My neighbors were having a new roof installed by FOREVER Exteriors, and I needed a couple of gutter guards installed, and asked for help. Seth Chippendale and Bob Nowoc very graciously assisted, and also gave me a free roof inspection. Fortunately, my roof was in good shape, with a couple of possible future issues. Seth and Bob recommended that I not perform any work on the roof right now, but perhaps in another 5+ years. i.e., they were generous and helpful, did not try to sell me on work that I did not need, and gave me good advice. That is A+ in my book. As I write this review, I can see the crew installing a roof on my neighbor's house and can hear the rapid taps of nail guns. I have installed roofs myself and hired to have roofs installed. Roofing is hard work that must be performed with attention to detail and in a practiced rhythm. The FOREVER Exteriors crew is very fast, highly organized, and doing professional work. So, Seth and Bob are honest, personable, and hard working. The team appears to be top notch. Forever Exterior deserves 5+ stars all the way! Seth Reaves was honest, professional, and courteous from the first time we spoke until the entire process was completed.  What was amazing to me is our roof replacement was denied by farmers 2 other times with 2 different companies. So for Seth with Forever Exteriors to come in (having worked with farmers who wanted to patch my roof) and was not only able to get my roof replaced but also were able to get me the architectural roof which was beyond my expectations solidified for me that they work hard for their clients.  Forever Exteriors's crew arrived around 7 AM ready to work, covered everything with tarps to protect shrubbery, and catch debris. They were all professional and pleasant, cleaning up everything when they completed the job. We had spoken to several companies regarding our roof replacement prior to speaking with Seth at Forever Exteriors. When he came to our home to discuss the project, he was very knowledgeable, courteous and quite prepared. The one thing he was not was pushy. He didn't try and push a more expensive product at all. He broke down the options and cost and allowed us to decided what made the most sense to us. We were happy with his approach and decided to go the Forever route. They kept in communication with me throughout the process and kept an eye out for bad weather. We had to reschedule twice due to it. Once the weather cleared up, the materials were delivered on time and the crew showed up bright and early the day of work just like I had been promised. The crew was hard at work all day long and was done by the early evening. They also made sure to thoroughly inspect the exterior of the house for any nails or debris and did an amazing job with the cleanup. Best company EVER! professional, reliable, easy to work with. The positive list goes on and on. We had state farm insurance and had 3 major storms come through our neighborhood state farm didn't want to replace the roof even though it was clear when we saw shingles flying every where that it needed to be replaced. Josh and Mark recorded the damage submitted the recording to state farm stuck with us through the entire process, speaking with state farm with us, meeting the inspector from state farm. Finally we got the roof approved. Matk, Josh and team came in less then a week to replace the roof, it was done timely and professionally. I can't say enough positive things about this company!! Todd and the team at FOREVER Exteriors did exceptional work. We had a tree fall on our home a few months ago and they came out the same day. Our insurance company only wanted to pay to replace the damage from the tree, and part of the roof. Todd didn't think that was good enough, so he kept fighting for us.
