This job was an easy rate of 5 stars from beginning to end. - Scheduling a consultation was really quick and very appreciative of them accommodating my work schedule - project manager Joseph (Joe) was very thorough with his inspection and the way he explained the breakdown of the problems and best service to fix it. He was patient and answered our problems and concerns. Also throughout the project he was very responsive when I had to get in contact with him. - project crew (will only include first letter of last name out of respect of privacy) 1. Jacob W (crew lead): he was very polite and professional and ensured the job was done thoroughly and he explained the process of each step they were doing (really fun to learn something you have no knowledge about so 10/10 recommend asking questions) and he did not seem annoyed. He was very kind and he understood my fears of the attic so he helped me overcome it step by step (literally) and that is something not many people will have the patience for. He also made sure everything was cleaned and he always double checked his work. Very strong leader and from the random small talks we had here and there, he is also a very kind gentleman and trustworthy to get the job done 2. Marcus: one of my favorite electricians who not only did a great job cleaning the attic and vacuuming it but he also made sure my electricity did work. He also tried to help fix my side of bathroom light (has not worked since 2024) even though he did not have to. Just shows what a kind soul he is. He is also very clean and doesn't leave mess behind. I enjoyed talking to him about football (the actual one) 3. Franklin: another great member who came on day 1 of the job. He was very polite and also did a wonderful job cleaning and vacuuming the attic. You can see how hard he works and ensures the job is done great 4. Erick : the QC who came after day 1 to ensure there were no rats. Extremely nice gentleman and did a thorough job with ensuring he walked around the attic and took pictures. In addition he helped seal the outside and was very patient answering my dad's and I questions about protecting the house from the outside. Also has good music taste 5. Saul : he came with Jacob on the 2nd (last day of the job) and my goodness he worked his butt off. He was so kind and sweet and extremely hard worker. Did not get to talk to him much due to the job urgency but the small bits here and there showed he is really mature and smart and hard worker. Also he has good music taste Overall I really appreciate what Joseph, Jacob, Marcus, Franklin, Saul and Erick the QC did for our house. My parents really appreciated how clean and good work they did. Nathan came out from Attic Projects to inspect our home because our basement has rodent issues. He did a thorough inspection along with taking many pictures and taking measurements and then laid out a plan in which they would seal up the basement to keep the rodents out of our home. Clean, insulate the basement. I am so looking forward to getting rid of these rodents that I have been battling for 14 years. I love the 10 year warranty. I expected progress photos and none received, I had no way of knowing what was being done under my house. Work was to be started on a Tues and completed by Friday, work was not completed until the following Tuesday. When trying to contact a corporate office none was available. I am so impressed with Attic Projects. The project manager, Robert came out and gave us a though inspection of our attic. After having two other appraisals that did not properly justify their quotes, I immediately knew that I had no problem signing a contract. Everything was done legally and above board. Kevin and Drake came out to rodent proof and clean up the horrible messes left behind by the rats. They protected the carpet by lying down mats. I was impressed by the professional equipment used to vacuum up the old sprayed in insulation. In addition to totally sanitizing the attic they sanitized and scrubbed our two heating units located in the attic as well. The rat proofing exceeded my expectations. They screwed on metal grates to the outside and inside where ever there could be rodent entry. The rodent proofing is guaranteed for 10 years. If there are signs of rodents in the attic, they will totally redo the project including replacing the insulation. No other company that I received quotes from would guarantee rodent return not even for one year. In addition to being very timely, they went far and above our every expectations. Robert is Amazing! We have been dealing with a nightmare in our attic. We had roof rats and they ate through all of our electrical, air ducts, and insulation. Beyond the damage, they made a mess....Dead rats, debris, and lots of droppings. Even after other companies assured us they had resolved many of these issues. Robert came out to our home in a timely manner, He was professional, kind, clean, and understanding. From start to finish it was a smooth process and Robert was even able to refer us to some other contractors for other work we needed to have done at our home. These guys came out and did a fantastic job with my attic and crawlspace. The gentleman who came out to give me a quote was very patient and was not pushy at all. I went with his recommendation and also added a house fan and it has absolutely made a difference. We turn it on every evening when we get home and it sucks out all the hot air in our house and our home is cool within minutes. We hardly use our air conditioner now. My estimator came out, jumped into my attic. Took plenty of photos and videos of my attic so I wouldn't have to go up there. Offered multiple options and was very patient explaining all the work to be performed. I got 4 quotes and these guys were by far the best. A few days later, their crew came out and did an amazing job. They were super nice and treated my home with respect. They removed my old insulation and replaced it with new. We also had a rodent problem. I had to call them back twice two weeks after they finished, because the rodents came back. Attic Projects came back quickly at no additional cost to resolve the issue permanently. Their warranty is so refreshing. They never asked me for additional money. They kept their warranty promise and just came back at no additional charge. They said they would come back 100 times at no charge if necessary. Rodent problem has been fixed. Lastly, we noticed we don't have to run the air conditioner as much, which will save us money during the hot months. read more

The first crew that Attic Projects sent from San Diego to change the air ducts and install new insulation were young men who did not do a good job. One looked like it was his first day on the job. The air ducts were not sealed at all and were not suspended as quoted by the estimator. Coincidentally, an A/C guy came to check our A/C 2 days after the duct installation. He checked the attic and that's when we found out the ducts were not sealed. The 2nd crew came to seal them and redo some of the work the first crew did. The airflow was slow and decreased in some of the rooms but they were not able to fix it. Then, finally a 3rd crew came to fix the problem. The 3rd crew did not clean up nor returned the furniture in the right place. We are so disappointed with their work. Besides that, the price was high. I would recommend that the home owner gets 2 or 3 quotes before committing to let this company do the job. It was a big mistake that we, seniors, did not get another quote or a second opinion. read more
