I absolutely love Attaboy. Every visit has been super intimate. Super exciting in service is incredible. I love the intimacy of talking to your bartender and allowing them to make the final decision when it comes to the drink you'll be having. It's a great way to introduce someone to Nashville outside of Broadway. It's one of my favorite bars and I love the East Nashville scene so I would definitely recommend it.

How in the world did i take so long to come back here omfg!!!??? I happen to come here with a friend just to have some drinks and check out the new decor since it's been that long. I love that they don't have a drink menu and you just tel.them what you want and they make it for you. So I told them of course I want an expresso martini and man did the bartender deliver! The freaking best expresso martini i have ever had hands down. The vibe and the ambiance here is amazing. Guess I'm about to be a regular now lol.

I've not been to a proper cocktail bar in years and this place made me want to change that perspective. Parking is a bit tough, street parking in a busy sector but totally doable - get out your parallel parking skills. You have to wait outside while they seat others in front of you. I like this aspect because there is not much of a waiting area inside and keeps the bar from being over crowded. The Staff were incredible. Super kind and really knowledgeable. When you order you can tell them a specific cocktail or just flavors you like. I had several incredible drinks. Great experience.

What a treat to find that my favorite bar in NY has a location in Nashville! When you arrive, wait outside and someone will come out to help you. If there's a wait, they will put your name on the line and send a text message with a 15 minute return window. The concept of Attaboy is that there is no menu. You let the bartender know what type of liquor and flavors you enjoy for a creation of your own personalized cocktail. We each had two rounds with each cocktail being $20 (which is cheaper than NY). Compared to the NY location, this one is much more spacious and modern as well. It's the perfect spot to impress a date or friends while enjoying some of the best cocktails.

This unassuming building is located in an alley. Very limited parking in the immediate vicinity, public lots and street parking available. I recommend arriving before they open, a line was forming after we got there. No parties larger than 6, no reservations. You had to wait outside, to be escorted inside and to your seat. The inside is dark and moody, low lighting, candles, etc. The main area has bar seating, 4 booths that fit 6, and small separate room, and a couch area. So very limited seating and you won't be seated after the tables are full, until someone leaves. There is no menu. If you have a drink you like, you can order that. Otherwise the server will ask your likes and dislikes and it is a bit of a surprise. Everyone was very pleasantly surprised, one friend remarked 'he gets me!'

Awesome awesome bar. I am familiar with the Attaboy in New York. This location did not disappoint. You tell the bartender what you like to drink/what you're feeling and they come up with a concoction for you. I had a drink called Troublemaker that was a cross between a Pimms Cup and a Tom Collins. It was heavenly!!! My friend had a drink similar to a tiki drink that she loved. The bartenders were so nice! When you arrive, wait outside and they will come get you. There's bathrooms by the entrance. They are clean and modern. Ample seating throughout. We sat at the bar but there's many tables and booths. You won't be disappointed here.

My friend and I arrived on the earlier side, so it was nice having the bartender mostly to ourselves. The place has a cute intimate vibe and I was excited to check out Attaboy since I missed my opportunity in NY. I loved the experience and being able to tell the bartender what I was in the mood for and getting a delicious surprise! The drinks were not only beautiful, but delicious and the bartender introduced us to a few new things, which was a fun experience!

Really wanted to love this place but the cocktails fell flat. I think they were made without care and craft. Perhaps it was just an off night because they are a well known spot and I love the concept.

Easily the best drink I've had in a long time! The place is pretty small inside. You have to wait outside the door and one of the server come out to check your ID and let you in one group at a time. The max group size is 6 people. There are a few seating options: couch style, stools at the bar, stools against the wall, and it looked like there was also one more private room? Big speakeasy vibes with dark lighting. The waiter comes around and asked what you like and then brings out your drink. I ended up with something called a "Once Upon A Time" that was a rum base with a tropical fruity flavor. I don't think I've ever felt so tipsy after one drink. Drinks ended up being ~$18/each but the quality is SO much better than anything else I've had.

The ambiance was amazing and the concept was really unique. You sit down and tell the craft master three words, from there they'll make a crafted cocktail. I was blessed with the best ginger margarita cockt

I enjoy a good cocktail from time to time. Was pleasantly surprised when I learned Nashville had a location of Attaboy. You wait outside until the staff welcomes you in. They don't have a menu so you either request a drink you know and like or you can talk about flavor profiles, things you normally drink and bartenders make a recommendation for your drink. I went with a Jungle Bird and a Brandy Flip. I was very pleased with both the quality of drinks, service of the bartenders and the liquor, liqueurs and syrups they make. The fact that they carry cream brings a smile to my face.

An absolute gem of cocktail crafting, bringing the magic of its original NYC location to East Nashville. Here's how it works: - When you arrive, wait behind the door--no need to knock, they'll spot you on the camera. If there's a line, just wait your turn. - No menus! This is a tailored experience--your bartender will ask about your preferences and craft a unique drink just for you. - Cocktails run around $18, and honestly, for the quality and experience, I personally don't find it expensive if you compare it with other places. btw, they also make amazing mocktails! A few pro tips from my visits to both the NYC & Nashville locations: - Go with a small party--the space is limited. - Sitting at the bar? Best experience! You get to watch the magic happen, so solo or pairs work best. - Avoid peak hours if you hate long waits. I've skipped the line by going right when they open in winter--but as the weather warms up, expect bigger crowds, especially on weekends. - Trust your bartender! Be open to trying something new--this isn't the place for your usual go-to cocktail. One of my all-time favorite bars. Cheers!

