He then convinced me to pay $350 to spray the entire house. He explains that there is no warranty for his work and told me to expect green algae to come back as soon as 3 months. Finally, Henry came to my house and changed his rate to $550 because he says I need to clean the outside of my gutters (gutters weren't blocked). I was surprised this wasn't included and I asked him to leave the the gutters alone and just clean the house for the price he originally quoted me. He said wouldn't warranty the work. I then asked if I would get a warranty if I paid the new price he was asking ($550). He said no and began to get irritable. I had to ask Henry to leave.
