I contacted Audio Vision because I had been struggling with a super sensitive alarm on my Honda Accord. The alarm had become super sensitive, randomly going off without being triggered by anything around the vehicle. My battery was drained due to how often the alarm was going off. I was getting complaints at my job because my alarm would be going off in the middle of the day in the middle of the employee parking lot. It was time. I came across Audio Vision's Yelp page, read some reviews, and started calling to comparing pricing. As a woman looking into having to make any mechanical decisions, it can be frustrating to feel like you're being upsold for your lack of knowledge and understanding of a vehicle. Thankfully, Audio Vision made me feel comfortable with my purchase, the price, and the product. I had originally scheduled my appointment for Monday but due to a scheduling conflicted I called to change my appointment to Saturday. They were kind enough to squeeze me in on an already busy day. I dropped off my vehicle at 10 am and picked it up at 6:30 pm. They switched out the after market alarm that came with the vehicle and upgraded it to a Viper alarm system. I wanted to keep the same features I had on my original alarm, like a being able to start the vehicle, so I was able to customize my new Viper alarm so keep that same feature. The owner also went into detail the other add ons I could upgrade to with this new alarm. I decided to include the shock sensor to my new alarm. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the owner was kind enough to include the door sensor installation without charge. One of their technicians/mechanic was there as well and went over all of the instructions on how to use the new alarm, how it synced to my old Honda key, and how to use it properly. I am extremely thankful and glad I decided to take my business to Audio Vision. I have not had any issues/triggers with the alarm since installation was completed. I am still adapting to the new remote and it's features but I am thankful to have found Audio Vision. My new alarm comes with a lifetime warranty which is a relief after having to deal with the faulty Honda alarm for years. My dad even got a quote for an audio system for his truck. I looking forward to enjoying the quality of product I purchased and any future business I decide to take one, I will be reaching out to Audio Vision, for sure! read more

I took my daughter's car into Audio Vision today. For some reason, her iPhone blue tooth to her Alpine radio would constantly cut out. I connected my galaxy phone to the car's blue tooth and it worked fine. Santino at Audio Vision came out to the car and connected his iPhone to the Alpine, and it also worked fine. My wife and I thought the radio was definitely the problem, but Santino wasn't convinced it was; he, along with my wife, suggested that my daughter disconnect her phone blue tooth from the radio and reconnect it. What impressed me about Audio Vision and Santino is the time Santino gave to trying to help us research and find the real problem. He didn't rush to try to sell us a new radio; he seemed more committed to really trying to help resolve the issue. This is special in this day and time. We used to own a 2006 Hummer H3. We loved it except for the fact that it didn't have any of the modern safety features of the modern cars. We sold the car and regretted it. Fast forward 15 years, we found another H3 in great condition. I looked around for a place that could accommodate the long list of what I wanted to add to my old car. They added all of the following: remote start and alarm, Bluetooth capabilities and new radio head, front and back camera, reverse camera, and blind spot sensors. I have a 2023 Ford Explorer sitting on 24 Azad wheels and a red leather interior I called Vision told him what I needed. I went in yesterday Wes and his employee name David. He did a superb job on my system. I had a 10 inch subwoofer put in a kicker and a 500 W alpine amp. I am so static I don't know what to do with myself. Wes advised me to go with Recon and I did with the taillights but went with another brand for the headlights. 6 years later those headlights went out. I went to this place because everyone else near me is closed due to the worlds current situation. My headlight was out and I was not sure if I HID or not so he quoted me $100 over the phone but if I didn't and he needed to install equipment he would let me know the installation fee. I get there and give them my keys and about 15-20 minutes later he says it's done. I asked what needed to be done, he replies that I already had HID's so nothing big. He charged me $30 for installing a bulb and $100 for the lights. I complained but the work was done. Make sure you confirm everything before paying or allowing him to touch your car. read more

Got my 12" Treo 800w and Treo 600.1 amp from here back in 2014 and it's still a beast!
