Despite the lifetime warranty, the previous tint place no longer tinted cars, so I was SOL. I started to look around and ask different tint vendors regarding tint removal and retint. I priced it out and asked about the XPEL XR. Turns out not too many tint places use the nano ceramic hybrid tint I had put on the car. Well now I know. Blue's Glass Tinting was super responsive on Yelp and had reasonable pricing. And they are located close to where my brother now lives. I told my brother to make an appointment and they booked him about a week out. We sent in a deposit for the appointment. Well he dropped off the car today and got it back in a few hours. No more bubbly tint! I told my brother it was his birthday present from me so he's happy and I'm happy that he can now see out the back windshield at night. Thanks to Milton and Blue's Glass Tinting for doing a great job on the windshield.

Milton took the time to educate me on something I had no idea about -- the "tint" on the back windows of my brand new GMC Yukon from the dealership isn't actually tint at all... it's just colored glass. That's why we couldn't simply match the driver's window -- we had to redo all of the windows properly to get a consistent, high-quality finish. I genuinely appreciated him explaining that instead of just doing a quick match and sending me on my way. I dropped my car off at 3 PM and it was completely finished by 6 PM. The turnaround time was amazing. And the quality? Top tier. Milton's work is so high-level that I was even able to roll down my windows on day one -- which says everything about the precision and materials he uses. C300 had 20% all around, 75% windshield. M340i has 20% all around and 75% windshield. All Rayno S9 ceramic tints. Service is always quick with fast turnaround time.

Using the Yelp project tool, I submitted a request and received a quote very quickly. Although their price was slightly higher (but not by much), I chose them because of their prompt response and professionalism--I was ready to get my window fixed without further delays. Joe explained that the glass would take about four days to arrive and that prepayment was required. He clearly outlined the next steps and sent an invoice shortly after. The entire process--from my Yelp request to receiving the invoice--was completed within an hour. The next day, Joe called to let me know the glass had already arrived and that I could bring my car in. Since I was at work, I scheduled an appointment for Friday morning. When I arrived, I expected to wait and brought a book to read--but I barely finished a page before they told me the job was done. The entire installation took about 10 minutes. I'm incredibly grateful to Low Cost Auto Glass for their efficiency, communication, and quick turnaround. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of glass repair.
