Considering these controllers are over 20 years old it was expected. We did some research and decided to bring our controllers here to get some attention. We were given a quote and dropped off the controllers to be looked at. While we were there we had so much fun looking at all the retro games, consoles, accessories and cards that they have at the shop. Everyone was really nice, helpful and welcoming and we were really impressed with the whole experience. They ended up calling us a couple days later to let us know the diagnosis for our controllers and what they'd be doing to fix them up. The final cost was below the quote and we're so happy to be able to play some classic games with our well loved controllers again.

Despite numerous attempts (and diagnosis time/effort), Outlook just refused to connect up with my email server (Google). I used Yelp, rather than the 800 number (which reportedly is slow in responding). Well a Yelp inquiry wasn't much faster as I didn't get a response for a day and one half. The good news is that Ken got back to me and things went well after that. We set up a remote access day and time. The remote access works really well and he was able to figure out a couple of details that were blocking the connection (cached incorrect credentials, Google Access issue, Registry issue and 7 unneeded and worthless .OST files). He even suggested a better virus protection software product along with improved Ad Blocker software. I am very pleased with the knowledge and support of Ken. They charge for a minimum of one hour and he had me working in 40 minutes. He told me that if I have another issue, I can use the remaining 20 minutes of help.

There was an extremely helpful tall man who worked in the laptop area (that had actually sold me the first one) and he was like so chill and helped me pick out one that was more suited to what i wanted, now knowing more about what i wanted. He showed me plenty of options given my price range, starting with the ones on clearance (which i loved) and i found one. Then all hell breaks loose because i realize i dont have my receipt nor an email receipt. there was another lovely bleach blonde guy working in customer service that was dead set on finding my reciept in the system, along w the guy who was selling me the laptop. I felt like an idiot and they were so reassuring and kind and worked so hard to figure out which receipt was mine in their system, allowing me ti exchange the laptop for the one i wanted!! LOL! Sometimes they have a decent selection of Pokémon products, such as tins, ETBs, or booster packs, but other times the shelves are completely wiped out or have only a few items left. Restocks don't seem very consistent, so it can feel like a gamble depending on when you show up. There also don't appear to be clear purchase limits at times, which makes it easier for resellers to clean out stock before regular collectors get a chance. The store itself is clean and organized, and the staff are generally polite when asked for help. That said, I'm often pitched the Best Buy credit card and membership even after I've said I'm not interested, which can be a bit uncomfortable and takes away from the shopping experience. Overall, not a terrible store, just not very reliable for Pokémon cards. If you're a casual collector, it's worth checking while you're already there, but I wouldn't rely on this location for consistent availability unless restocking and limits improve. CONS: STOP pitching me with if I need a warranty, membership, credit card. Posted signs will do! Saying "Are you sure 2x, 3x is annoying as fk." And I am sure, I don't want any. LOL! Technology now is going to be worthless 2-4years later. I'll buy a new one, if not 6 years later for even something better! Enough said.

In mid November of 2025, I took my laptop in for repair because it wouldn't boot up and I needed it…read morefor my upcoming finals. It took about less than a week to get it back, but they said it had a faulty NVME so I needed to pay nearly $300 for a replacement. They also verbally said Windows couldn't load but the paper they gave back clearly stated it did boot. But by the time I took it home, I tested it out myself. I inserted the "so called faulty NVME" and my laptop DID boot up. I thought I still had a battery issue because it would only boot up while it was charging. I then saw they disconnected the thin wire to the battery which directed current from the power supply. They never plugged it back in. After finding that out, I did my own diagnostics and couldn't see any issues with my NVME. I used the Windows Powershell terminal to check on the NVME's health and there were no issues what so ever. I went back to ask what exactly the issue was and what actually got my laptop to turn on, because clearly it wasn't the NVME. The man got mad and wanted me to take down any review with the return of the $100, but I refused. I will never know what they did to get my laptop to turn on again, but I do know they scammed me into believing my OS couldn't boot and I needed their NVME replacement for $300... Usually NVMEs fail early on when getting a new laptop (infant mortality rate of 3-6 months) and I've had this laptop for many years now. NVMEs don't even have anything to do with the battery so this tipped me off. They used simple NVME health tools which I replicated (they mentioned CrystalDiskInfo) and saw NOTHING wrong. They either don't know what they're doing/talking about or they're intentionally scamming. Get your laptop issues fixed else where and save your money. They are not transparent and will create issues rather than fix it. Glad they turned on my laptop at least. That's all I needed. Do your own research as well and understand what EXACTLY they're telling you.
