To save him the trouble, I emailed pictures of all four sides of our house, and he responded with a great price. He was able to put us on his schedule for the following week. Tyrone just finished our driveway/walkways and I had no idea they could look this white and clean! Sadly pictures do not do his work justice, our neighbors tree casts a large shadow on our images, but the difference is staggering in person. There were water stains on our 15 year old driveway that I thought were something I'd just have to embrace with an older home. However, Tyrone made our driveway and walkways look like new...maybe better since I don't remember them ever being this white. Truly a hard and thoughtful worker, I highly recommend him! He kept us informed all along the process, telling us exactly when he was going to arrive and being punctual (something I never experienced on a job we didn't need to be home for, but greatly appreciated). Rafael and his team have good work ethic. They did an excellent job in fixing all the siding, trim, and wood issue of our house's exterior, that were found in the preparation stage of the painting process. They performed their job professionally and carefully from sealing all the siding gap, priming, taping to painting and cleaning after the project. They're hard working and kind people. Beside the excellent work they did, I appreciate their punctuality and responsiveness in communication and showing up on time, from the very beginning of the free inspection until the project is finished. If you often must look up and contact different contractors/companies to fix things around your house, you know how valuable being on time and good communication is. Rafael is friendly and easily to reach in both text and call, which is very helpful to me since my family communicates better in text than phone call. The team did a good job, and Rafael comes onsite to check on the project often, as well to communicate and promptly answer all of my questions. All the project's detailed is listed and informed well in the email invoice. He also explains the process and keep us well updated throughout the project. More importantly, their price range is competitive and affordable for the high quality they deliver. We even receive a free driveway pressure wash due to the promotion of the exterior project. I highly recommend Rafael and his team!
