This place used to be a bar. I came here to try out the spicy chicken sandwich plus some boneless wings. The cashier had to be constantly told how to correctly input my order. Little did I know that the cooks were equally incompetent. When I got home, I saw that they got my order completely wrong. It's best to go to a food establishment that actually gets your order correct.

I had much better expectations, as my boyfriend had mentioned it was good and wanted to grab a quick here . First off.... I could have got 3 dishes at my favorite Thai place with 2 days leftovers for the price of this. The prices are steep, especially for the quality. Now down to the taste test..... Many of the wings were dry. The meat was crunchy and lacked the moisture it needed. The beans and bacon were good but the fries... noooo. They were hard and crunchy. Very much overcooked.. is there even potato in there? I won't be ordering from here again.

ATL wings is a favorite place when we're craving wings. The service here was friendly and the place was clean. We ordered traditional ATL style wings which is our favorite, beans and bacon and an order of the deep fried biscuits. As always the wings were crispy and delicious! It was our first time trying the beans and bacon and man o man they did not disappoint. Lots of bacon and the beans had a sweet zing. They were perfect. The deep fried biscuits with everything was a must as well. They're like a cross between a fresh donut or sopapilla. They were fabulous. I know there is a new ATL opening closer to our home on 83rd and Thunderbird so I'm sure we will be visiting that location once open but we will be back!!

I ordered and combo number 2 and when I got my food it was just a 6 piece no fries. Dawnette charged my wings and drink separate and had an attitude when I asked where my fries were and didn't offer to correct the issue. She had a major attitude as well. Won't be spending my money here for sure.

I'm so done with this place. Service has gone downhill over the last couple years and tonight was the last straw. Preordered and prepaid using their website for my husband to arrive to which he sat for 30 min past when we received a text that our order was ready - for them to tell him that someone else came and got our order. The store didn't work to get us another order just wondered why he'd still been sitting there. Previous order I paid for all flats and did not get all flats, did not receive any of the ranch.

Now, I wasn't a wing fan; I find them messy but recently I have acquired an addiction to stuffing my face with food after I go on a walk. There are few restaurants I want to eat at and this is one I don't mind. The friendly cast of characters are always encouraging me to eat. I thought it was ATL meaning Atlanta wings but I was wrong. It's called all the Luv. And if they put that in the wings or who knows, but the name is a name. It's fast and good. I personally love hip hop and they listen to modern hip hop in the front. While during these days of malaise and disappointment in the world of vivid, at least these people create an environment worth eating at. So cheers with some kool aid on tap. They also have beer. ATL style fries means it's gonna be spicy. Keep that in mind, if you are like me, you'll be fine. There are good wings and there are bad wings; here at ATL wings they are good. Also there's a hard worker nicknamed "New York" his joyful spirit makes feel like I'm visiting a friend at work, actually, I will say that. He is one of the reason I come in here to eat. If he were to say, win a television for being a hard worker, I would say he earned it! There are tons of flavors Of wings. And so far I have almost tried them all. Even though I might not be unable to eat everything here, I have tried a lot. There are a ton pretty women who work hard there too; if that encourages you to get wings there. But maybe gawking at women is not how you judge their wings. But hey we all judge food places different. I like the food here.

2 stars because the wings are actually really good. The place is ran like a freakin circus though. My goodness I don't think I've ever seen such disarray as what was going on in there. It took 46 minutes to get my order. I placed it online at 6:53 and it was promised by 7:10 but it wasn't given to me until 7:56. They don't answer the phone and the massage says for fast service place your order online so I did. I selected ranch and an extra side of hot, didn't get either. They also don't give celery with the wings which I am not knocking them for as that's their thing but over an hour for 12 wings and no ranch or hot that I paid extra for. The guy at the counter seemed extremely overwhelmed but there was only 1 table that had already had their food and 3 guys in front of me placing their order. Sure enough they got their order while I continued to wait patiently for mine. When the counter associate asked my name, I told him and he said "2 minutes"....I waited over 20 only to find out they were sitting on the order table ready to go for that whole time. What a sh** show of a place. It was also the greasiest containers I have ever felt in my life. I had to wipe the piles of grease off before setting them on the table. I got dry rub and there was still a puddle in the container (shown in pic). So, wing quality and taste, good. Service and ability to fulfill an order correctly, fail. I will give ATL another shot but I will never go back to this outrageously disorganized location ever again.

