From the moment I walked in, they made me feel like family, not just another customer. They worked hard to get the best parts for my Ram truck, and the results speak for themselves--it honestly looks even better than before. The quality of the work and attention to detail really stood out. What impressed me most was their communication and reliability. They were timely with everything and always answered the phone whenever I had questions--even on the weekends. That level of dedication is hard to find. You can also tell the owner runs a very tight ship and treats his employees well, which shows in how professional, organized, and friendly the whole team is. While the quality of the auto body repair was undeniably impressive--the car looks flawless, and the interior and exterior detailing was thorough and well-executed--my overall experience was marred by several troubling issues that reflect poorly on their professionalism and customer service. Firstly, despite my insurance having already paid the deductible, I was unexpectedly asked to pay it again upon vehicle pickup on January 16th. This forced me to call my insurance on speakerphone in their office to prove that the deductible had been settled. Such an incident raises serious concerns about their billing practices and transparency, and frankly, it felt like an attempt to wrongfully extract additional money from me. Moreover, I had to call them and tell them that my insurance did pay for the emblem, then they reviewed it and replaced it, but it still wasn't up to my standards of a 5-star place review-wise. On top of that, upon inspecting my vehicle, I discovered that the cup holder was broken, with a crucial piece missing--something they failed to disclose. It is unacceptable that I had to find this damage myself rather than being informed upfront. When I brought it to their attention, they only then took steps to order the replacement part. Although I appreciate them replacing what they broke, this added to my frustration with their service. Additionally, I was not provided with any paperwork at the time of pickup; I had to contact my insurance to obtain the necessary documentation. This further adds to the impression of disorganization and disregard for proper customer service. while the repair quality is excellent and deserves a high rating, the deceptive billing attempt, failure to disclose damage, poor communication, and the detailing that fell short of my expectations significantly detract from the overall experience. I expect a reputable auto body shop to operate with integrity and transparency--qualities that were sorely lacking in this case. I sincerely hope Peabody Auto Collision Corp. takes these concerns seriously and improves their customer relations moving forward.

When I brought my estimate…read morefrom my insurance, he stated to me that He will call my insurance company and have them double my estimate so he can pocket the extra money. He then charged me an extra 150 dollars on top of the extra money he got from my insurance company, because he lied about how much the insurance company pays for labor. He also said he charges extra 150 dollars because of the superior work that his business does as opposed to other auto body shops. On top of all this, I had to bring my car back to the shop because they did not properly finish the job and reconnect rear lights which is a safety issue his excuse was my technician said that the car was all set. That is terrible and shorty work on his part to let that car leave his shop with the break lights not working! I would never take another car there because of the poor quality of work and the greed of the owner Dave, who cares about making money and screwing people over rather than just being honest and doing quality work for the money that they are allotted through the insurance company.In closing, he stated to me that I just have to submit paperwork to my insurance company to retrieve my 150 dollars back. The insurance company laughed at me and said he straight lied to you, and NO OTHER AUTO BODY SHOP ON THE BORTH SHORE CHARGES ANY ADDITIONAL FEE.
