Not in a position to buy a new door and short on time to get the issue resolved. Kevin worked with my schedule and budget to expertly weld the broken piece returning the door to a 'like new' condition and did it all in a single afternoon. Autobody work is rarely an elected expense. Typically autobody work is needed after an accident or when things fall into disrepair. In those moments you're going to want someone like Kevin that puts the customer experience first, is transparent, communicative, fair and knowledgeable.

My car door doesn't close easily like it used to but just needs a little more force, which is fine. Also I swear I'm hearing a louder whistling noise when I'm on the highway like the door isn't fully sealed but rain doesn't come in so I guess that's okay too. They fully cleaned and detailed my car which I thought was a very nice gesture after taking longer than the initial quote to get the work done. However when I looked in my bag of tote bags I saw evidence of mice/some small animal who went after a couple bags and my orange hand sanitizer. I dropped off my 2004 Toyota Prius this morning to have the front bumper replaced (after an incident in which a mack truck clipped the front corner of my parked car in January) and expected to pick up my car this evening with a new bumper. Pretty minimal expectations, honestly. But they managed to go above and beyond! They did a fantastic job on my bumper, cleaned my headlights (something that has been on my to-do list for years now, so that is a huge life saver), did an excellent interior/exterior clean, and even left a little goodie bag in the car. He then charged me an extra 150 dollars on top of the extra money he got from my insurance company, because he lied about how much the insurance company pays for labor. He also said he charges extra 150 dollars because of the superior work that his business does as opposed to other auto body shops. On top of all this, I had to bring my car back to the shop because they did not properly finish the job and reconnect rear lights which is a safety issue his excuse was my technician said that the car was all set. That is terrible and shorty work on his part to let that car leave his shop with the break lights not working!
