My work did a dinner here the other night and we had a great time. The appetizers food and drinks are so wonderful. Everything tasted great. The only thing that was kind of weird is I think we were still eating towards when they were closing and they started putting things away and trying to dim the lights to the point where the lights literally kept turning off so we were eating in the dark. My manager was not happy about this and kept talking about it after we'd left the restaurant because it's just weird behavior. I don't really know why they can't just close after the customers are actually outside it was just us and another small group. We paid $700 after taxes and tips for 10 people which is not bad in SF.

I love coming to this restaurant to enjoy a beautiful San Franciscan day. I personally just wanted a simple meal within my diet, but my friend enjoyed the delicious cheeseburger and fries. I opted for the buffalo chicken wings with the sauce on the side, and extra carrots and cucumbers on the side. Also, the Brussel sprouts were fantastic with the balsamic dressing. Our server Crystal was very sweet and treated us to a large scoop of ice cream for my birthday. Thank you ATwater for the wonderful birthday lunch!

Huevos rancheros

I ordered the huevos rancheros, and it was not worth the price. This was the most white washed version of huevos rancheros. Usually, everything is mixed together, and ingredients were separated like they're serving a picky kid. I wouldn't come back here.

Great spot to get oysters, they had an amazing $1 oyster happy hour when we went and we sat on the back patio. It's 24 per table limit, the oysters were on the smaller side but very fresh and flavorful, not so much "buttery" creamy type oysters but the more high salinity, briny, sharper flavor which is perfect when they're smaller. Their view looks out over the water, the funk rock music they were playing perfectly fits the vibes. Just nice laid back chill seafood beer vibes. Our waitress was great, very personable and funny. Would come back again!

One of the rare places that still offers happy hour oysters for $1!!!! Came around 3 PM, and it was not busy. The parking lot next to it is $15. HAPPY HOUR (2-5 PM): $1 oysters (24-count limit), $1 jalapeño poppers, and $1 off on drinks. Service: Workers were friendly and attentive Ambiance: Had nice outdoor seating by the ocean, and the interior had a rustic modern vibe to it. Drake Bay oysters $1 (4/5): These were freshly served with rosé mignonette sauce on ice. These were small but had great flavor. Jalapeno poppers $1 (3/5): Tasted like the frozen ones you get from the store. Nothing particularly special The Ricky $8 (3/5): Cucumber, lime, soda water. This was VERY heavy in lime and some cucumber. Pineapple ginger beer $9 (4/5): Pineapple, lime juice, ginger beer, cinnamon simple syrup, mint. This was delicious and refreshing

I don't recall if this dish was called but my wife enjoyed it very much

We stopped at this place before attending the Giants game. As we walked up, they asked if we had a reservation and we did not. They were nice enough to see us and we got a beautiful view of the bay on their back balcony. The staff was great. I think they did a wonderful job making us feel welcome. I got the crabcake eggs Benedict and I loved it. I watched a lot of food come out and everything looked really good. We randomly picked this location and we are glad we did. We decided that we are going to make this stop before every Giants game. Of course we will make a reservation next time. There's parking all over the place because of the stadium, but it is paid to park. The great thing is, you can walk straight to the stadium right after you've had a wonderful meal.

Brunch then a ball game.

Took my dad for brunch before the Giants game. We sat around back on this lovely morning. Everything was good today, except that they were out of the SF City lager . No problem, they had Fort Point FSK. Dad had fish and chips, did not finish. I had the chicken sandwich, nice and cheesy. I'd go back for the full bar.

Stayed at the Luma Hotel across the street and valet pointed us in this direction. We wanted to finish watching the Giants game. It's located next to Port of SF & SFG / GSW parking. There is dining area and bar inside. An outside patio right on the bay. There is also a roof top bar/restaurant. Noticed a "private party" sign too. We were met by a nice host and sat a short stool-bar are at the bar. Ordered an aperole spritz and Margherita Puzza. Good menu and nice cocktail menu too. Can't wait to come back.

We rented out a portion of the entire place. Came here for a happy hour and promptly ordered my favorite dish on the menu- raw oysters!! This place did not disappoint at all, they were flavorful and fresh and easily the most enjoyable part of my afternoon (especially since it was competing with the Giants getting crushed by the Royals). Parking is quite rough- my friends paid $50 for it. We walked over from the Caltrain station to Oracle Park, then to ATwater Tavern!). Typically with restaurants like these that have prime real estate I find that they can be lazy with quality, but I enjoyed dining at ATwater immensely. The strawberry lemonade I ordered was really fresh and had real pulp in it. The paella was good, but the rice could've had a bit more tomato or saffron!! There was SO much seafood and protein in this dish, I was in heaven. I was in calamari/shrimp/mussel/clam/chicken heaven. We also ordered lobster ravioli, calamari, and there was popcorn/fried chicken sliders for the entire party. These were a bit stale and not seasoned very well by my standards, I also found the popcorn to have too much of a fake butter aftertaste. I would stick to the seafood here. I will say though, the day we went was blazing. Definitely unexpected for SF. Shaded spots were difficult to find/only covered half of our party- definitely bring protection if you choose to dine outdoors and enjoy sunny weather (be it in the form of an umbrella or sunscreen).

Came here with a friend and it was super pretty looking across the water! Good: - The pancakes were tasty - not too sweet and I liked the fresh fruit on top - The main course was tasty - it was enough to share between two people despite both of us being pretty hungry. - The vibes are good for a lazy Sunday afternoon catchup - I really liked sitting on the patio Bad: - Food took some time to arrive - Hard to flag down the waiters, we even had to get our own plates Overall this was a nice Sunday brunch experience, I liked the variety and might try more food next time.

