Outstanding customer service, and an excellent selection of frames, mats, and glass types to bring your framing visions to life. I brought in one small photo (8.5"x11") and one large photo (16.5"x23.3") and had a great time mixing and matching the frame and mat options with Bill. He had some very creative ideas and is clearly very passionate about his work and takes great pride in it. If you tell him the price range you're trying to stay under, he won't pressure you out of it but will work with you to find the perfect fit. Once we settled on the frames and mats, Bill was very upfront that the wait time would be a bit since he was working as a one-man show at the time. Thankfully, I was in no rush to get my pieces back so I told him to take his time. It took just over a month, and Bill called as soon as they were ready. The pieces came out beautifully, and I will absolutely use Art and Framing Plus again and recommend them to others. read more

We had a great experience framing our ketubah after the wedding. The result was stunning! Highly recommend this place to do framing. So many options to choose from and the owner had been in this business for many years and had a good eye and can recommend you options that work together well. Having moved the Virginia several years ago, I did not have a framing store to go to but needed something g framed. Looked around and saw the reviews and decided to go here, and we are VERY glad we did. They are very professional and skilled. They took the time to walk us through all the options, making sure we understood what it would look like and what might work best. In the end, the output was high quality, and we couldn't be happier - and for the price, it was totally worth it! I'd you need anything framed go here. read more

Had a special project that needed to be done as a holiday gift. Given the estimates I got from other stores and the treatment I have to say the value and the customer service was top notch. My wife worked in a family owned framing store and knows what she's looking at. It was a surprise and they nailed it. If you want something done right at the right price come here. read more

Outstanding!! High quality and excellent service. I stopped in here for some framing for myself and for others during the months of May and June of 2022. The company used high-quality materials and took the time to go over the framing before allowing me to agree to the project. The matting was very nice and there were a lot of frame selections. Prices were reasonable. I can see myself coming back again and again. The service, price, and finished product are of some of the highest quality framings that I've ever had done over the last 40 years!! read more

I'm so grateful for the beautiful work Art and Framing Plus has done for us. It was my first time getting a custom frame and I worried about the cost and whether it was worth it. They had great suggestions that really enhanced the art and it's actually more beautiful framed than it was before and I know it's well protected from UV and will last many years. I'll be back again for sure! read more

We were in dire need of a very quick-turn custom framing for a photo collage for my father-in-law's funeral. We could not have been happier with the beautiful job. The owner went above and beyond and was so thoughtful in working with our family on this very personal project. Thank you for everything! read more

This is my second time to Bills shop. I had him frame up my crossing the line certificate going over the equator and order of the locks certificate from Panama. I wish I had taken better care of these when I was younger, but bill did a great job of framing great them up so they will be preserved forever. Highly recommend bill and his shop. Now the price gets up there, but worth every cent paid! Also framed my Pete rose signed baseball card and photo when I met him at Mandalay Bay in Vegas. I still see Mr. Rose there occasionally, very cool! Dave Miller read more

Just received a Christmas gift of several large photos. Art and Framing worked with our son to provide beautiful frames, protective glass, a finished product ready for mounting. On top of the service, it was obvious how much pride the manager has in his work as he pointed out the features. No idea of the cost as it was a gift. Just know the final product will be hung in our home with pleasure. read more

Bill is amazing. Not only does he have three decades of experience, but he is just an awesome businessman. This trip, my objective was to replace the broken glass in two pieces of art. I opted for acrylic in one and glass in the other. Bill took the time to explain our options and prices. After calling around, Bill gave me the lowest prices and he stood by his quotes. My first piece is 24" x 34". The acrylic ran between $255 at Michael's and $150 at one glass shop. Bill quoted me $75. The second piece is 16" x 22-1/8". The glass ran between $93 at Michael's and $75 at the glass shop. Bill quoted me $35. Bill took care to wrap the glass and label which side should face out and he put both the glass and acrylic into a slender box for transport. He then wrote "glass" on the box so I would take care when putting into my SUV. We now have a "go to" guy when we need glass or framing. read more

Bill's work is exceptional!! Came here to get a frame for an important document as a present for a loved one, and without the document other than the typical dimensions, Bill knew exactly what dimensions to cut to make sure the document did not fall out or become a problem. Bill also showed me all my options, and made sure I was content with my choice. He is very patient! He mentioned he has been working here for more than 20 years and it definitely showed with the product outcome! My loved one LOVED it, and was amazed how well it came together without the document being with Bill. I will be going back to Bill to get another frame and matboard work order. Another review in the works the moment I get the finished results! Thank you!! read more

