It's unfortunate that this situation has happened. And as much as I do not like this, I will answer the allegations of this review from Mr. Milczek.
-In the mention of harassment, it is not my nature to harass anyone. I feel too blessed to do so.
-Roof Cleaning- Yes, Mr. Milczek called about green algae on his roof. I was clear with him and told him that roof green algae was most likely a humidity issue and indeed would come back very soon. So, I never gave a price for that (we never give final prices over the phone. However, on my website it does say that roof cleaning prices start at $350). During our conversation, he also confirmed that he once cleaned the roof with bleach and the stains came back. So we began talking about a soiled wall on the house. I explained that the minimum to clean one wall is $150, but sometimes it is best to clean the entire house. Based upon what he told me his square footage to be, I said it should be around $350 but I needed to see the house to determine final price. At this point, I still had not been to Mr. Milczek's property. This was all text and phone conversation.
-Nothing was said in efforts to convince him of anything. I only answered his questions about his home and what services I could render to resolve his issues.
-Any reference made for green algae coming back, was for the roof and not for his house.
-Finally, as Mr. Milczek stated, I made it out to his property and confirmed that indeed it was humidity that produced the green algae, plus a lot of surrounding
trees.
-In addition to this, I explained how his gutter guards were dirty and needed to be cleaned and removed of debris as the rainwater was not going inside the gutters and adding to the buildup on the walls of the house. Consequently, I recommended that he also clean the gutter guards since they were a part of the face of the house and that would add longevity to the job.
-The raise in price was for the extra work, I did raise the price after seeing the gutter guards and overall condition of the property.
-My only warranty is that the job will be done right and the house going to look great!
-I never got irritated and he never asked me to leave. We have never met face to face. All communications with Mr. Milczek was via phone. He doesn't even
have my business card.
CLOSING: I offer my apologies to everybody that does not like my work, and apologize for any miscommunications but this was neither. I really do not understand this interaction between myself and Mr. Milczek but hopefully this brings a little peace and clarity. God Bless Him and Bless You ALL...Matt 7:12