Sooooo cool!!! You ring the door bell and they come get you. Perfectly tucked away in the east side of Nashville, this menuless cocktail bar is the perfect pre gaming spot. Super friendly staff that love what they do! They can pretty much make you whatever your heart desires. They also have us suggestions for other similar speak essays arruine town. Prices were reasonable as well. HIGHLY recommend!!

It's a fairly big place with a bar, couches, fireplace with a HUGE beautiful fire, cocktail tables, and cozy booths. Dark, candlelight, this place has a vibe! 5 stars for atmosphere for sure! The service was not great, unfortunately. It was just so slow, every step took FOREVER. We would have gotten dessert but the waitress never came back. I finally stood up, put my jacket on, and stood next to our table, as a hint that we were ready for the check. 3/5 stars for service. Now the food. Do you see those fries?? They are some of the most unique fries I've ever had. Crispy AND chewy on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside. Served with bernaise, these alone are worth coming back for! The burger fell flat IMO. My husband liked it better than I did, but it didn't have much flavor. Some might say it needed ketchup, but for me it was more than that. It was a case where it seemed to have all the right ingredients but didn't "pop". It comes out wrapped in paper which is a fun touch, but didn't seem that hot and also was a little soggy, which made me wonder how long it sat before they brought it. We wanted ketchup for the fries too, BTW, but the server never came back to check on us. My husband's NY sour was a little strange. We love different "takes" on classic cocktails, but this one just didn't work. The waitress seemed unsure as to whether they could make this drink, and maybe she was correct. 3.5 stars for cocktails/food. We will definitely come back. My hope is that the burger was just a one-time miss and that next time it will be perfect. We also want to try the smoked fish dip. Such a cool neighborhood spot!

When I walked in I, immediately, thought of Haven (RIP https://www.yelp.com/biz/haven-miami-beach-2). From the LED wall to the music to the drinks to the vibe... I didn't feel like I was in Nashville anymore. the back corner stands out and gives Middle Tennesseans something that's not readily available in this area. If you're in the mood for a little coastal cosmopolitanness (is that word? It's not a word), the back corner is about to be your new favorite place. The neighborhood gets things moving in the right direction. For as much as Germantown has (scenic streets, fancy high rises, coffee, good eats) it didn't have a nightlife destination. Putting one here makes a lot of sense. Building off the 5th & Taylor imprint, the back corner starts off fancy (but not pretentious) and builds to memorable. Upon entry, the first thing you notice is the LED wall and stage. With a changing display of electronic intoxication, you're drawn into a world far away from Lower Broad. If you can break your gaze away from the stage, you'll notice the upper and lower lounge seating. Intimate, cozy and a bit mysterious, the seating at the back corner lets you decide whether you want to be front & center or if you're rather sit back and take it all in. You can be as public or private as you'd like. If indoor seating isn't your thing, make your way outside to enjoy the fire pit and Germantown night sky. Just do us all a favor and refrain from smoking. Seeing cigarette butts along the patio or by (in??) the fire pit is not sexy and very off-brand. All the above said and noted, the back corner is not a huge space -- which is a plus and minus. It's a plus because it never becomes the cavernous mess of bass and desperation. The minus is crowds gonna crowd and with a lot of people, the space will be tight. I don't know how to fix that. I suppose a velvet rope and waitlist will keep crowds at bay but neither feels very Nashville. Hmm... Another minus (relating to the size) is that there's only one bar. One bar in a space this cool is a bit tight. I know the space behind the bar isn't huge but I would staff it with 3 bartenders at a time so as to keep up with the crowd. Because you're going to want to drink. A lot. The cocktail program at the back corner is a bit unusual for Nashville -- and very Miami. Expect rum, colors and a boozy punch. Actually, the menu could use a punch. Get on that, tbc. Re drink progression... start with the gimlet. It's pretty to look at and refreshing to drink. All the mixers, juices, etc. are made in house so you're getting quality fare. From there, hit the No. 4 and, then, the No. 2. If you're still upright, drink some water. Water? Who am I kidding? Cocktails! You're in Miami, [redacted]! Well, sorta. If you need some noshes, 5th & Taylor is serving up bites. Don't come here for dinner. Who eats food? Let the music and booze nourish your body. As perfect as the back corner is for DJ sets, live music (this *is* Nashville, after all) works as well. the back corner isn't the Downtown dance club people have wanted for a (looooong) while. But it is a welcome addition to the city's nightlife scene and, very possibly, you're new favorite place to go. Bienvenidos a Nashville.

The ambience is still nice, but we were seated so close to other tables it was a bit uncomfortable. The server was great (super sweet waitress) but the food was inconsistent. We couldn't even see the color of the meat. Even our waitress said it was so inconsistent and sometimes bad. Keep in mind they did comp this which was very nice of them. Whipped Ricotta: 9/10 - Okay this was AWESOME. The pita bread was soft, the ricotta was smooth and sweet, and all the toppings on it were just perfect pairings. Chefs kiss. White Bolognese: 5/10 - Pretty mid/bland. Just kind of tasted like pasta with Alfredo sauce and some meat. Eh. Truffle Fries: 5/10 - Standard fries. There is parmesan and truffle at the top but none on any of the middle or bottom fries, so you don't really want to keep eating them. Brussels: 8/10 - Lovely fry on these. They tasted very rich, but could've had more depth to them in my opinion. More crunch perhaps, or even a zingier sauce. Beef tenderloin: 7/10 - I mean it was good beef, but nothing special. The steak just kind of tasted like an average cut of beef. The au jus was good, though, along with the mashed potatoes. Chocolate cherry cake : 4/10 - They offered this to us for free for our anniversary, but I didn't love it. The chocolate flavor was super mild, and the cherry was kind of sickeningly artificial. Not for me. See what I mean now, by inconsistent?
