I contacted Jesus at Next Level Specialty Contracting regarding adding blown in insulation in my attic space to help with energy usage in the home by helping keep the home warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I explained to Jesus that my wife was very detail oriented and concerned about what type of product should be utilized in our home. Jesus gave me the manufacturer information on the product and even had my wife come out and look at the material before he began to apply it. The prep work in the attic space was the first step, and Jesus and his associate did a fantastic job. The entire process is photographed, and they point out any potential issues they see that may need attention. Once the process began, they started blowing in the insulation material. One of them fills the machine hopper while the other is in the attic applying the material. Photos are also taken showing the 14" to 16" of infill material. The entire job is completed with accuracy and professionalism, and the cleanup is done prior to invoicing and payment. This is a class act with excellent equipment and fair industry pricing. Since the job has been completed, we have noticed the home stays cooler when it's warm or hot outside and stays warmer when it's cold out. Highly recommended.

I contacted Juan & Jesus from Next Level & they went above and beyond to give me all the information we needed regarding our homes needs. I'd highly recommend using them for any insulation projects in the near future! Thank you for going above and beyond!

Where to start...the beginning? Ok…read more Jesse was referred by trusted friend. I'm very picky and skeptical so I put Jesse through the wringer with my questions. He entertained all my ideas, questions and did not ever huff about it. Bottom line, when I was satisfied enough I went forward. I won't bore your with the details of what I did and why, but the services rendered are worth mentioning. Also, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH for peace of mind. Jesse is up front and trustworthy in my opinion. He's not a salesman and I found that out when I spoke to him. He is taking care of processing the rebate (which I have never had any luck doing) so I hope it goes better for him than for me. I had walls and attic done with the blown in cellulose. They were done about a month apart at my request. MARK - you are amazingly efficient and I could not say enough about you, except we need more people who work like you. Personally, I think he might be a cyborg which would be pretty cool and explain his non-stop work ethic (and what I think was an charging outlet in his neck... I'm not positive about that though.) Give this man a raise... whatever he is! The work was completed on time and as discussed. So far, I feel great about the choice I made and with summer coming this week, the real tests are about to begin. I'm not worried though. I have already referred one person who is going forward and you better believe I will continue to do so. This is not inexpensive, however extremely worthwhile home upgrade by any means (but is anything worthwhile really ever cheap?) and when you decide to do this one, you want a company that has your best interest in mind, while providing you with the right feedback and peace of mind. I'll be taking a few questions now. Yes... you in the front row....

The work included the exterior wall along my primary bedroom and children's bedroom, plus an interior wall between the garage and my children's bedroom. Both bedrooms get a lot of afternoon sun and are consistently warm. The first crew spent a full day drilling holes, adding insulation, and patching the walls. Before leaving, they told me everything had gone great. Unfortunately, photos I took with a thermal camera suggested that more than half of the areas had not been properly filled. You could even feel the temperature difference by touching the insulated sections versus the areas that appeared to have been skipped. I contacted the company, sent photos, and was told someone would come out to investigate and resolve the issue ASAP. Instead, about a week passed with little communication. Once I started following up, I felt like I was being passed around. They even sent the sales representative back out, and he said he wasn't sure why he had been sent. Eventually, project manager Julio arranged for another crew to come out the following week. When that crew arrived, they quickly realized the work was more extensive than they had been told. I wanted the affected walls redone so I could be confident the insulation was installed correctly. Julio initially told me it could be another month before they could return--even though a month had already passed since the original installation. I told him that wasn't acceptable, but that I would be flexible to help get the job completed. Shortly afterward, he called back to say there had been a cancellation and that he would send his best team. Victor and Carlos arrived the next day, and they deserve a lot of credit. After drilling additional holes, they confirmed what I had suspected: the original crew had left some wall cavities completely empty. Victor and Carlos filled the walls properly, did excellent patchwork, and thoroughly cleaned up. Their workmanship and attention to detail were far better than what I experienced with the first crew. They clearly took pride in their work, and it showed. Now that the work is complete, the insulation is making a noticeable difference. The bedrooms are cooler, and I'm seeing wall temperatures approximately 15-20 degrees lower than before. Overall, I'm happy with the final result, but getting there took far more time and follow-up than it should have. Victor and Carlos turned the experience around. I would recommend drill-and-fill insulation for exterior walls, but I would also recommend investing in an inexpensive thermal camera--I found one on Amazon for about $80--to help check the work afterward.
