After installation, we had problems we never had before: roof leaks, ceiling damage, and animals entering the attic. We also had roofing nails left around our property that caused flat tires. Every time we reported an issue, we were given a different explanation...a nail, then the chimney cap, then chimney caulking. We have video of their "water test" where water was sprayed directly into the chimney cap vents, which is not a realistic test of rainfall. An independent chimney inspection later found no issues. We also have documentation from pest control showing missing drip edge that may explain how animals gained access. This company did not properly stand behind their work or provide a consistent, honest assessment of the problems after installation. I would strongly caution homeowners to look elsewhere.

Arodi was very professional and made the whole roofing and insurance process STRESS FREE! This is a local, family owned business! He gave me an honest and fair quote. He never tried to change the quote or increase it after my insurance company sent over their approval and numbers! He stuck to his original quote! This is how great this company is, they (Arodi) bought black spray paint and he painted my chimmy cap with a second coat so it looks as nice as the roof and gutters and leaf guards! He also asked the roofing team to paint the pipes and chimney cap on roof, which they did, but they ran out of paint and Arodi said the chimney cap needs a second quote! Amazing customer service! The install team was right on time and did an amazing job. I really luv that they had women on the install team! They used a drone throughout the install process and I could checkout the link to see the whole process and to give me peace of mind that NO shortcuts were taken! Their work was efficient and they met all required compliance upgrades as requested by my insurance company! Clean up was phenomenal as I only found 5 nails around my yard in past two months! They used tarps and a long metal magnetic nail finder! The crew picked up all their trash and they were just very pleasant and kind individuals that take pride in their work! My experience with their gutter and leaf guard install team was just as exceptional! They were on time, efficient and very professional! They also sent me several drone pictures! Amazing job and I couldn't be happier! After months of research, I decided on the CertainTeed shingles in Moir Black due to the thickness, the warranties and outstanding reviews! I then added the black gutters and black leaf guards!!! My house is the best on the block thanks to StessFree Roofing. lol. (Will add some pics)

We ended up getting a beautiful, new roof/gutters and couldn't be happier with the end result. Carlos and Laura are great assets to the Roofserv business. My experience with The Roof Clinic was exceptional. When…read moreEric came to inspect my property, Georgia was in the middle of a Covid lockdown and I was pleased that he followed CDC protocols and the entire process was contactless. After inspecting my roof, Eric gave me a call while still outside to give me a summary. He followed up with a detailed estimate and guidance on working with my insurance company. After filing my claim with my insurance company, I had to wait nearly a month for my mortgage company to release the insurance check (the mortgage company had to endorse the check). During this time, I kept Eric in the loop and he was very understanding. In fact, he even offered financing options while I waited for my insurance check. When I finally received the insurance funds, I called The Roof Clinic to schedule my appointment. My roof installation was scheduled for 8am on 8/21/20. That morning, Eric was sitting in his truck outside my house a little after 7am awaiting delivery of the supplies. The team arrived by 7:30am. The supplies were delivered by 7:45am and by 8am they were actually ripping the existing shingles off my roof. By 8:45am they were done stripping the roof. Around 1pm Eric returned to inspect the work that had been done. By 1:30pm, I had a brand new roof and the crew was gone. I can't say enough good things about my experience with The Roof Clinic. Eric was courteous, informative, and very responsive. The work crew was on time, worked quickly, and delivered an excellent finished product. In addition, the price was more than fair! I highly recommend The Roof Clinic for all your roofing needs. (Note: My roof is the 2nd from the right)