I ordered two orders of 10 pc wings for me and my husband we sat down ate then decided to get a chicken sandwich before we left my husband went up order the sandwich the cashier asked if he wanted tomato and lettuce he said yes and I come home to open my sandwich and find this no bread no tomatoes and not even the sandwich I asked for . I'm more than upset we come in to spend hard earned money for this it's ridiculous how unprofessional and ignorant someone must be to make and give this to customers that were so sweet and polite to you . I don't recommend this place at all food was 6/10

So my littlest baby has been dying to try this place out... I personally was in no hurry cuz as we all know I don't eat the meats and from the name alone I knew there wouldn't be too many options for me. But luckily for little baby my mom was in town and is all about the meats!! So when prompted with "you hungry?" little baby jumped at the chance to try something new! The esthetic was basic but still had a theme which was cool it seems effortless in a way. There were Kool-Aid fountains and big screen TV's it was cute. The owner offed a sample which was nice, when little baby bit into it i could hear the snap of the skin so I knew we (they...the meat eaters) had stumbled on to something delicious. They ordered barbeque and lemon pepper to go, after the samples my mom ordered me fries with sauce on the side so I could dip it as suggested by the owner. The wings were really good hot, crispy and well seasoned! Once I got home with our togo order there were a few issues that could have just been over sight.. the 2 orders of wings were in the same container...with foil separating them...I didn't like that because sometimes I order food and then the girls go to different locations like I drop on off at practice and the other home...so this foil method would NOT have worked but this time we were going home so I had something else to put the other order in. there was only one ranch even though my mom asked for extra and lastly there was no sauce for my fries...so that was a bummer I just gave them to the girls cuz only got them to dip in the sauce which was really good. I happens sometimes and I'm sure had we went back they would have corrected it...

The wings are amazing! Was able to try multiple flavors before ordering and wasn't disappointed with the three flavors we picked out. A female staff member was working and she obviously takes great pride in the joint. She was cleaning and serving and on top of everything. I will definitely return and recommend this place to others.

These were absolutely disgusting. I recently went here and got MILD wings and to find out they were extremely spicy and unbelievably uncomfortable to eat. Also, woke up the next morning to find out me and my boyfriend BOTH have food poisoning. I'm never the type to go and write a review but oh my gosh am i disappointed. I don't recommend this place at all. -0/10. read more

This is by far my favorite place to order wings. Their choice of sauces make it like I'm coming to a new restaurant every time I order there I don't know the name of the young lady that works on the weekends at the front counter but she's friendly and makes it a pleasure to eat here I'll be coming back at least every week. read more

Delicious Wings!! My go to are traditional wings: half garlic Parmesan half Medium Sauce. They're always crunchy, hot and meaty. Can't go wrong with any of their sauces. I didn't give 5 stars because they don't have napkins at tables, you have to get them it if a dispenser in the wall like you need to dry your hands. Will definitely go again but not anytime soon since it gets expensive. Their fries are okay. read more

I've been to this location specifically 3 times now and I plan to keep coming back. I never eat at the restaurant but rather order online & take it home. These are by far my favorite wings right now. Cajun hot is my fave. Lemon pepper and Medium are also really good. (IMO Cajun hot is the best flavor and the sole reason why I'll keep coming back) it's so good! Since I only ever do carry out I don't really get the chance to interact with the employees as much as someone that would dine in so based on other reviews that seems to be an issue. But so far I haven't had any problems with the little amount of interaction I've had. Other than that I do recommend the traditional wings overall! read more

Good place to get some wings. They have tons of sauces and dry rubs so don't just settle for one try them all. You won't be disappointed, unless you don't like having to many options then well you are missing out. The workers are friendly and helpful. I placed a Togo order and they had it ready for me by the time I arrived. Atmosphere is clean and friendly. Highly recommend. read more

Went in a few times before leaving a review as they're so new. Spoke with the owner who came up and asked how long our food took and how it was. It was delicious! He told us he had plans to add more tables and chairs and the smoke problem is being worked on. (Issues that came with the building) As with any new place, there's a few kinks. I will continue to return....give it a chance, it's new. The first time was a long wait, second and third were very quick and they were BUSY. I'm hoping they stick around awhile and appreciate the owner asking our views! **Ps- as with most wings, if you order to go, you're gonna lose some of the crispiness. If you go in and eat, the food is good. Don't get it to go. My wings were still good and that's why I'm giving them a 3 star review. But I ordered the cheese fries to go and this is what they look like. Fries are soggy and there is almost no cheese. And no, the cheese is not in the middle or on the bottom. Pathetic read more

Newly opened on the corner of 35th and Thunderbird! Owner was very nice and made sure to check how things were. Started that they were going to be getting new chairs.. Excellent staff, excellent food.. quick service... Stop by and give it a try I'm sure you'll like it and will be back! Many flavors of wings, cooked with all the love!!! And FRYS!!!!! Again... Stop by give it a try you'll love it and you'll be back! Note: I also went there the night that there was smoke There was a malfunction with the hood over the stoves which they were fixing It was a brand new opened place and they got right into fixing it so don't let the other reviews weigh you because there was smoke in the room.. give them a chance I think you'll like it I know I do! read more

We just moved to Phoenix from Northern California, however, I was born & raised in Atlanta, GA. I am ALWAYS on the hunt for good wings, so when I was told to try "ATL Wings" from a friend (who's also from Atlanta), I didn't hesitate! This location was clean & tidy (so were the bathrooms) and their staff was friendly and inviting. DESTINY was the team member who took our order and checked on us throughout the time we dined in. She was extremely helpful, charming & knowledgeable of the menu items. Our order was prepared exactly how we requested, and the sauces were delicious! Being a self-proclaimed hot wing connoisseur, I am confident in saying I KNOW GOOD WINGS!! I am happy they have multiple locations for my wing-eating convenience, nor will I have to look any further for a go-to wing spot. At the end of our visit, we met the manager, ROGER. He was friendly and represented the "ATL Wings" brand with pride. Finding out that this chain was Black owned was the icing on the cake for us. We will absolutely be back to keep supporting this business!! read more