This place was wonderful and very professional. I originally went in just to have a picture fixed that had been broken during a move. After they did a great job on the frame, I decided to let them frame all the prints that I had recently ordered. One of the prints that I ordered was a matching set, so I paid for the frame because the company said that the print would be available in 2 weeks. However, when I called back, the company was not able to get the print for me because they said the artist discontinued the painting. I told Bill about the situation and he called around to find the print for me. He spoke directly with the artist and the artist sent him the print for free. I was so shocked and overjoyed. This is real customer service. read more

I recently stopped by this store on a Saturday morning hoping to find a low cost solution for a stained wood framed photo collage that had become scratched. The owner took a look at it, found his furniture touch up marker and went to work. I had been hoping to find something like he was using to purchase but they are only sold in large and fairly expensive sets. Within 10 minutes while I waited, he had "erased" all the scratches with his marker and it looked as good as new. I asked him how much for the service but he would not accept any money. I was flabbergasted. I would have happily paid him $20-30 for his time , service and expertise. I promised him I would not let the circle of kindness end with me. I will be passing his kindness to as many as I can. I can assure you that if I have any other framing needs in the future, this business will be my first stop. read more

Bill did a great job! And was incredibly patient while I picked out three frames for my paintings. They all turned out so well. He carefully wrapped each one & we looked each of them over before I left. And, helped me carry them to my car. I can tell he cares about his shop & doing top-notch work. Framing paintings is not cheap but is soooo worth it. I'll be back, for certain. Thank you!!! :-) read more

This is actually the second time I used this framing shop to do two shadow boxes for me. Bill once again has done such an amazing job. (I will try to upload photos of each). I also had important certificates framed and they came out great. For those who need any kind of shadow boxes done...come here and get it done. Bill truly cares about his customers and makes sure that each project is spot on and perfect. Don't risk getting something like a shadow box which represents someone's career to some random person. Listen to this review and the two below and see Bill! You will not be disappointed. read more

My husband and I had a vision for our wedding "guestbook" and Bill at Art & Framing made that vision happen! We went to a variety of places to describe what we wanted - a framed matte that wedding guests could sign, then finished with a wedding photo and glass. Unlike other stores, Bill spent several hours with us, helping us choose the perfect, elegant frame for our photo. The final piece brought tears to my eyes, and makes the perfect wall art for our living room. We are beyond thrilled with the final result! I know that we will see Bill for future projects! He was awesome! read more

Bill did an amazing job reframing some art that wasn't done properly the first time - straightening a piece, making sure the artist's signature didn't cut off in a second one - and helped me pick out mats and frames for a number of other pieces that turned out beautifully. He even took a gorgeous frame that we ended up replacing and framed a mirror instead, so I was able to re-use it. All of his work is meticulous and he takes time to figure out the best way to showcase the art. I'm really excited to get the new art on my walls and will return when I have additional pieces to frame. Highly recommend read more

This was my first time having this kind of work done, a shadow box gift for my father, and Bill did such an amazing job!! He was very helpful in providing recommendations. I don't know the next time that I will have a shadow box done, but whenever I do, or any type of framing work, I will be sure to return here. You can tell that Bill enjoys the work that he does by the time and effort that is put into each piece of work that he does. I would no doubt recommend this place to others. I was one of those people who bought cheap frames...until I saw what Bill could do. He doesn't just work with you to pick out a complimentary frame for your print or painting, he is an artist. Thanks to his creativity and attention to detail, we walked away with a framed print that catches everyone's eye in our family room. Bill's excellent work, not a single error in the entire process, exceptionally fair pricing, and super fast service have changed my mind about the importance a good frame. I will definitely go back to Bill for my next framing project and look forward to having his brilliance grace my walls again. read more

We worked with Art and Framing Plus in Springfield on a custom frame order. Bill was professional and knowledgeable. I've had an old map from the 1950s that I've been meaning to have framed for years. Bill did a lovely job for a competitive price. The map was brittle and creased, as it had been folded up for decades. Bill pressed it so it looks like new, and created a custom frame for it. I never imagined it could look this beautiful. Bill will be my go-to guy for any future framing projects. read more

It's a small shop but Bill does a phenomenal job. Just picked up a uniform I had framed and couldn't be happier. It was a challenging job because of the patches and other items attached to the uniform, but Bill worked patiently to give me options and also worked very hard to keep the price close to my budget. It's clear he is experienced and gives every job careful attention. I would highly recommend this place for framing, especially more complicated jobs in need of a precise and steady set of hands. read more

He did an excellent job handling the flag I received from my father's service in the military.

Bill, who customized a shadow box I wanted designed, was very helpful. His expertise to design something that was beautiful and within my price range exceeded my expectations when I saw what he had done. We had so many compliments, which never happens with a military shadow box. He cares about what he delivers to the customer, which is a nice change from a lot of the services around here. He not only delivered on time, he was early and the word "can't" isn't in his vocabulary. If you want your framing needs to come out right go to Art & Framing Plus, well worth every cent. read more
