We were rudely informed by the owner that all design services end sharply at three o'clock (we had arrived shortly after 3). There was no such warning on the website. We promptly found another frame shop in the area and started packing up to leave. There are MANY competitors, and who wants drama when they're just trying to get some framing done? Perhaps realizing his mistake, he came out and made a production about now agreeing to stay past four o'clock. I'm not in the business of trying to plead with a business owner to take my money.
