Property Medics, Specifically Max, had a lot more knowledge than the 2 other companies. I chose to work with Max and he was first class all the way! He negotiated with the insurance company and got everything needed for a proper repair. I worked with the mitigation team and need to give a big thank you to Jesse who ran the team. What an excellent worker. Lead the team and worked as hard as 2 workers. Last but not least that leads me to the restoration process and Project Manager, Frank, he was fantastic. Frank worked with us on every aspect and made sure everything was done correctly. One final shout out to the Master plumber Migel. Thank you for your knowledge and excellent work, it was a pleasure to work this entire team.

When we first reached out to property medics in 2021 for some water damage that happened, we were…read moreso grateful and happy with the service. They replaced our floors and worked with the insurance to get everything covered and not have everything on our shoulders. We also paid them separately to replace our backsplash. At first we were happy with the floors. In our inexperienced opinions, it looked great. There were a couple of areas where it felt like the floor had some movement, but we trusted in their professionalism and didn't say anything because "maybe that's how it's supposed to be". The backsplash was not the cleanest work, but after having been out of my house for months, I didn't want anymore work to be done on it so I swallowed that pill and left it alone. Fast-forward to 2023, the floor starts peeling. Little bits of the edges of the tiles are peeling. We don't do anything harsh in our house like drag furniture everyday. Life happens and now it's 2024 and the floors have gotten worse and more little sections have started popping up. We contact property medics and they inform us that their work is only guaranteed for a year and that we can have the manufacturer come out and examine the floor. So we go through the back and forth of getting someone out here from both PM and the manufacturer. PM says it's the floors, and the floors say it's PM. per the findings of the manufacturer, the floor was not leveled during installation and that is causing the flooring to chip at the edges which in turn is causing the flooring to peel. The response from Property Medics was "Unfortunately, the warranty period expired in Dec. of 2022.  As we discussed onsite earlier this year the labor warranty is for one year and we would need the material warranty to kick in to be able to address the floors." I understand the warranty only being a year, but if the floors were never leveled, how is that not voiding the warranty? This is just very upsetting that now I'm going to have to pay for work that should have been done correctly to begin with.

One thing I truly appreciated: they're not pushy. They don't try to upsell or recommend unnecessary services - they focus on what's actually required. Value: Their pricing is competitive. I reached out to several air duct cleaning companies, and Bryan's estimate was right in line with the market. Local: This is subjective, but if you're in the Suwanee area, supporting a local business is definitely a plus. Quality: Bryan took the time to explain every step of the service: what he could and couldn't do, how the equipment works, what to expect, and specific considerations for our home. The communication was excellent throughout. At one point, he even showed me a filter full of mold that the previous owners had apparently installed to mask poor air quality from one of the registers - something I would have never discovered on my own. Most importantly: the final result speaks for itself. The air inside our home is noticeably cleaner - you can literally smell the difference. I'm advising to everyone to do this often (once a year, at least). Highly recommended.

He did not try to sell us something we did not need but explained the situation so we could understand. We look for contractors that are knowledgeable and honest and he rocks. We would highly recommend him.

This was a key factor as our recently purchased home has required numerous services and repairs. Cha-Ching! Though I may be frugal, I am still mindful about quality. Good pricing along with good reviews, what did I have to lose? Our technician, Alberto, was professional, very thorough and took his time to do a good job. Admittedly, for the low cleaning/inspection price, I was expecting a laundry list of issues (upselling services); That was not the case at all! A few small issues were pointed out at the end of the inspection. There was zero pressure to get anything done. Alberto simply recommended correcting them at some point. I requested an estimate to repair and Alberto's pricing was very fair. Since he was prepared with all the materials needed in his truck, we were able to get it all done on the spot.
