My Fridays night was amazing due to my visit here. Amazing customer service , not only did they do a great job but they had a smile on their faces at all times. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING. We had a pleasure of meeting the chef, he did offer us an outstanding short rib dish. The rib was so tender. Drinks were great. The tuna tarter melted in your mouth. Attended my cousins birthday dinner at Atrium and have to say it is now my favorite restaurant in Glendale. Great service from beginning to end. I would rate the food 20 out of 10. I give the ambiance a 20 out of 10. Beautifully done. Loved the love music/ piano playing, bright and beautiful, well lit, romantic, fresh vibes. Since this is a fairly new establishment I gave it a couple tries before reviewing on here. The first time the food was much better, however we ordered appetizers only. The service was inconsistent as the first time the waitress kept on interrupting us and was not reading cues correctly as we were enjoying ourselves having a conversation and enjoying appetizers. She kept asking us if we are okay constantly and asking if we want to order more after we had said we were good. Understandable. She seemed new and eager and anxious. The second time around we did the full drinks, appetizers and main course. It took them 15-20 minutes to even offer us water or come by our table to check in. If I hadn't been here before, we would have walked out. The hostess was actually very helpful and was the only one checking in if we had been here before and welcomed us when we were waiting. Finally, someone came to take our order. We ordered the atrium bliss and the basil bliss which were both amazing. The presentation, details and taste were all great! Loved the attention to detail. We enjoyed the appetizers. We had ordered water but never got the water... we had to ask twice. Finally after our appetizers came, they brought us our water. We ordered the oyster mushroom skewers which were phenomenal ! The Spanish octopus was also delicious. We were disappointed with the lamb and the branzino. The lamb was seasoned oddly, somewhat sweet and had an odd char flavor like over a gasoline grill, not good. The food temperature was off/uneven almost as if they used frozen lamb chops. The branzino was okay. It was not seasoned well and underwhelming as it was a very small piece with not much on there. I'm offering this as constructive feedback because I really want this place to succeed! We need these types of establishments in Glendale! I hope with time they get their support staff trained well and tighten up some loose ends with their main course items. I want to be back soon and edit my review to reflect a 5 star experience this place deserves to have! There's so much potential! read more

Honestly I had the worst experience here. It was so expensive but the service was awful. They made us wait a long time even though we had reservations and when we ordered alcohol, we had to wait an hour until they brought it out. When we had booked our reservations, they had taken a $300+ deposit but when they brought out our check, they were charging an additional $300+. In addition to that, they charged gratuity which is normal, but an additional tax in addition to the gratuity. My overall check was over $1400 and I don't mind paying that but the service needs to match the cost of the meals. read more

Loved the interior which was modern, clean, bright and inviting. The music wasn't too loud so we were able to have good conversations, which is appreciated. Our server was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We all started with cocktails and wine and they were expertly prepared. They have signature cocktails and standard ones. The appetizers were incredible standouts. The Spanish octopus was amazing, full of flavor, tender, and prepared perfectly. We all raved about it. We also shared the the falafel macaroons. Again, so delicious. Such a beautiful presentation applies to everything. Our party had halibut, which was expertly and simply prepared and our friends loved it. Husband had the lamb chops which he said melted in his mouth. The Caldonian prawns had a kick that was just right. For desert, we all sampled the ashta, which was something we've never had. Beautiful, floral and tasty. The experience was better than we anticipated. This is probably the nicest upscale restaurant in Glendale, and I've been her 30 years. It was an A+ experience. Since there were only a few other tables of diners while we there, it appears not enough folks know about this place. The ambience and live music was great. After that everything was pretty mid. We spent $125/person, which came out to $300 total after tax and 3% charge. Both of the salads were bad; 1 had no dressing and a bitter aftertaste, the other was beets with cream cheese which was shaped like a heart which was cute, but did not taste good. The tuna tartare had basically no flavor or seasoning and the taro chips were stale. The shrimp was good and well seasoned. The steak was average but well cooked, and the short rib pasta was tasty but a very tiny portion. Besides that we had a small glass of champagne included. Overall, felt like our money did not go very far but we enjoyed the ambience. The worst experience ever. I made my reservation through Resy and got a confirmation. Few days later they called me that they have Greek night and it's set menus and asked for confirmation which I did. Then they call me at 9:45 pm the next day to ask for confirmation again. The night before our reservation the owner calls me that I need to pay 50% of bill for all 5 of us. When questioned her she rudely said she is cancelling my reservation and hung up. Customer service for this place is zero. We came in with really high hopes because the place is beautiful. My friend ordered no meat in her breakfast wrap because she's vegetarian and I ordered an omelet and requested potatoes on the side. My friend received her wrap with bacon in it and when she told the hostess she does not eat meat, her response was "It's just bacon." What!?! Of course she continued to ask for a new wrap and the hostess eventually accommodated. On top of that, half way through my meal I realized I did not receive my potatoes. When I asked the hostess for them she told me they do not serve breakfast potatoes. This came as a shock to me when we received our bill and it included a charge for breakfast potatoes. The absolute worst part of the entire experience was that in a pretty much empty restaurant, not once was our water cups refilled. Do better. read more

I went with the parents for a Xmas dinner on 12/23/23. The owner stopped by and let us know that the place was only open for 3 months. Our reservations were for 6:45 and the place was fairly empty and we were wondering if we made a bad choice; however, the placed filled up quickly. We started off with the beet salad. The presentation was startling as beets were layered with a mild goat cheese. It tasted wonderful! Two of us got the lamb chops and 2 got the Branzino. The Branzino had a wonderful grilled flavor and the lamb chops were tender and flavorful. Finished with the baklavas sundae and the Custard which was more like a firm cheesecake to me. I hope this place stays busy as we have been looking for a fine dining place in the Glendale/Silverlake area for a long time.
