Marcos is an artist and does outstanding work. I commissioned him to custom frame five large (3' x 5') panels to display 140 priceless space mission patches. Marcos went above and beyond with recessed matting for each individual patch, combined with elegant frames and museum quality glass. When a couple of the patches slipped from their matte, Marcos took all five frames back to his shop and added additional support to all 140 patches. I have every confidence this will become an heirloom for my family for generations to come. As others have said, Marcos may not be the fastest, but if you are looking for the highest quality framing at a reasonable price with outstanding service, I highly recommend Athena Custom Framing. read more

I work down the street from Athena Custom Framing and I have been meaning to get my diploma framed for the last 6 years. I have heard nothing but great things and did a little research myself on the shop and gave it a try. I definitely will be returning!! Marcos was so helpful and accommodating! I even had him add something at the last minute and he made it perfect without hesitation. Not to mention I had the framed diploma back to me in less than a week's time and it was very high quality. I will continue to work with Marcos and be a regular customer of Athena Custom Framing! read more

The Reizakis family are terrific! My wife and I brought in an old painting and an antique map to get restretched and framed, respectively. They really knew their stuff. Marcos listened to our desires and budget and put together a deal for frames that met our budget and looked beautiful. The work was timely and top notch. On top of that, when we picked up our items, Mr. Reizakis actually upgraded for free our map to a frame we had loved but thought we couldn't afford! Wonderful service, great work, family owned. Five stars! read more

Our goal was to find a local framing shop and we prefer to support small businesses. After exploring several options, I stopped by Athena to get a quote for print framing. Marcos has the eye of an artist for matching the right frame to draw out the colors and then delivers the work of a skilled craftsman in the finished product. The price was lower than big-box competitors and the print was completed on time. I'll be returning with more work soon. Thanks, Marcos! read more

I found Athena Framing here on yelp and after not finding what I was looking for at Michael's decided to give them a try. So, I recently brought a print and a stretched canvas in to be framed. Both came out really well, but the print is amazing. These guys really spent the time to help me find the mats that would work best. And, the result is gorgeous, better than I imagined going into this. The colors are perfect. Thanks! read more

I have brought Marco many unique projects over the years and he has hit it out of the park every time. Many of my pieces require a custom design and take time and effort to render and build. He his thoughtful in his approach which leads to the finished product being better than I imagined. Athena Framing is the only place I go. Their quality of work, customer service, attention to detail and value are the very best. read more

You can't beat the pricing. Athena's is SO reasonable. I've lived all over the country and framed art all over the country and this is by far the best priced shop I've ever worked with. Marco wants to make sure that the customer is happy and is totally willing to tweak things until the product was was exact what I wanted. Quick turn around time and an overall a very pleasant experience. read more

Marcos is an absolute professional, especially when it comes to attention to detail and customer service. As far as pricing and quality, a hundred times better than Michael's. I can't recommend this place enough. Definitely 5 stars all the way. Thank you for the great customer service! It's so encouraging to know that places like this still exist. read more

I bought my husband two pictures for our anniversary, at the last moment, and went into Athena Custom Framing Inc. and worked with Marcos, both of them. They worked miracles and framed two pieces of work overnight. The frames are wonderful and my husband loved them. I would highly recommend this shop. Thank you so much for your help with this. read more

Used this family run business to frame my professional licenses and corporate hangings. I gave them little guidance and full artistic license to mix em up. The result was a high quality product and tasty but appropriate artistic presentation with lightning fast turnaround. I send all my colleagues and friends here and I'll keep coming back. read more

I realize I was little harsh with my previous review. Even though that was my experience there, the quality of the work was pretty good. Beside the terrible customer service and pricing which you can read about in my previous review that i am now updating, the framing came out nicely. I have had better but it was still nicely done. read more

I am thrilled to talk about Athena's Custom Framing. They took five simple prints, ink sketches, and paintings that I have had, some for years and some for just a few months and created absolute beauty with each and every one of them. What an amazing team. And at an affordable price. Highly recommended!!! read more

I recently had 2 paintings from Barcelona framed at Athena. Great service. Wide selection. Amazing work. They were very patient with me in the selection process. I think I spent 2 hours at their shop and looked at 20 + frames. Worth the time and money spent. read more

almost every piece of art in my house is framed by Athena. I have been using them for over 5 years. They do great work and know how to be creative and artistic. I've had them frame all sorts of things from maps, to mirrors to tribal jewelry. Great prices too. read more

The quality of the framing is five stars. I have rated them with only three stars because of the pricing that was pretty high and the customer service that was extremely aggressive with their opinions instead of my own. Other than that great quality of work. read more