We absolutely loved the wings - juicy with a nice crispy skin. They have a number of fantastic sauces to choise from - we opted for four - hot, garlic hot, atl style & garlic parm - all were awesome. Garlic hot was our favorite - bold flavor with nice heat that builds as u eat more. This place is moving up our wing list very fast.. read more

Came in tonight with my son. He got the wings combo (medium) and I got 10 honey habenero. Wings were a good size and sauce was just what I was looking for, sweet and spicy. We also ordered the fried biscuits. A little dense but delicious. Will definitely be back to try some of the other sauces. read more

HORRIBLE! I've been going to ATL wings since they started, this location has HORRIBLE customer service, from the person handing out your food, eating candy as they take your order and giving me attitude. Literally gave me and my 5 family members food poisoning. My elderly mother is in the hospital after poorly cooked food. We ordered 35$ worth of food and ate 3 wing's total. The staff here was so terrible, home girl at the front was leaning over the food with her braids down to her butt, scrolling on Facebook. The whole place was smoky like they burned something, flies everywhere. The fries were burnt to a crisp. My drums were cold. Worst food I've ever had. Will never return. read more

Was excited to try ATL wings after a few years of not going. Placed an order on the website, pretty excited? Order doesn't go through. Nothing new, technology isn't perfect. I really like atl. Other than online orders are never ready the time they say it would be ready. I ordered 6 wings and I paid for drums only and i got both. I also ordered a 8oz of buffalo sauce but i got a 1oz container like the one you get a side or of ranch. I didn't want to drive back so I sent my feedback to their contact in their website hoping I would be able to get a refund and I got nothing. I think I'm gonna skip atl for a while. Two workers didn't have a mask on and one of them was preparing food so no thanks. Crazy mikes is pretty good. read more

My husband and I frequent here. We typically order ahead online and pick up. It gives you a time it is ready and it has never been accurate. We usually show up about 10 minutes after the time given and they still aren't ready. The wings are good and at a fair price which is why we continue to order from them. read more

Decided to give this place a try my first time in ordered boneless wings and ordered bone-in wings boneless wings were disappointing definitely not freshly breaded frozen nuggets which is to be expected in most places unfortunately my bone and wings were really good until I got to my third one and there was a hair wrapped around it not on it wrapped around it absolutely disgusted Lost my appetite through the rest of my food away what a waste .but when I walked up to the counter and saw how much hair was hanging out of half of the staff I'm sure everybody's getting hair in their food read more

Wings are good though I was highly disappointed in their policy on ranch dressing. I placed a order to go with a nice young girl. It was like almost $14 for a dozen atl style wings with a side of buffalo sauce. I asked for ranch it came with one ranch not knowing that when I ordered. I sat right at the table next to where people pick up their orders and watched two other customers come back and ask for extra ranch and the big guy behind the counter gave them to them. When my order came up I looked in the bag and my sauce and one ranch was in there I asked for a extra ranch and he said that's extra I gave him $1 and he gave me .19 cents back. I guess you just have to be a regular at this place or friends with the people that work there to get two ranches one a meal you were sharing with someone else. I prob won't go back here cause of that. There is another wing place up the road that gives better service and doesn't nickel and dime you. read more

An appointment ran late and by mid afternoon we wanted something light to tide us over until…read moredinner. We spotted this delightful little cafe where we were welcomed warmly and our waitress explained how things worked. I placed our orders at the counter, found my favorite (not so common) energy drink and enjoyed the clean and pleasant surroundings while we waited. The Carne Asada fries were perfect! They tasted great (covered in meat, salsa, avocado, etc.) and it was something sharable to tide us over another few hours. I can easily see myself going back when in the area again.

The interior is pretty long with a large number of seating inside the building so we had no trouble getting seated right away by the hostess. We decided on food relatively quickly due to previous experience with the business, however, our waiter never came around to take our orders or even give us water at the table. We saw one girl with dyed hair who unassumingly could have been our waiter since she was in our section but only worked with one particular table and ran to the back after each time, but never addressed our table or came by. We eventually had to flag a different waiter down who was able to help us place the order and service us for the rest of our visit, she also informed us that this other "Waiter" was supposed to help us but she wasn't sure why she never made an attempt to do so after having us wait 20 mins and other tables were being serviced. We ordered Flordian French Toast and Elote Breakfast Burrito (plus a couple sides and drink) which were both really good, and filling. Prices weren't too bad for what we ordered and was able to take our mind off of the rather long wait to get helped. Not sure if we'll come back to this particular location again, but it was nice trying the restaurant out another time.

How are they going to charge your card differently than what the screen tells you you're going to pay when you're going through the drive-thru?! Everything about this visit was scammy. How convenient that they did not give me a receipt in my bag after going through the drive-thru! Thieves!
