I had a 9:30am appointment, but the customer before me didn't get taken care of until 10:30. This was fine to me since I knew ahead of time that I would probably be here for almost the whole day. My factory BMW equipment was put back to my car and they carefully put my aftermarket parts back to their original boxes. I was never satisfied with the output of my existing sub and thought it was the amp or quality of the previous installer's work. I called audio vision about a new amp and was given a reasonable estimate. I brought the car in a few days later, went over options, and got the work done in 2 hours. When I tested the new set up, I was surprised at how much I was missing out on the whole time had the sub. Before, it barely shook the rearview mirror, now it was thumping. I'm the type of person to do my full on research before committing to something. With that been said I came in looking for a quote for a new stereo and a back up camera installation, I already new what unit and camera I wanted. The price is fair for what I got. I did like that they ordered the unit I wanted I was there the next day. Now I did end up going with the camera they suggested with dynamic lines and all, and I will say I'm not to impressed. Part of me wishes I would have stayed with the one I wanted. I feel this isn't their fault but the camera they sold me with dynamic lines as a selling point isn't that great, lines are a bit off and was a $100 more than the one I wanted (which is consider to be in the top 5 aftermarket back up cameras 2020). DON'T BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS!!!!! so my boyfriend went in there a couple of weeks ago. The owner Wes was TWEEKED OUT!!! He spit more game than a used car dealer. Told my boyfriend that if he posted a 5 star yelp review he would give him 15 percent off. He had to post it while in their shop before he got to see the work. Being the stand up guy he is he wanted to check their work first. We had a sub and amp installed in our truck which is mounted with a pipe strap and a drywall screw. i wouldnt purchase my stereo items here again. they used cheap wiring for audio hookups, the employees doesnt wash hands after bathroom, i know because the employees and staff uses the dam bathroom and there isnt any soap in the trashy bathroom. my tint came off less than a month off of my car. they used bad, cheap wiring when they said they use stinger wiring. way to take advatage of a female read more

I took my older car with a factory alarm to four different alarm places and a locksmith to try and get new fobs programmed. This was after doing a lot of research and attempts to do it myself. Three alarm places and the locksmith just said they couldn't do it. Two of the three alarm shops offered to sell me a whole new system without even coming out from behind the counter. When I arrived at Audiovision I was greeted professionally. After I explained the issue, George actually took his time to look up some information and attempted to do it himself. He found the car wouldn't go into programming mode. He too offered a deal on a new alarm. Being somewhat skeptical I said I would be in touch. He allowed me to take the instructions home. I couldn't find any reason why they shouldn't work. Then, I called the dealer. The dealer service advisor said straight up he thought it would be easier and probably less expensive to tear the factory system out and replace it with a more modern aftermarket system even if they could program the new fobs. So, now where to go? I went to Audiovision because they were the only place that seemed to take a legitimate interest in resolving my problem without trying to sell something first. It was Dec 30th, and I was expecting to have to wait until Jan 2 to get it done. But I called and they got me in an hour later. They were quick, professional and gave me a good price on a basic alarm/keyless entry without any sales pressure to upgrade to something more expensive.
