There is a lot to juggle with the insurance company on the hail damaged roof and replacing it with a new roof but Isaac always communicated updates and plans with me and finally got the new roof approval. They were usually 2-4 hours late in arrival time. The water heaters were plumbed incorrectly- he used the wrong couplings, tubing and also installed improperly. He turned the pressure up to 160 (60 is the max per professionals). The valve had to be replaced and we paid $1,000 to a master plumber to re - plumb correctly and replace the valve. The ceiling fan was wired backward. They would not return my calls or text when I asked them to come fix it. Very poor quality and customer service.

Arodi was very professional and made the whole roofing and insurance process STRESS FREE! This is a local, family owned business! He gave me an honest and fair quote. He never tried to change the quote or increase it after my insurance company sent over their approval and numbers! He stuck to his original quote! This is how great this company is, they (Arodi) bought black spray paint and he painted my chimmy cap with a second coat so it looks as nice as the roof and gutters and leaf guards! He also asked the roofing team to paint the pipes and chimney cap on roof, which they did, but they ran out of paint and Arodi said the chimney cap needs a second quote! Amazing customer service! The install team was right on time and did an amazing job. I really luv that they had women on the install team! They used a drone throughout the install process and I could checkout the link to see the whole process and to give me peace of mind that NO shortcuts were taken! Their work was efficient and they met all required compliance upgrades as requested by my insurance company! Clean up was phenomenal as I only found 5 nails around my yard in past two months! They used tarps and a long metal magnetic nail finder! The crew picked up all their trash and they were just very pleasant and kind individuals that take pride in their work! My experience with their gutter and leaf guard install team was just as exceptional! They were on time, efficient and very professional! They also sent me several drone pictures! Amazing job and I couldn't be happier! After months of research, I decided on the CertainTeed shingles in Moir Black due to the thickness, the warranties and outstanding reviews! I then added the black gutters and black leaf guards!!! My house is the best on the block thanks to StessFree Roofing. lol. (Will add some pics)

I needed some work done on my office building's metal roof, so I got several estimates for both repair and a replacement roof. I was shocked at the prices that were being quoted to me, and was about to resort to one specific company to do the job; however, I had to text them several times and ask them to schedule me in, and never received any response. Their attitude was "we are busy without your business"! Luckily, I came across Nailed It Roofing and Restoration on Google; Kevin returned my call right away and came out the next morning to check out the roof. I thought for sure, he will suggest replacing the whole roof just like the other companies. To my pleasant surprise, Kevin recommended that I do some repairs which may hold for a few years and then replace the roof if it is absolutely necessary. My cost for the repair????? It was $275.00 instead of tens and thousands of dollars; how can you beat that? Kevin even came out on a Saturday to do the work so not to interrupt our business; who does that anymore? He is genuinely interested in providing the best value and honest service; he is not just trying to "make a buck" which I appreciate so much as a small business owner myself. I have been recommending him to all of my friends and colleagues, and I strongly suggest you give Kevin a call if you are in need of any roofing, deck or paint jobs around your house or for your commercial buildings.

This has been a nightmare from start to finish. Communication dropped off after the contract was…read moresigned, work was poorly coordinated, and follow-up requests were ignored. After installation, we had problems we never had before: roof leaks, ceiling damage, and animals entering the attic. We also had roofing nails left around our property that caused flat tires. Every time we reported an issue, we were given a different explanation...a nail, then the chimney cap, then chimney caulking. We have video of their "water test" where water was sprayed directly into the chimney cap vents, which is not a realistic test of rainfall. An independent chimney inspection later found no issues. We also have documentation from pest control showing missing drip edge that may explain how animals gained access. This company did not properly stand behind their work or provide a consistent, honest assessment of the problems after installation. I would strongly caution homeowners to look elsewhere.
