on top. The ube was served with whipped cream and toasted coconut. Delightful. I only wish that I had a double espresso to go with it. The flavors of rolled ice cream that are most popular here, so far, are: 1.) Birthday Cake 2.) Strawberry Cheesecake, and 3.) Cookies and cream The team here was also passionate about the ube flavor. We also tried the strawberry yogurt shake, which was delicious. BTW, someone ordered a croffle and it smelled like a buttery breakfast. It is a croissant pressed into a waffle form. We *needed* to get one to share. They have many toppings, but if you're going to order this croffle for breakfast, the plain whipped cream (vs. the mango cream) is not sweet, but creamy and satisfying. The croffle is substantial and eggy. It is very surprising because it's hearty bite after bite. There are no light and flakey bites and before you know it, it's gone. You get your dollar's worth, here. It's a good breakfast. And you can dip the croffle into your house coffee which is even better. I also put some of the croffle cream into the coffee. The house coffee is made from a machine and tastes dark and sweet. Yum. I am wondering where else you would find this no-longer trending trend - of French rolled ice cream - in the DC area. I found 10 places on yelp but only 3 mentioned rolled ice cream in the search result descriptions. The staff here are friendly, informative and patient. The environment is simple, yet elegant. A definite new texture and flavor adventure was found here, to be sure. Thank you, Laurel!