First time coming here and I loved the decorations and we sat in the room in the back. It's outside but covered with a plastic and heaters, not at all cold and it was freezing outside. We got some drinks which were very good and food was delicious. Our server was kind and gave suggestions when I asked. We went to the ECHO show after we ate which was perfect because it's a few steps away. Totally recommend even if you don't go to the show. Maybe before warriors/giants game.

What a fun place to be! Full bar! Good music! The food was fantastic with the best service! The servings of each dish had good portions! They had so many good things on the menu it was so hard to pick. They are even open for brunch! Fun place to come with a bunch of friends or for date night!

Ahi Tuna Salad

ATwater Tavern is a new restaurant located on the bay side of parking lot A of Oracle ballpark. If you go early before the game they have $1 oysters at happy hour. Limit 24. Besides the oysters we got the fish and chips and a seared Ahi salad. Both were excellent. Great option if you don't want ballpark food. The crowd is very loud like a sports bar with the sound bouncing off the concrete walls. Service was good.

Street parking wasn't too bad especially compared to other parts of the city. Even on a Friday evening, I was able to find free street parking just a block away. The inside is very spacious. It has a rustic farmhouse meets warehouse vibe with a huge wall full of wine for purchase as well. I like that the tables are pretty spaced out so I don't feel cramped. Dinner was excellent! For starters, we had the scallop with beets and avocado. The scallops were juicy and paired well with the sweet beets and creamy avocado. For my main, I had the trout. It was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. The small crispy potato chips on top added a nice crunch. The asparagus were delightful. They had a subtle "sweetness" that can only be found in fresh, high quality produce. For dessert, we had the olive oil cake. I loved that it wasn't too sweet and paired well with the slightly salty strawberry and the tart lemon curd. Overall, a really good meal! I appreciated that Ungrafted honors the ingredients and aren't trying too hard to be fancy or gimmicky. Service was also friendly and attentive but not intrusive. Would definitely recommend this spot to family and friends!

The staff was friendly, the vibes were great, and the noise level was perfect for a big celebration where everyone could still talk and enjoy themselves. We had a large party of about 22 people, and the drinks were flowing all night and came out great, which definitely helped keep the celebration fun. We all ordered appetizers and entrees at the same time. The appetizers came out quickly, but things became pretty spotty once the entrees started arriving. About a third of the table received their food well before everyone else. Most of us tried to wait until the whole table had their meals before eating, but the delays between dishes coming out were so long that some people's food started getting cold. Then more confusion started happening when the staff realized some of the plates being brought to us were actually meant for other tables. It seemed like there was quite a bit of confusion happening in the kitchen. They assured us our actual orders were still coming, but by that point food just kept appearing at the table. We ended up with dishes we never ordered, which honestly felt wasteful because nobody wanted to eat food intended for another table. Of course, once it had touched our table, it made sense they couldn't reserve it elsewhere. By the time everyone finally got their correct meals, some people were no longer hungry, especially after appetizers, drinks, and the long wait in between courses. A lot of food ended up getting packed up because the timing was just so off. It turned into a bit of a debacle for such a special occasion. That said, the atmosphere and overall celebration itself were still enjoyable, and I'm glad we came. I do think this may be a better spot for smaller groups rather than very large parties, as the food timing and service coordination seemed overwhelmed by the size of ours.

It was a super fun combo, almost like eating an everything bagel but so, so much better, and the onions really enhanced the flavor profile. The pastries are a lil too expensive (two coffees and a pastry was $30!), but they're a nice treat, especially if you split them. Service is always great and even when I've ordered stuff I didn't like as much, I still had a positive overall experience. Lots of charcuterie, some cheese, caviar, and "nibbles" which are relatively small little starters. The charcuterie is good although definitely not my favorite option in the city. You can order 1, 5 , or everything on the menu. I do wish they had an option for 3 things as there's usually more than 1 I want to try and 5 is way too much. The chicken nuggets and caviar ranch sound great but I honestly found both to be pretty underwhelming. I was surprised that I liked the grilled duck hearts much more as this is normally not even something I would order but did on recommendation of the server. I've been here a few times but realized I had always stuck more to the meat items and smaller courses and charcuterie. I actually think the first course and main course are definitely worth trying after a recent visit. They do vegetables quite well (basically choosing high quality and ripe ingredients and generally letting them shine and not doing too much) and the dishes sound thoughtfully composed. I really enjoyed the hangar steak with chimichurri, early girl tomatoes, and a tiny bit of blue cheese. I don't even like chimichurri normally but I loved this one - it wasn't overly parsely forward. Same thing with the blue cheese - they added it with a lot of restraint (and it's a milder blue cheese) so even as someone generally not a fan, I liked the slight creaminess and tang it gave the dish. The steak was perfectly cooked and I thought hangar steak was an excellent cut for their menu. You get a pretty good portion and ordered with some other dishes, this could definitely be shared. Don't sleep on their fries either. They are much better than they look (I thought they were going to be kind of undercooked but they weren't). The garlic aioli is awesome. You also get quite a few fries so I'd suggest ordering and sharing with whatever else you are having. One thing that I'll note is their seasoning walks the line of too salty. While generally this is what makes the food taste good, some bites may be a bit overseasoned. On the other hand, most of the vegetables I've had did not have too much salt and were a good contrast and provided balance to the meat and fries which were too salty at times. Chocolate puddin dessert with a salty cookie is amazing if you enjoy intense choocolate and desserts with some salt (only the cookie is salty and not the pudding so you can avoid the salt if you want too). I'm not sure why it's $15 but it is very very good.
