I found a pair of New Balance tennis shoes for 30% off and I found a pair of dress shoes for 40% off. The value you get for your shoes is magnificent! The service is good from the staff. They are willing to help you find a particular brand of shoes in your size if it is not out on the display floor. They do go the extra mile for you if you need something. PayPal is of course the most prominent payment option on the Dicks app. Furthermore the store manager informed me that I should never use payment methods like PayPal or Apple Pay on the Dicks app. This didn't sound right to me so I left the store and started an online return, returning the goods by mail. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience.
