I went here to get my windows tinted and had an interesting experience. I'll start by saying I…read morecalled one afternoon and they were able to get me in just a day or two after, on the date and time I requested, so the was a plus. I'm not sure who I spoke to on the phone, but overall, he was pleasant. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by Chad, who was very friendly and personable during the entire ordeal. Ultimately, after getting my windows tinted I realized they forgot to reattach a cord that locks my doors. It was just hanging out on the passenger side. I didn't realize this until that night and left a message as soon as I noticed the cord and the fact that my auto lock mechanism wasn't working. Chad called me first thing the next morning and said I could come in and they'd fix it. After a short time, I was told it was fixed and Chad even walked out with me and waited while I checked everything. At this point we both thought it was fine. However, when I turned on my car to leave their lot, I realized the automatic lock still was not working. They had to come out, take my door off and fix it while I sat in the car, which took longer than I was expecting. All that said, I have to give a low rating for attention to detail and my overall experience from a task stand point, but all people involved were apologetic and helpful and I appreciate that. As for my tinting, it looks great and I'm happy with it.

Shortly after my appointment they called and said they fixed the remote start but the camera would need replaced. If I wanted to go that route. They ordered the camera for me. A couple of days later they replaced the camera. At no time did they try and up-sale me anything. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and seemed like they cared about my business. I dealt with Chad, but the whole crew seemed top notch. I highly recommend Auto Outfitters!
