He had me stand on the foot analysis machine and watched me walk back and forth across the store. From there, he gave me a thorough analysis of my foot based on the machine data and his observations. He explained which shoes would be the best for my needs and pulled four options to try: Asics, Brooks, On Clouds, and New Balance. For each shoe, he explained the core benefits and differences between each so I knew what to pay attention to as I walked around the store. He was supremely helpful and knowledgeable. He also didn't pressure me into getting additional products like insoles, as some stores do. He was honest and said based on my needs, that wouldn't be necessary. Highly recommend Fleet Feet!

Looking up purchase on credit card was not offered. No exchange was offered. The item still had tags on it. Clerk did not treat us with much respect. His closing statement was, "Bring your receipt next time." WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED and not at all what was expected of The Shop. We have shopped there for quite some time!

It was a fun surprise to open the box and see what colors we were sent. My husband's is light green and mine is an army green (what I would've chosen anyways). We're reppin' them constantly during quarantine and they're super comfy. While in quarantine, you can order from their website and find items ranging from different college, local sports team, and local events themed memorabilia in the form of shirts, hats, glasses, etc. You can find something for any person in your life and I love the move to promote so much local. When not in quarantine, you can also head into their shop in Clay Terrace in Carmel or Broad Ripple. I've been to this Carmel location around the holidays and loved the vibe in there.

I was impressed with the quality of the clothes. The colors of the fabrics are soothing and lovely. The store is laid out well and neatly organized. I don't usually spend much on fancy workout clothes to be honest and the prices are pretty high. I did find a long sleeve tee that I couldn't live without. The clerks are friendly and offered assistance. They were happy to do a short hold in merchandise. Parking is challenging to annoying at Clay Terrace. We parked way out and it was freezing outside.

The clerk who was nice , Catherine , did apologize. The manager , Lauren , came to the checkout. She never nice apologized to me for the 35 minute inconvenience which made me late to another appt. I wanted to order a jacket in a 4 and Lauren would not match the online price to the price Lulu had in the store. I did not appreciate how she responded to the error the first check out girl did. And she did not offer to do anything to make a bad situation better. Very poor customer service in my opinion by Lauren who needs more training and emotional intelligence. The lululemon at Clay Terrace is nothing to praise. I rarely visit this store as the management does not care about employees at all. They are almost rude and don't have a high level of customer service at all. The Keystone one is way better. No wonder Lulu is losing so many customers to Alo and Vuori and Athleta as the customer service is better. This one at Clay Terrace is not ideal. I'd go to Keystone.

I come here for the sales yet often end up back online due to the extremely disorganized presentation of discounted items, lacking consistent pricing, and confusing markdowns making me always uncertain what the price actually is. I've switched to purchasing almost all my clothes and shoes online because of how quickly I waste time in stores but wish it was easier to see the best prices in one store to save time and know what the stuff really looks like.
