While the driver who showed up was great and ended up jumping my car with no problem, the company charged me $157(!) for a jump! At first they wanted to charge me $180, but the driver said to call dispatch to tell them I didn't need a tow, just a jump. (Even the driver thought the charges were crazy). The dispatcher told me that because the driver had to 'do electrical work on my car' and 'manually restart my key fob' that constituted as mechanical work and they had to charge me for it. The work in question? The driver inserted my key fob into the ignition. That's it. And for that I had to pay $157.

A neighbor recommended Reyes' Tire Shop and I was so happy with their services. Just make sure you know to turn to get into their alley. There's a sign to warn you, but some people seemed confused. It's very easy to access and the location is in a great spot. I pulled right in their lot on a Wednesday morning and I was in and out within 20 minutes. When it came to the repair, the repairman immediately saw two nails in the car. He went back to repair it and was gone for about 5 minutes. He came back and showed me where there was a continued bubble, showing me why it was taking longer than he wanted. He took it back and also found a shard of metal in it. The fact that he came back and showed me meant a lot as a female getting car repair work. The price was BEYOND fair for the quality and work done on my tire. I was warned they are a cash only operation, but other reviews mention accepting Zelle. Hopefully I won't be a returning customer, but if I am, I know I won't be disappointed.

Last night, coming off the highway, we hit a huge pothole that destroyed our front tire. After limping home on a donut, we called Reyes' the next morning looking for a replacement. The man who answered the phone was super friendly and while they didn't have the exact model we lost, he said they had a lightly used one of a different brand. We parked in their lot around back and were surprised they came out and got to work right away. The tired was replaced and rotated to the rear in no time, and the price was incredible. They are cash only, but do take Zelle, which is super convenient. We will definitely be back for all our tire needs and highly recommend this shop to anyone.
